So my pedi was $30 not terrible but I’ve had better for the price, full acrylic set was $50 gets you - for $10 more in this area you can get a design in a better shape as well. I knew better but it was late so the only thing I can say is thanks for staying open late.

I had a wonderful time here, Tracy did my nails and toes and it was so relaxing and such an easy process. They were nice and i am definitely going to be a regular customer from now on. I got what I asked for and felt everything was clean and safe. I recommend coming here!

I went to go get my nails done for my 13th, the woman who did my nails was very rough with my nails, I asked for acrylic and I didnt even get it also all my nails shapes were different and also there prices was 25 dollars on there website and when I went into the shop the woman told me the price was for 50 dollars, also she was making talking about my nails and saying rude things about them, which has always been my biggest insecurity, also after 3 days my nails already started to fall off. I don’t recommend going here at all.

I came here with my best friend and witnessed some of the rudest most unprofessional treatment I have ever seen. First of all, when she showed the man a picture of what she wanted, he insisted that he could get the job done. However, upon completion, the final product was completely different and ugly. Even while she was getting her nails done, her hands were being constantly pulled, she was expressing that she was not satisfied, and the man acted like he did not hear her MULTIPLE times. After she asked to get her nails removed (yes, they were that crooked and bad and not what she expected at all), he said it would take an hour. We immediately went downstairs to the other nail shop (Classy Nails, highly recommend) and they took them off for her in about 15 minutes or less.

I spent 80 dollars for a pedi and mani for myself and daughter with no chip polish. The cuticles were not clean and my daughters polish came off after one day. Will not return here as a customer very poor quality when I could have painted them myself for it to last only a day.

I asked for a no chip obre design. The end result was horrible. I told the person doing my nails that the nails were too short for my preference and he said “too late “. My nails were not even close to the picture I showed him. They were uneven, too short, my cuticles were cut too much which made them look dry and bad and the ombre that I wanted was not even close to what I got. I wasted $50 on nails. And when I asked him to remove them because I did not like them he said no. I immediately removed them as soon as I left. I will never go back and I recommend that no one ever goes here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Theres an older lady that did my pedicure with a weird sense of humor. She lacks good customer service skills and it seems like she hates her job. She laughed obnoxiously at me when I couldnt raise and hold my leg to the freaking sky so she could scrub my feet. Honestly I couldve done what she did at home.

This place is under new management. Christina, who used to be the best employee there, is now in charge of general day to day operations, and what a difference it makes. Shes purchased new equipment and all the best nail polishes available. Now, the atmosphere is all focused on giving the customer a good experience and a quality nail job, as well as on friendliness. I had considered leaving for a lot of the reasons listed in the other reviews here. But Im so much happier with this place now than I was before. Ive been going to this place for 10 years, but this is the happiest Ive ever been with my nails since Christina took over. Ill definitely continue to come here for many years to come.

I wood like to give them no stars. Told the wait would be 15min with only 1 person getting nails done. Not to mention 2 guys playing on the cell phone. 30 min later nothing will never come back.

Horrible service! Owners so rude! Paid for a pedicure and she cut my toe,burned my feet with hot water and rushed so fast. Terrible job. And she needs to not wear such tight pants because that camel toe is not right! I saw the same lady, owner I think (small Asian older lady) park in a expecting mothers or families with small children parking spot!!! And Multiple times too! She is just too lazy to park farther like everyone else has too. HATE this place. Never again!

Unfortunately I had to changed my opinion of this place. Its really a waste of money coming here. They always change the prices. I had a mani pedi and was charged $60, 1 weeks later my nails started chipping. It would have been out of my way to go back in to get it redone. I rather just pay $50 to get it professionally done. I will not be returning here.

The man said that they were closing 2 hours before and they weren’t!!!! I also understood what he was saying, he said “don’t do her nails” worse nail salon ever. Do not go!

Absolutely horrible. Was so disheartened to see that this place was so dirty, and the middle-aged lady that works here was incredibly rude. She messed up on my nails and did not care to fix it. When I eventually spoke up she rolled her eyes and asserted that it was fine. When I was dissatisfied she aggressively took off all of the polish and sloppily painted it back on, only to make it worse. I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.

Never go to this place. My daughter went to get her eyebrows waxed and they burnt her eyelids..its been 6 days and there is still a big red mark. They are lucky I dont sue them. They dont deserve no even one star.

Came in for a full set and wanted my nails black. The man was suppose to do my nails laughed and brought a sparkly color and made me use that instead. The first woman who started doing my nails was very rough but the second woman (who came in later after shopping at bath and body) proceeded to have a 5 min conversation about her purchases while leaving me and my friend sitting there waiting for my nails to be done. After the second woman finally sat down to do my nails she made me bleed twice and did nothing to stop the bleeding and repeatedly applied way too much pressure while buffing my nails to the point of pain. After my nails were done I went to a friends house and broke my pinky nail. Extremely unhappy with the way I was treated and I will never return. If you’re reading this please save yourself the trouble and find another salon.

I was not satisfied with the service they sat me down and i waited 20 minutes before someone came over, the work was rushed and they were very aggressive and i was in pain. To top it off! They did my cuticles at the end with their little grinder and left the finish awful edges are horrible and a gap as i had them for over a week.

The worst no chip manicure I had in my life! It started chipping in three days! I called them and the lady was nice and asked to come back so she can fix it, but even though it last another three days and started peeling off!... I will never ever go back there again!!!😖😡

This was the worst $25 pedicure I have ever had. By far the most painful experience- they use rough brushes, removed too much cuticle and dug too deep causing me to bleed. They used some sort of liquid to clean/stop the bleeding which burned. My toes are still sore today and the bottoms of my feet itch. Massage was sub par. Towel was steaming and burning my legs. I observed how they cleaned the utensils and the foot basin- which basically consisted of a quick rinse. I would recommend checking out another salon.

Horrible experience. One woman (guessing it was the owner) started on my nails and was using the electric file and kept fileing my skin which hurt and I kept telling her over and over she was hurting me and she said no shes not thats it probably because Im going to start my period.. yea you read that right. So I guess she got irritated with me because I kept asking her to stop hurting me ( I shouldve left then) so she sent me to another lady who was a very sweet woman but wasnt good at shaping my nails at all, my nails were lumpy and crooked and just awful looking and I politely told her I wasnt satisfied and pointed out what was wrong. And as the woman was trying to fix it the original woman came over and very rudely said they were fine and if I didnt like them I could soak them off so I got up to go soak them off because they were that ugly I had even asked another girl sitting next to me and she said she wouldnt pay a penny for it so I know I wasnt tweaking. So as Im getting ready to sit down to soak my ugly little nails off the owner woman wants to start arguing with me and saying nasty things so I went to get up and leave because I wasnt going to sit there and listen to her go off on me because they dont know how to do nails and she threatened to call security or have me pay....i told her I wasnt going to sit there any longer so she can come cut them off. This was the worst experience Ive ever had at any nail salon and Ive been getting my nails done for years. The customer service was trash the nails were trash and the place its self was dirty. And I see Im not the only one with a bad experience.

I just recently went there to get a Valentines Day nail polish design and color. She started and everything was fine she pulled out new tools from a new little set. Then I realized the base coat she was applying to my nails was milky knowing myself I dont like to doubt anyone so I went on with it. Then she pressured me on getting a color that I do not like at all but I didnt want to argue I was going to go back and get a refund anyway but then... I came home and I was on my phone and I saw that the whole place of where she had painted the nail polish had come off! she literally applied a peel off base coat to cheat me out of my money! I am very upset with it exspecially because I was really happy to have some sorta nice Valentines Day nails but I was not happy that they PEELED OFF!!!

My first time coming here and all I can say was that it was bad .. they left me took another customer got them finished and left me waiting there for like 20 mins... not only that but made me bleed and didnt clean up the acrylic all over my hands .. wont be coming back

This place is terrible! Lee Lee (the woman at the front desk) has a terrible attitude and did a terrible job with my BASIC manicure. I asked for simple basic manicure and she painted my nails the same way my 6 year old niece would! As a end result there were spaces and gaps in my nails because they needed multiple coats that she didnt give me.There was polish on my actual finger and my nails just looked horrendous. On my way driving home they even started to peel! I am NEVER going back to this place and if I ever want my nails to look a mess I would ask my niece to do it for free instead of spending $12 of hard earned money. I would rate this 0 stars but I was unable to post this review without giving a star. I wish I could post a picture of LeeLee to show you all who NOT to go to becuase Lee Lee is simply the worst.

Ive never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. The man that did my full acrylic set didnt drill my nails before he glued on my tips, so about 4 days later, 3 of my nails have already popped off. I went back requesting a new full set due to the fact that they were all going to keep falling off. The woman in the front argued and refused to do a new full set because there is no guarantee that my nails will be good....What kind of nail salon is this?! She offered to fix the nails that were broken and after 10 minutes of arguing I settled for the repair. The man that was repairing the broken nails also refused to give me a polish change even when I offered to pay for it. His reasoning was that I have other customers who happened to come in AFTER me. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any nail salon.

When I went in for a basic manicure they used those cutters to cut the skin on the outside of my nail. I never had a place do that before to me so I was shocked. After she was done with me I saw how she cleaned the tools. It was a rinse under the water and that was all. Codes were broken and now I am afraid of catching a disease or infection.

I got shellac over my acrylic overlay something I have done dozens of times before. The tech skipped putting on the clear base coat and just threw the color on with a top coat. My nails chipped 2 days later complete waste of money.

Really bad service for my first time. I got done a pedicure and horrible service. The woman that took care of me did a bad service cut my toe and tried spraying alcohol to stop the bleeding instead irritated my toe. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE got long nails for 37$ and 4 of them broke less then a week went back and she did them again and rough and she was throwing her stuff by my hands and left one nail short one huge one so wide and one crooked bad service and workers !!
