I am a former customer of safe travels. I give it 3. I rented for a week. It did follows my guidelines however I did fell comfortably renting the vehicle because it felt like I had to check in with parents on how I was doing with the vehicle. Also could not rent for the time I need it. It felt like a paid barrow rather then a professional rental company.
