My appointment was at 11am, I came in and they asked me to come back at 2pm. So I did. Came at 2. Had my nails done after 3 hrs( with injuries to my cuticles that are still healing. As well as the nails being very thick even though I kept asking to make them thinner. Plus I was charged more than I was told. I don’t like to complain but customers should be aware. But on a positive note my friend gets her nails done by Betty and they always look so perfect.

I’m not happy with my nails at all. Went in on Saturday and my nails look lumpy and fat. I was there for two hours and my nails look clumpy with barley no almond shape. I’m not the only one that noticed how bad my nails turned out. Not worth $35 for a bad nail job. First time there and definitely will be the last.

They did a really nice job, I really like how she took her time and was really gentle with me.

I asked for no chip on both manicure and pedicure the girl was just talking and did not pay attention so she did regular nail polish on my feet. It took almost 2 hours for the regular nail polish (waste of time) then the no chip she did on my manicure is bad, she did not apply the gel on the whole nail, you can see the spots where is missing gel, then on a couple of fingers there are bubbles. I feel I over paid. If they told me the girl was just learning I would be okay but I think they charge for a regular service and the girl is still learning. Not coming back for sure. Too expensive for the service provided.
