Super easy experience. I flew into DEN, found the Fine Parking bus easier, which also had a huge Silvercar banner on the side of the transport vehicle and I they dropped me off right in front of the Silvercar pickup. I maybe waited 3 minutes while the rep checked out another renter and then he came and did a complete walk around of the vehicle. There was a dent on the hood, a chip in the windshield and a scratch on the back of the vehicle but other then that, it was completely clean, not a single crumb or speck of dirt inside the vehicle. He noted those damages and I was off in less than 5 minutes. Upon return the exact same rep greeted me when I pulled in, did a walk around the vehicle and he even asked the Fine Parking bus to wait a second for him to complete everything. Got my receipt, hopped on the bus and I was gone in 5 minutes from pulling in. Such a seamless experience and the easiest rental experience Ive ever had. Friendly Staff, easy pick up and drop off and just a great experience.
I am so disappointed that the airport location is closed. I really enjoyed the convenience of renting an Audi A4 right from the airport. These cars are made for driving safely in the snow and having them available for rental in Denver close to the airport was perfect. I’m not sure I would go out of my way to rent one from a dealership in the future.
Located inside the state of the art Fine Parking facility, this was a seamless experience. As a local renter, it was super easy to drive myself to the garage, pay for parking through Fine, and then walk over to the Silvercar office to pick up my Q5. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful--shoutout to Daniel for taking care of me early in the morning, from checking that I had a snow brush to making sure I had keys for the ski rack. My rental experience from Silvercar was perfect from beginning to end and I will never rent from another company if I have the choice!
Awesome car, brand new, only 9 miles! Easy to get in and out of Silvercar. First rental experience was miles ahead of what you would expect with any of the other rental suppliers. Quick check of payment method, drivers license, and a brief introduction/familiarization to the car and I was on my way. No waiting for someone to sell 100 different insurance options or a gate attendant to look over all my documents again. Only 1 minor issue, I wanted to change my payment method when I dropped my car off. They werent able to accommodate this request.
Got a shuttle from the airport to there parking garage. Its like 15 mins away. Once at the location a girl came out to help us pick a car, got in a brand new Audi. Easy to deal with there app, got the car for a great price. All around excellent company made my trip better driving a nice all wheel drive car around town. Definitely will be using this company again
This place has zero customer service. Would communicate through text where earlier the same number answered via call. I just want to know if I get a color other than silver. No answer just pushing for my credit card info! Rent anywhere but here!!

A little difficult to find the first time, but a very cool way to rent a nice clean Audi. Everything works thru your cell phone. Once you figure it out super efficient.

The best rental experience Ive ever had. Pickup and drop off was smooth, though the location is a bit far from the airport. The person who checked us in was very friendly and the q5 was already waiting for us when we got there! Car was relatively new and well-maintained. Will definitely use again and recommend to feiends!!!

Great service and quality cars. All around a great experience. I would highly recommend it if you need a rental in Denver. You pay a little more than you normally would for a rental, but the cars are well maintained and clean. The service is also extremely fast and you can grab your car and go which is helpful if you are on business.
We had a tire issue on the day of our return which was something that was out of our control (and out of there control as well). They helped us sort out the vehicle issue and helped us get to the airport on time. At all times they were professional and courteous
Best and easiest car rental experience Ive had. No paperwork and once I arrived at the pick up spot, it took less than 5 minutes to get into the car and be on my way. It was even faster dropping the car off. And the best part, I didnt feel like I needed to being a lawyer with to get through the heaps of typical paperwork and disclosures. Very straight forward and easy to do. If the prices stay competitive, I will always use Silvercar over anything else.
I’ve had great experiences here in the past. The “manager” that is there now is a piece of trash. He lied to me over and over about not charging my CC multiple times and placing two additional holds. My bank confirmed, three charges with two full refunds. But instead of coming clean and saying they did it, he tried to cover it up by saying I was only charged once. My guess is they do this all the time in hopes someone doesn’t cat it. Five days later and I am still waiting on my bank to release the funds. Driving an Audi is nice, but not worth this experience.
Shuttle was easy to get to. Car was ready to go. Check in was super quick with no lines and just looking at the car and checking it out on my phone. We were on the road within 5 minutes. Returning was even easier! This will be my new car rental company for all my trips!
This was BY FAR the easiest and fastest rental experience we’ve ever had! It was so easy to get to the shuttle that took us to the off site garage. The whole pick up process maybe took 20 minutes between riding the shuttle and leaving with our car. A nice employee was right there waiting for us when we arrived. We went over the car, making sure any imperfections were noted before we left with the car. She explained everything in a quick and professional manner. The car was great! No problems whatsoever. The return was a breeze. We just dropped it off at the garage, the scanned the car and we were on our way! I’ll probably never use another car rental service again!
My rental had a flat tire after having the car less than 24 hours. Nobody at the office answered or returned my voicemail. The roadside button in the car says it’s not activated.I limped the Q5 back to the airport having to stop to refill it with air 3 times. Amanda was extremely belligerent when I asked if I can have another rental with the same features and stormed off when I asked for someone else to help and gave me glaring looks while I moved my luggage from one Q5 to another. Honestly with the looks she gave me I couldn’t tell if she wanted to fight or exchange words. I received no apology or compensation for that experience. All of this plus rush hour made me embarrassingly late to my meeting.Each time I rent Silvercar, it’s a $400+ trip. I’ll take my business elsewhere and share the experience with my employer that uses Silvercar exclusively.Amanda can’t deny the way she behaved because I have it on video.
When I got there to pick up my car, the lady helping me did not verify my drivers license. She just switched the card for me, unlocked the car, and let me leave.There was zero inspection done with my in the vehicle. I noticed a scratch shortly after leaving and called her to tell her. She said that she had everything documented on the vehicle.I was 4 minutes away from the return sport for the car and I had a blowout on the car. It was extremely difficult to get everything settled. Now the claims people are calling me saying everything is my fault and that they are sending me the damages report. This is absolutely ridiculous.Silvercar will not be getting my business again.
Quick and easy! Its a good thing we got insurance though because at our first stop we realized there was a scratch on the car that the employees did not see previously. We would have been held responsible if we hadnt picked up the $26 insurance.Really convenient service.

Silvercar is far and away the best rental car company out there. Easy and hassle free, youre at their location and driving away in minutes.
First class experience. The shuttle is slightly longer than the regular rental cars but literally everything else is several notches above the other rental car companies experience at DIA.Great cars and friendly staff. Very nice welcome lounge / waiting room with a nice coffee machine and snacks.
If I could rate it zero stars I would. To save you the long story. I rented a car for 2 days, picked up at 11am and expected to return at 11am in 2 days for $120/day. My nephew was sick in the hospital and the doctor was late, therefore I was 1 hour late. They charged me $150 saying it was a half day rate that changes everyday which was double the standard rate. $150/hour I could have hired a limo to drive me around cheaper.Bottomline, rent from the normal car companies. The only thing nice is the cars, the people, service and process is out of the way and unreasonable.Never had a company so fixed on policies without ability to be reasonable.

Like any new company they have a few rough edges to smooth out. You have to download an app that gives you the directions to complete your rental car transaction. I thought the directions to the shuttle could have been clearer and since they were not I wound up walking around the terminal and stumbling on where I needed to go. Like most have mentioned the shuttle is about 20 minutes drive from the airport. That may be something unique to Denver but it wasnt exactly convenient. When The shuttle arrived at The Silver Car pickup area there was another 30 minute wait for them to bring the car. The car was brand new with 4 miles on it and I enjoyed the rental. drop off was smoother and I only had to wait ten minutes for the shuttle. Personnel were all super friendly and professional and I would use them again but maybe not in Denver. I think like any other business thats new theyre still working out process issues so I still gave them a 4.
Pickup and drop off didnt take more than 5 minutes each. Shuttle to and from the airport was easy and all directions within the app were accurate. Was able to get a third party to pick me up from their location no problem. They charged me the price they quoted me, no surprises, no up selling. Had a fantastic first experience.Audi A4 was a 2017 with ~20k miles on it. The wifi built in was a bit slow but no a big deal for me with my phones data plan. I was a little surprised the car, for as nice as it is, didnt have blind spot detection which took some getting use to.If its your first time make sure to bring the credit card and license to the location for verification. Also make sure to fill out everything in the app that is required such as your profile.Fantastic service.

You get an Audi reasonably priced for a rental.Cars are clean and well maintained.If you have not driven an Audi before then learning the controls of the car would be like reading a manual to drive the car.I absolutely loved the car. But I hated spending time to google how to turn on the headlights or turn on the cruise control. Finally fiddled with everything everywhere and figured out.
This was my first time renting from Silvercar, and I loved it. It was easy and fun to pick up and drop off, and a nice car to drive. Sirius radio is included and they will fill the car at local gas prices plus $5. I will defiantly use Silvercar again.
Absolutely awful. We rented a silvercar out of Denver. Our final destination was salt lake. An hour and a half into our trip we have to pull over because of a tire problem- when we looked at it we discovered both front tires were all but completely blown. There is no reason that should happen an hour and a half into a trip with a rental car. If we hadnt caught it, it would have been catastrophic. Not only did Silvercar neglect to perform a BASIC SAFETY CHECK, but the car was dirty when we got it. There were drink spills all over the console and dirt everywhere. I would recommend never ever renting from Silvercar- your safety may depend on it.On top of all this, the Denver office refuses to answer their phone to help us with the issue. Zero preparation up front, and zero responsiveness to a safety situation. I would give less than one star if I could.
Silvercar is a great service. In Denver, we experienced great customer service when our car didnt initially unlock. It was still quicker than going through the other car rental places and we are driving a 2017 Audi A4. It has Android Auto and Google Earth for navigation.Definitely worth it.
I use Silvercar everywhere but will never use it in Denver again.First - I left my sunglasses in the car and no one can find them... I get It that I left them in the car but was in a hurry to get to airport.They don’t pick you up from the airport or drop you off after. Their facility is further from the airport than the others so it means a longer bus ride. So you pay more than other car companies and get zero of the benefits / perks.

I like this business and I have rented from them frequently. But if my rental on Monday is what is expected going forward then I will go with a different company. The shuttle from DIA was 15 minutes late. The cat was then another 30 minutes late. I was told that it was being washed. Not true. It was dirty and had trash from previous rental. The clerk had no answers. Worst experience that I have had with this company.
First time using Silvercar and couldnt have been more happy! Customer service was excellent. Will definitely rent from them again.
They claim I damaged their tire. Then they pass it in to some third party bill collector and treat me like garbage. Great “luxury” experience. The worst part is they won’t even let me pay with the credit card on file and expect me to write it on a piece of paper and mail it to them. I would highly advise against using this service. I’ve never had an issue renting from a larger auto rental service. I’ll avoid this “premium” experience going forward and recommend avoiding them at all costs.
It was never clear that we needed to reserve the included amenities so, had I not called to double check, we would have arrived with 2 children and no car seats. The app calls for 4 easy steps but a fifth should be to call in case you need included amenities.
Bent over for $80+ worth of fees on a $110 rental due to returning the car 4 hours late (arrived at DIA 4 hours early the previous day for reasons beyond my control). Evidently 4 hours is equivalent to 3/4 of an entire day as far as Silvercar billing is concerned. Was told I am SOL by their customer service. I would have been a repeat renter if they had worked with me on this but nope, never again.
Heard about Silvercar from a BuzzFeed story. Love the service. The Concierge that greeted me was very friendly, got me oriented with the car (Id never driven an Audi A4 before). The car was in pristine condition. Love that there were no lines, counters or paperwork. Best car rental experience to-date. Will use Silvercar whenever I rent.
This was my first and probably last time with Silvercar.The Q5’s carplay didnt work, neither of the two Silvercar employees were able to get it to work. One told me she had no idea how to do it, the other said it was too finicky. They told me theyd discount the final bill, but that discount never seemed to materialize.Also, their location is a 20-30 minute shuttle ride away from the airport. There was no indication of this until after arriving at the airport.
I first heard about Silvercar on the Howard Stern show. After looking at the usual car rental agencies I decided to give Silvercar a try, and Im sure glad I did!! The airport pickup was smooth, directions from Silvercar were specific so I knew exactly where to go to meet the shuttle. After checking in with the concierge it was three clicks on my phone and we were off! No annoying paperwork to complete or anything. I would recommended completing your online profile with Silvercar ahead of time, including entering your credit card number, just to make the process seamless. We were so pleased with the car, and were able to drop the car off at 3:30am to catch our early flight home and Silvercar had an airport shuttle ready for us. I hope they continue to expand because they will always be my first choice! I was emailed a detailed receipt shortly after dropping off the car. Wonderful experience and great pricing!
I booked through Expedia and was charged by Expedia. When I returned the vehicle to Silvercar I was also charged by them. When I called Silvercar their explanation was that they dont use Expedia. Crazy because Expedia is the only reason I even knew about Silvercar. This is a scam and I cant even imagine how many people who have been double booked.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Went through hail storm in Colorado. When dropped the car off. They said they would get a hold of me asap. However, 3 months later a collection agency asks me to pay for damages. When you are dealing with $40,000 car for a few days it is a lot better to rent a cheaper car with reasonable customer service and customer contact. They purposefully screw their customer by waiting over a 100 days to get back to them and they SIlvercar does not have to deal with credit card companies to cover damages. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! The risk is not worth the reward of a nice and good value!

Car was great. They have trouble accommodating extensions. The main reason for the 2 stars is the shuttle service. Shuttle had seats and room for my bags if moved around a little and the driver said he was full. I know most drivers would have made it happen bc they would want to help. Its like the dude wanted to make me late.
Silvercar itself is fine but the logistics of this DEN location are why I’ll never rent from here again. 30min shuttle ride each way, plus wait time, compounded by the fact getting to this off airport parking location is a boondoggle through country roads. SC should renegotiate with another lot MUCH closer to the airport and/or give you a ride in a silvercar to/from terminal. I’d be fine paying $20-60 more per day for pickup at the terminal. DEN car rentals generally suck since they’re not on property but SC is measurably worse than Avis/others.

Service was exceptional. Angela, our concierge at Denver was extremely helpful and strived to do everything to fulfill our request. When our ski rack was not available as requested, she took it upon herself to tell the manager that it was not right and they discounted our rental to compensate (we were not going to complain because we only had 3 people and could fold down the chair and put our gear in). But it was nice that she did her job exceptionally well without us having to say anything and complain to get things done right. And of course, the Audi A4 was a dream to drive!!!
Easy in and easy out. I did take a taxi from the airport instead of the shuttle upon arrival, $20. I took the shuttle back to airport and waited maybe 10 minutes. Staff at Silvercar were great.

This has to be one of the top ten worst Rental Car Experiences of all time. Shuttle took 10+ minutes to arrive. Finally got the car and it wouldnt go past the gate after being told the gates would open automagically. Multiple other brand shuttles past me by and I should have followed my gut and taken one of those instead. The car they tried to give me had over 26,000 miles on it. Returned the car back to them, and the girl was talking to her manager making sure I overheard her comments. She did not know how to handle a frustrated customer. Had the Silvercar experience in Denver not frustrated me she would have a frustrated customer to deal with.Called their corporate office and was told the location manager would follow up, never happened.Went to a competitor and had a first class experience for less money. As before should have followed my gut and pass on Silvercar.

Great staff & car as always. However, the Denver location shuttle pick up to & from airport can be much longer than other cities. Reason - location of garage is several miles from airport and buses are too small. If it is full, you will have too wait for next one. They need to add more shuttles and/or use bigger shuttle buses.

We recently returned from a trip to San Francisco. We tried Silvercar for the first time reading reviews and the opportunity to drive an Audi A4 on vacation. The concierge contacted me the day before our reservation to make sure we would be able to get to there pickup location. Ended up there was no shuttle from the Bart station to their location to he picked us up himself. From the pick up to the return the customer service was top notch. The car itself doesnt need much hype because lets face it, its an Audi. It was fully loaded so when you make a reservation rest assured there are no upgrade options other car rental groups will ask you about. Without a doubt I would use Silvercar and recommend there service to anyone/everyone else. It was a little ridiculous the concierge was running through the list of current promos to make sure we got the best price. He even added one from Yelp I was not aware of. The referral program is legit as well, use my referral code JDillingham1 and we BOTH get $25.00 to use against our next or first rental.Handsdown Silvercar is the BEST rental car service available. Silvercar is great. Ive had nothing but good experiences with other locations and this one was no different. Their location is roughly 20 minutes from the terminal, so plan for that.
I had rented a car from advantage just to show up and see a huge line, after waiting a while I decided to call silvercar since I read about them on the plane. They picked me up in front of advantage and took me to their location. They got me in my car and on my way in a matter of minutes. The whole process of renting and returning was so simple, I will only use them from now on!!! Plus driving a nice new Audi A4 was nice! Kudos to the concierge for helping me out so much and making my experience simple!!

Rented a car from them a couple months ago. The car they gave me had golfball sized hail dents on the hood and trunk. Then while I was in denver, when I was parked on the street, someone had hit the bumper and drove off, didnt leave a note. Not my fault but I had insurance so I figured it was covered. NOPE, my insurance paid for damage but they warned me that this company aggressively will go after you for other petty fines. They did and now Im having to pay a couple thousand for something I had no control.over and could happen to anyone. I am done with this scam of a business.

Booked online with with my mastercard and was charge for vehicle insurance at time of booking. After downloading their app, filing out their long and obstrusove forms, waiting 45 minutes for shuttle, and 20 minute commute to their location, I am informed they do not accept debit cards. Huge inconvenience that could have been avoided by some careful planning by the folks at Silvercar. Why build a brand around customer experience if you aren’t dedicated to providing a good one?
You MUST do SIlver car once in your life. Get a brand new loaded Audi A$ thats silver for a short trip. Weve rented from them 3 different times and it made the trips really memorable.
This is a tremendous way to rent a car! A real game changer. The service was excellent upon arrival. The car was a dream to drive. When I dropped the car off, I asked if it was possible to have Uber pick me up there and take me to my hotel. Imagine my surprise when Phillip from Silvercar offered to drive me over to the hotel and drop me off himself. Way above and beyond the call of duty. As a frequent business traveler, Silvercar has just made m into a loyal customer, looking forward to seeing them in more cities soon

This location is not optimal. There is a very long wait for the canopy shuttle to take you several miles to their offsite location. We waited over 30 minutes. Still probably overall better than other companies, but not what I expect for the Silvercar experience. Manager took sone responsibility but the service has been like this for 2+ years so I dont see it changing. If quick service is important to you take a cab to Silvercar.
Given the choice I always go with Silver Car. They have great cars and great service. You will pay a little more than you would at a standard car rental but you also get what you pay for.
WARNING!!! I made a reservation for a car and then had to change flight plans.. In the Denver Airport the car rental closes at 11:00 PM and if your flight is not on ground by 12:00 AM, you have to wait until 5:30 AM for it to reopen. They promote car rental the way it should be... Give me a break!!! Create an APP so if customer reserved, they can get a car without the delay!!! Cancelled reservation and looked for 24hr car rental ... This is an AIRPORT with 24 hour service!!! Please take a star away.. ZERO
Great service and overall experience was fantastic for the price paid. Only complaint was not noticing until later that the in-car wifi wasnt working. They fixed it later on, but the lesson learned is to spend more time verifying *everything* works when youre checking in to your rental.

Worst experience I have ever had! Not only was it ridiculous to have to download an app on my phone just to be able to pick up my car, but the prices on Expedia were much cheaper when I booked and when I went to pick up the car I was charged a rate much higher. I had to stand in the cold with my 2 year old disabled son while the app downloaded. All just to hit one button that said collect claim. Really?! How ridiculous is that?! Then, to top it all off, there was no infant seat for my child. I was forced to put him in the back seat with my mother and go buy a 300 dollar car seat that could support his disability. My child was absolutely exhausted, hungry, needed to be changed, and was cold! All these things contributed to triggering a seizure. Also, after I had already had everything booked, they go on to tell me they don’t take debit cards?! Ummmmm ok! Awful customer service! I will NEVER rent from this place again! I would not recommend it to anyone! The lady right before us also had similar issues! 👎🏼 Double thumbs down!
