Unprofessional and miscommunicative. Called and texted several times regarding a weeklong job assignment, with no response. Was given a schedule for a job assignment, and when I showed up, finally was able to speak with someone in the office. This person then informed me of a dress code for the job (I had to ask if there was one) which required additional expense; only to be told that (due to their miscommunication) I wasnt needed for the assignment and would be paid for 2 hours (the assignment was for 40+ hours). I spent $56 to get to the jobsite and be dressed appropriately, to be paid $40 before taxes. Shameful mistreatment of associates and total waste of time. I wont stoop to naming names, but you guys should be ashamed. I could do a better job than that. 👎🏼

I had a great reception from your hiring personnel. I was given the opportunity to know the various job openings and schedules to choose from based on my availability. The hiring personnel allowed me to ask questions and she gave me all the answers i needed to be part of the working team.What I liked most about the hiring personnel is her multi tasking performance. She was able to switch between other tasks such as picking up other clients calls, welcoming in other job applicants whilst at the same time attending to me to complete my hiring paperwork on the website.She is very awesome, eloquent and very smart on her job. This person I am talking about is called Ashley.

So, I moved out here to Denver. CO two years ago, Elwood is by far the only temp to hire service who actually put real effort into helping me. They got my skills assessed accurately, and first we tried Vestas Group, but my car broke down at the time of my appointment for the physical. Most places wouldve told me I had to wait 6months to a year before they could try helping me again. Not this company, as soon as I got my transportation issues resolved, they immediately went back to getting me into interviews until a company found me. Now Im on track and training for a department head position, training in a new skill Ive never been able to learn or come across; all while Co-Vid crisis was crippling everyone else, Elwood stayed strong and stuck thru it. I started on 4/20/2020, these guys have stepped up for the essential employer for me, be honest, and stay strong as well, and Elwood will do the same for you

Elwood staffing has been an excellent resource for new employment opportunity. The initial process was super simple. Since having simply showed up to their location and speaking with the representatives new formerly unknown resources have appeared. Elwood was my first attempt for seeking work with a staffing agency and I am confident I wont need to look elsewhere. My personal opinion is that Elwood is an excellent resource for obtaining employment and opening new doors... thank you so much Elwood for helping find the work youve provided.

I had an amazing experience on my first interaction with Elwood Staffing, and it was exceptional enough that I have to leave this review right away. A few hours ago, I walked into this office after having applied through their site, and immediately I was warmly greeted by Mike and Sandy. Mike got right to work with me, sitting down and discussing my background and goals as well as the companys procedures and clientele and, of course, their current openings and whether any looked like I would make a good fit for those openings. Due to likely conflicts of distance and scheduling, it appeared at first that I would have to leave for the day (once fully registered in their database), with only optimism that I would soon receive a call from Mike with good news about a fitting position.However, things took an incredibly fortunate turn while I was at their computer filling out electronic forms, when a client with whom Elwood Staffings Aurora office has a good relationship posted a job to them, for which I was a suitable candidate. Mike responded to the client that he had me in front of him, ready and able to take the position, and sure enough, that is how I got my first assignment, set to begin the very next morning.Again, its safe to say that mine was an exceptional occurrence, but by the time I had spoken to Mike for only a few minutes, I already had confidence in this agency well-instilled. This offices employees have all their ducks in a row for dedicated job seekers. And at the very least, if you walk in prepared, you can walk out that first day with a feeling that you already are on board with a dynamite team thats willing and ready to go to bat for you.Talk about stellar service and a lasting impression.

I had a very pleasant experience with Elwood staffing. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. I filled out my application online and uploaded my resume prior to going to the office a couple of days later. They told me to come in anyday of the work week between 9am- 3pm. When I went in they were not busy so I was seen immediately, they have you do some computer time, drop a urine sample, and then a short interview to see what you are looking for. I got a phone interview the same day with an employer. Whether or not I get offered the position is of course up to the employer, but even if I dont Elwood Staffing got me an interview faster than Ive been able to get one by myself. I will continue to use them for my future job seeking.

Not at Elwood! Their staff works hard to find u an assignment that fits you! If u dont like an assignment they wont make u feel like u have to take it or else.
