Would love to leave a bad review after 3 visits and $800....but now they are out of business and my a/c is down again....same problem! I am so angry. And if you call their number they sold it to another company that is only looking for leads, no warranty of A-1s work. So I have a different company here now trying to resolve it. A-1 tried to sell me on cleaning the unit on roof for little over $100. I said no not now. New company says it looks fine, no need. So what else did I pay that money for and it not work? Leak stop stuff? New board?

Made me a custom stainless steel grill wind shield. Exactly what I needed and very reasonable price! Cheaper than the one from manufacturer had it actually fit.

Horrendous follow up... Originally serviced our AC.. Had them out again as it wasnt working properly... Called multiple times since for additional warranty work from the original work done... No call back for 5 days... Committed to come out this morning.. No-show . No - call.... Avoid at all costs! Not worth it

They gave me good advice that saved me a lot of money when they could have done what I thought needed to be done which would have made them a lot of money.
