Had a bracelet with a broken clasp. He got on it right away and within a hour it was ready to pick up. I had to look carefully to see his repair. That, and the cost was quite reasonable.Highly recommended!

I can say I took a chance and brought my custom engagement ring over 4 cts to get resized here. Kays, Zales, and every other jeweler told me it would take over 2 months to get the ring back after I shipped it off. I was in a hurry and the gentleman took extreme care of the ring. I did have it inspected afterwards - But everything was timely and seamless. A real lifesaver.

I went here to put batteries in 6 of my watch’s. The man working there broke 2 of my watches and didn’t claim responsibility. The first watch, he lost parts of it and said it was already like that but I have never got that one opened or fixed before. The second watch was a very expensive Michael Kors watch that I had just got for my wife a couple months ago. She has barely even worn it and the man broke the glass and refused to claim responsibility and repair it.I highly suggest never ever coming here if you want your money’s worth. You might as well pay a few extra bucks to get it fixed properly and professionally. I learnt my lesson the hard way.

Horrible experience! Today we took my husbands bracelet and my necklace to get sized and get a link removed. When we returned to get our things my husband noticed the switched out our clasps on our jewelry and added FAKE gold plated metal to our pieces! My husband showed them that he could pinch together the links! The man and woman working became defensive refused to give me o e of my pieces back and per usual as I read other reviews they called their security who could do NOTHING! anyways don’t take your real gold or anything for that matter to these people! Pay an extra few dollars for someone to handle your jewelry the right way!

I own quite a few watches. I was taking them to this watch repair/ jeweler? lol..in Aurora mall.for cleaning and maintenance, new battery etc... for about 4 yearsLast year I had to take it in to Sears watch repair as it suddenly (it= being the priciest piece) stopped working. Only to find THIS PARTICULAR WATCH, had NOT been cleaned in almost 3-4 years (REAL JEWELERS KNOW THIS STUFF..LOL) Luckily Sears was able to order the parts and restore this piece to beautiful working condition!Soooo, I take in the other watches to Sears, jeweler finds the same thing.LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY!

This business is a disgrace. My husbamd and I visited this kiosk this weekend. The man who was inside the kiosk didnt greet us. He was too busy watching an R (close to X) rated movie that had his full attention. But this is not why I would never recommend anyone visiting this business. I asked to see a selection of rings. There were no prices attached that led me to believe he made them up as he see fit. After he brought tje rings out and went iver tje sizes, this man accused me of stealing a ring! And asked me (the accused thief) if he can call security. I was extremely offended. He used his cell phone to make a call, then turned around and said its ok, he decided not to call security. My husna6nd demanded that he call security, the sales man then asked us again to give a ring back. After he finally called security he accused us of hiding a ring. Security came and did nothing. Please save yourself the embarrassment and your time!

$ 25 bucks for a digital watch battery replacement is a bit steep.
