I’ll start with how lady working didn’t even look nor act like she remotely wanted to help me! No eye contact, awkward silent moments, and an edgy mood she was conveying. Not to mention the ticket they canceled, they won’t care if your upset it happens, yet if it’s opposite, they will punish your eligibility.

They dont care there lazy and super unresponsive. Dont call they wont give you the right answers. Dont go because they be a sign saying left on lunch be back in 30 min for the last 4 hours there open this place is ridiculous might as well go else where

I accepted a job ticket for 1800PackRat. The next day, I showed up to work and was turned away because the customer had already gotten the workers he needed. Well, I was never notified of this by PeopleReady as I should of been. So I wasted money by driving 40 minutes one way to work only to be told to go home because I wasn’t needed.I spoke with Elliot twice (he has an attitude problem for sure) and a woman, who didn’t mention her name. Elliot told me “I’ll talk with my branch manager and see what I can do” which is basically code for “I’m not gonna help you”. The woman said Elliot spoke to the BM about “it” and they needed to talk with the customer to get more information? Yet, Brian was literally talking to Elliot about the issue right in front of me, just before I told him thank you and it’s not his fault and that I’d like to work the next day if possible.I thought PeopleReady had a policy that stated if you showed up, ready to work and were turned away, you’d get paid for 4 hours… but I guess the Aurora branch staff plays by their own rules. Especially since they’re rumored to be cutting workers checks short because they’re not paying any attention or have the slightest care about what they’re doing at work.Perhaps new management is in order.0/10 would NOT recommend.Go to the Westminster/Longmont/Loveland offices for your work. They do a much better job at caring about the employees.

PeopleReady can be hit or miss when it comes to branch location, but the East Aurora branch goes out of their way to be the best in the state. They make sure I get paid everyday and Im able to get jobs whenever I need to. I highly recommend to anyone looking for quick work!

Elliott is by far the rudest non professional he is in his own head and feelings instead of focusing on the task at hand. Very rude and bias vibe towards the opposite sex.very negative and emotional I felt like I was going throw up at the type of service I got just because he assumed I had an attitude and I had a mask on so my face

This is the best staffing company I have worked for. Please do not believe the negative remarks. Everyone of the staff members have been there for me. Even when I was signing into a blank profile Lea made sure I had some money on my card to get around.She did not have to do that until she verified my hours. Respectfully, in day labor roles if your name isnt on work order, there is no sign in or clock in you dont get paid until time is verified. Which can take up to 7 days. Be mindful of this fact everyone of the people that work out of the Aurora office are human beings. They work with all sorts of personalities so treat them the way you want to be treated. With respect, please and thank you. Even a blade of grass is due respect and kindness.They are awesome to me.

This should be a zero. Twice in one week have they sent me to a job where ether the contractor didnt show or call or 50 people showed up when only 27 were ordered. Each time the job was over 30 miles away. And they refuse to even acknowledge that they burned you. And refuse to pay at least the 4 hours thats on the time sheet. That explains you will be paid. Iv spoken to other staffing specialist who work for them. And they explained that that is part of the unsaid Corp policy. Because they charge the customer regardless. But dont pay out

I’ve been working with people ready for about 5 years now and they always had the jobs I can do. The staff members were always friendly with me. I’ve referred many people to people ready. I’ve always got paid in a timely manner every time I’ve worked a job for them. There are a good amount of people I enjoy working on the jobs I do. At the job sites I worked at I met and became good friends with. I can honestly say I would recommend people ready to any one who need some extra money and get paid on a timely manner. People Ready is an amazing company in general! They are one of the biggest temp job agencies in the nation. I am glad I applied for this temporary agency 5 years ago when I did, especially the Aurora branch. The staff there are amazing. I am on a first name basis with everyone at office, and talk to them and treat them like family. Mrs. Lisa, Leah, Elliot, Mrs. Cynthia and Reyes are all amazing people and staff. If you treat them with respect and professionally, dont call off last minute and do amazing work on your job assignments; they will go above and beyond for you. They have always been a part of my financial portfolio since then. Im applied for every other temp agency in the city of Denver, and no one comes close to touching them. They always have quality job assignments. I am so grateful for this company and the people that work there. They have come a long way and did a lot of improvements since then. They have made it way easier with Jobstack, its like Tinder for temporary job assignments. I love the freedom that they allow me. They are very flexible because I can choose when I want to work and I get paid the same or next day. Its a dream come true. They also are a good resource to find long term employment meeting potential employers and exposing you to different fields you might be interested in. The same with driving on bad weather. If you use their App always take a screenshot of job you accepted. What you agreed to do when you accepted and or extended hours might change or be added. This office is AWFUL! Leah Cooper is by far the rudest person in the office and should be reprimanded to the fullest extent. The only one who has a clue is Reyes and doesn’t get credit. Just moved here from the south with my best friend. This was one of the first places we went, cause were waiting on paperwork for our tranfers to go through. Hennyways, The staff here have been so helpful, patient and just all around a pleasure to work with. Ive been to two other People Readys around the Denver area, (just because that was the part of Denver I was in at the moment and had a question). Regardless, Those other two branches wont even get a review due to the rudeness and lack of knowledge on the system. I get this is a big city, but not everybody is being rude to you, so why be rude to the ones that are being nice? Hennyways, to sum this up, if you have to drive the extra 20 minutes to get to this Location/ Branch, id highly advise it. Worth every mile. Thanks again, girls. :-)

First off let me start by saying, probably one of the best Temp agency out their. The pay is not bad compared to other temps.Do not count of the staff to actually do what they have said theyve done. Know on multiple occasions they have lied to me about doing what they said/supposed to do. Since sometimes theirs no number to call the boss at the company working for that day.You have to let them know to contact the company. If your running late for the day. I showed up late and was being questioned why I was their.Then informed them that Iet an employee at people ready to contact the company boss I was running late. Boss let me know he didnt recieve no call not email at all. Let me say, i also called at the time I was supposed to start the shift by.to make sure they called my boss for the day. They told me they did.Again know Ive lost payment for a job worked at almost 3 weeks ago. Worked at CARMAX as a AUCTION DRIVER and the first time I worked their and has been the last.Ive been fighting trying to get paid by people ready. Within two days of not get paid. I contacted people ready. They informed me that the other workers got paid but apperently I wasnt on the ticket turned in. I know for a fact I was on one of the tickets/sheets that was for confirmation to get paid. People ready told me the will email carmax to get confirmation. Day later I called people ready again and asked whats going on.They told me they tried multiple times to send an email to get a response. Finally on day three of four without being paid. Over the phone i got them to call carmax. Still after calling back on day 5 and 6 told me they where unable to get confirmation or basically talk with anyone at carmax to confrim my hours.Thus, of course they started to get aggravated with me constantly asking why i havent been paid.So on my day off in a week and half since without pay from that day of work. I decided to go to carmax myself and figure out whats going on. Talked to one of the employees and so happen to be their working the auction as well. Told me he hasnt received or seen any type of call and email from people ready. Decided to write my name down and told me will give people ready a call to confirm my hours.Know its been 3 almost 4 weeks without pay from that job. Decided to go back to Carmax to find out that the employees. What I thought when I signed in on their record book for temp workers. They would keep the log and ticket that was supposed to be for record towards the company itself on temp workers hired for work during auctions. Was informed that they dont keep any of the time sheets, tickets/ book logs signed. carmax apparently gets rid of the logs and time records after a week.The employee at carmax told me I should have let people ready know about not getting paid and not just once but multiple times after not getting paid since contacting them.Thus I inform everyone not to work for Carmax Auction. Plus its usually only a 4 hour day everytime.

Why do I never get paid on time Im homeless and needed it and they never pay on TIME!!!

I had decent success with them in the past but was rushed by ambulance to the ER early this morning and immediately admitted to the ICU and had to have a blood transfusion before gaining consciousness as I started to wake connected to multiple Ivs I got a call from the East Aurora branch as I explained my situation the lady was extremely rude did not care one bit I had almost died and said I should have called unconscious in an ambulance and was was hung up on and kicked out of the app they obviously only care about their checks do not work for them

They get an attitude or hang up on you especially if your calling to make sure your getting paid because they take forever to pay you. Not professional.

They will remove you from jobs without calling, they will send you to jobs already cancelled, and never pay you on time or get your hours right. Never work here. Most workers (and employees) are mentally challenged or SERIOUS drug addicts.
