I had a great experience here. I saw their reviews and they had pretty bad reviews. They had 1 star, I was kinda scared to go but they were nice and they did a good job on me. I payed 28 for my acrylic set which is a good price! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Today was my first time at Lovely Nail. The place is very clean and the ambience was great. The staff was professional and attentive! I went in for a full set with white tips and a takeoff. I ended up getting a pedicure as well as my beautiful flawless full set & 10% off for my birthday! Thanks ladies. You were wonderful. I will definitely be back.

My first time that lovely ladies were really nice. Got a gel manicure and pedicure the Polish on my big toe is messed up just got them done on Thursday the 5 th the nail polish 💅 started to chip by Friday.. $ 75 for nothing. I won’t ever go back to lovely nails again! I wished they would give me back my money!

The lady really rushed. Melted my middle finger nail. There’s nail polish all on my cuticles and negative spaces where the chrome was not applied properly. The technician was also very rough. My pedicure came out nice but I I did notice that the technicians don’t use new nail files or pumice stones and that really freaked me out especially looking at how gross the ladies feet next to me looked. At the end of my pedicure my technician never said to have a good day or help me put my sandals on. She just looked from across the room and shouted “you’re done!” Lol. I will most definitely not be back. They overcharged me about $10 for my pedicure and I just really wasn’t satisfied with my nails. I’m sorry but I just don’t recommend going here if you’re very particular about how your nails are done

The experience was horrible, They rush on the nails and I just got my nails done a few days ago & one is already off, btw they didn’t even take the polish off my girls toes before doing a pedicure, this lady had the nerve to paint over her old set. HORRIBLE

Im a home health care provider and my client and i decided to get our nails done and she hadnt been to a salon in years they did so good she had really really neglected feet and they took such good care of us she really didnt want to a do a pedicure because she was embarrassed of her feet but they did such a wonderful job we will definitely be back ❤❤❤❤

I had such a great experience here. The nail tech was extremely thorough and kind. They use drills, but not aggressively like some places do. I’m very sensitive, and had no problem with their drills. Dip manicure was done to a very reasonable thickness with my wishes for opacity in mind. I’ll be coming back.

I was not pleased I went there a couple days ago and the lady that did my pedicure hurt my right toe nail then her and the other lady when she was dont with me started yelling at each other in their language we were all watching the lady did my pedicure went outside Im on oxygen I used to go there and Tina did my pedicure s she was the best she is no longer there you lost a customer !!!

Wouldnt recommend this place.The first photo is what i asked for and this is what Nancy gave me. While she was doing the white tips i asked if she was going to do the nude she said i didnt tell her. When i had previously showed her this was exactly what i wanted she claimed she didnt see the nude and would have to start all over. I had somewhere to be so i just let her finish. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place, or atleast NOT NANCY.

The lady that did my Nails cut two of my fingers and she did everything so fast that my nails did not come out the way I wanted them.

I previously called and asked lady if they were taking walk ins . Which lady did say yes . I asked for a specific nail tech . She says she is available. In 15 mins . I get there exactly at 3:00 pm enough time for her to finish . She checks me in . Takes my temperature and phone number ... she notified me to stay in the car and they were going to call me when lady available .. I waited 1 hour and 15 mins ... in my car . So I go inside to check ... turns out ladies were having a lil chat with one customer only ... why bother to ask for phone number and temperature if they are not going to follow up .... not going back Ever !!!

This lady was so rushed to finish my nails. She put my nail all crooked and when i ask is she can re do it she made me feel like she was mad and started talking in another language. She did not say a word to me in all the time i was there. Then at the end she left bubbles in my nails. Im never going back. I do not recommend this place.

They were rude, poor customer service and I thought of overcharged for service provided. It said full set of nails $15.00 & up, plus because of covid $3.00 more on each service. Charged !e, $25.00 and owner told her not yo redo nail that got smudge when I was keeping my mask from slipping off.

So I got my nails done at Lovely Nails & Spa a couple weeks ago with my mom. We ordered Gel nails there. But I ended up having to remove my nails for my new job. We ended up going to a different salon to get them removed, and that salon told us what we got was acrylic with a top coat, instead of the gels we ordered. My mom and I had been going there for years, and now we will never come here again. We are disappointed with their dishonestly.

I drove from Colorado Springs to Aurora this morning for business and came upon Lovely Nails. Im glad I decided to stop in for a mani/pedicure because both Nancy and Tina were wonderful. They welcomed me, were reasonably priced and I love my nails and pedicure! I just wish I didnt live so far because I would go to this gem of a place for my regular appointment. We are all responsible for where we choose to spend our money. They did a poor job with my nails and I went back so that they can fix it. The owner was rude looked at my hand and push my hand away. My nails did get fix but with an attitude like I’m getting them done for free. I was very professional and let her do her “job”. I will be taking my 3 daughters and my mom somewhere else. They definitely lost my business.

I had gone here for 6 years seen it change hands three different times with different business owners. I will never ever return after today. I have four cuts all over my fingers and hands, super glue down to my wrist, and my nails dont even fit in my nail beds. I got nothing but Im sorry I cut you there

I had a full set of nails besides one. I wanted a color change and to fix one nail. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME AS MUCH AS IT WOULD BE TO GET A BRAND NEW FULLSET. After i said i didn’t want them anymore, i was treated so badly. they definitely tried taking advantage of me. But the lady with the short hair did great on my sisters nails and was super nice even after i said i didn’t want them. so SHE IS THE ONLY REASON THEY GET ANY STARS.

Yesterday, I came here with my aunt to get polish nails and had a great experience. I was welcomed warmly by the cute ladies here. Everyone was very awesome. The owner was super friendly. My nails look great! And they have many good products. The place is also very clean and comfy. All stars for them!

Came to get a pedicure. I told my nail tech I wanted a BRIGHT NEON orange. I didn’t like the color nail polish she picked once I saw it on. They charged me $5 to take it off!!

Came in from Brighton and my wifes nails needed repaired; they were awesome and their attention to detail was superb!

WORST nail salon experience. ok...Waited 25 minutes after they indicated they were currently at a 10 minute wait. My tips were started and the nail tech got up and walked to the pedicure area and did a COMPLETE pedicure while I waited at the nail station for absolutely no reason regarding my nails. I was getting a NEW set on my own nails, and she could have completed the work. My girlfriend was also with me and when her cousin (who is a person of color) came in while I was drying my toes, and even though I and my girlfriend were the only people at one of their two drying stations which seat up to 6 persons, the STAFF REFUSED TO ALLOW HER COUSIN TO SIT WITH US, BUT DID NOT REFUSE A HUSBAND AND WIFE SITTING TOGETHER. The husband was NOT receiving nail service either. The STAFF made her cousin stand up in the middle of the isle while they were visiting. So, after a partial set of nails, we gave them $10 and will NEVER, NEVER return. Worst nail salon EVER.

My experience here at lovely nails was terrible. The woman that did my full set of acrylic nails first quoted me over the phone 20 and up once arriving to the salon I asked for a coffin set of acrylic nails with red tips a nail tech that seated me gave me a price of 30 she began to start on my nails until another nail tech came and replaced her I explained once again what I was wanting done the nail tech said it would then be 34 and what I was wanting would be done before she went to apply the tips she then tells me the price will now be 54 and it needs to be shellac explainging it lasts longer and wont chip I respectfully decline and ask her to continue my request she then demanded payment then and there before my nails were done I paid and the nail tech rushed thru my nails and instead of tips I received solid red nails. After my nails were rushed thru I was instructed to dry my nails for 10 mins and my nails had nail dust all over them and theres missing paint on my thumb nail also adding in As the nail tech that was rushing on my nails a customer comes in for her nails to be done the nail tech asks the customer to wait as the customer is standing and waiting for a long time bc the salon was understaffed the nail tech is persistent in asking the customer to sit down and wait several times the customer declines sitting down wanting to continue to stand to be able to watch the tv as she waits the nails techs keep asking for the customer to sit and wait instead of stand eventually the customer takes a seat. This was my first nail salon experience in Colorado and it was very disappointing. Theres no restroom access for the customers to use. the environment is very tense and I didnt appreciate the dirty rag that was covered in prior customers nail dust being used on me. I give this salon and the nail techs two thumbs down!

No regrets whatsoever with them. I felt so happy and comfortable here. I would say this is the best mani pedi Ive had since moving here. I am going back today …. and well I found it! Absolutely loved this place!

I only wish I got her names who did my mani and pedi, she was talented. In particular, she did a great job at making my toes feel comfortable. The salon is very beautifully decorated and clean. Would highly recommend for people who want true professionalism work. Thank you so much.

Went in yesterday for a mani-pedi and Im sure I dont want to ever go againTwo ladies - two experiences:The lady who did my pedicure was 5 star: very careful, patient and good customer serviceOn the opposite the lady who did my manicure was NOT GOOD: bad service1) although i dont know all that has to be done in a mani: she never had me wash my hands and did not put any cream on hands and arms at the end: everywhere ive been, ive had it2) she said she put shellac nail polish and today, it has already fall off two fingers: usually shellac nail polish lasts at least 3 weeks on my fingers. Grrrr sooo angry for me getting ready for a wedding todayOverall bad bad service, done in haste by a woman who did not seem to care about who was in front of herI feel ripped off

Nancy is the ONLY person to see in this shop for nail services. I have been coming here for at least 7 years now and seen it change hands 3 times already. Nancy listens and does everything she can to make your nails beautiful.The pedicurists arent bad but the one young girl, probably the youngest one in the shop and she has been there the longest WAY OVERCHARGED me. I always get a standard pedi with shellac polish (not cured) and my nails done. Typically its about $50.00 with tip.I was getting ready to go out of town so I stopped in, Nancy wasnt there but I wanted to at least get my feet done. Same as always, standard pedi with shellac. While the youngest girl was doing my feet I was looking at my nails and decided to get them done as well because she had been there the longest I figured why not give her a shot... big mistake!I wanted a new set to change the shape of my nails along with pink and white. She not only ripped my existing nails off, making 2 fingers bleed (1 in 2 places) she used the worst color of pink I have ever seen. Granted I asked for the dark pink, but honestly I wasnt paying attention (totally my bad) when she got started (watching TV, dont ever do that!) but by the time I did notice she was already more than half way through my second hand. UGH whatever move on with it, Ill get used to it.When it was all said and done $90.00! AND I currently have my nails polished over the pink and white because I havent gotten used to the ridiculous color.Moral of the story... WAIT FOR NANCY!!!

I am COMPLETELY DISGUSTED with this shop. I have been here years before and loved them. I moved to another city and drove 45 min to come and get mine and my daughters nails done. Not only did the technician not give me what I asked for, she argued with me for about 10 min about it AND THEN told me not everything is perfect. I did not tip the technician as I saw this as poor customer service only to find out today on my credit card statement that they added their own $10.00 tip!!!!!!! I will NEVER recommend these people EVER again and I hope you all think twice about going here!!!

This is one of the most disgusting nail salons Ive ever been to. Ive been getting my nails done for 10 years Id never seen anything like this. I came in and sat down to get a new set of nails ;and asked the lady to change out her nail filing tools. She completely ignored me. I asked her to change them out because they were NOT sanitized tools. She was going to use them on me after someone else! That is disgusting! I dont want any blood borne diseases. Never again!!!

Im only giving this place 3star because the young women working fixed my nails. A man started on me and did an awful job. He cut me twice and every nail looked different. I told hin to stop and I was going somewhere else and he wouldnt listen. He kept grabbing my hand to file them and I told him no. Thats when thw young lady came out of the other room to fiz them. They also painted my nails the wrong color. At this point I just wanted to be done and the color they picked was ok so it wasnt that big of a deal. I wouldnt recommend this place nor will I be back.

Horrible job! The nails broke two days after I got then done. I was hurt! I will never patron this business again. Only one young lady can actually do nails. Its so shabby.

This place is absolutely horrible. Its impossible to communicate with them. When I arrived the shop was empty yet the lady that did my nails which I believe is the owner rushed through the whole thing. I also got a pedicure, they made me bleed on both big toes. My toes hurt so bad that Im scared I might get an infection. These people shouldnt be in service.

I went on friday, this is sunday and my big toe on my right foot is still sore(clipped my skin along with the nail) She cleaned the tub, dried it out with a towel and then used that towel to dry my feet. I would not reccommend this nail salon
