Rented car got a flat and blew tire at 75 mph almost hitting a semi. Enterprise swapped car for Corolla which resulted in a flat tire within 30 minutes of leaving.HUGE LIABILITY!Save yourself and your loved ones from having an accident. Find another rental car company you will save yourself the near death experience!

MUST HAVE A CHIPED CC OR YOU CANNOT RENT. Do they warn you? No. Do they say that before you initial the agreement? No. Do they ask you before hand? No. Ruined my trip because I dont have a chip. Bad business, poor communication, beyond disappointed.

The young man that help me today provided excellent service he went above and beyond to not only wait on me, but to help another passenger get to the rental location. He was professional, empathic, practiced safety and was very through in explaining the process.Because of him would use the location again I only regret that I did not get his name.But he gave me a Subaru if that helps and we laughed about it.

Do not trust their service, They will book your vehicle online give you reservation number and when you reach there they will tell you the vehicle is unavailable. I came from Houston, booked the vehicle, got the Uber and reached there but neither got the vehicle nor got the apology for inconvenince. I had to wait one Hour to arrange alternative transportation.

Quick, easy and pleasant experience. Got a nice car. Only 4 stars because the car smelled a little smoky and definitely the windows needed cleaning and the rest of the car could have been a little cleaner.

Id recommend Enterprise to anyone. When I picked up my vehicle- I was supposed to have Sirius in it. The car they had brought around did not have it. So they upgraded me to a 2020 Ram truck. Rode real nice, even had a hemi. 1 down fall the driver windshield wiper did not work. They were nice enough to take a day off my rental contract!!

Had a fine experience.Only wish they would pickup. Since this COVID situation has started, I have rented from Enterprise in the Miami, FL area and the Los Angeles area, and have always been picked up. I dont know for sure, but maybe it is just a COLORADO thing.That being said, it is difficult to blame someone for exercising an abundance of caution. Just glad they arent so cautious, that they are Closed for business....

Friendly and accommodating service. My flight arrived at 11:20am on Saturday and the facility closed at noon, so I was cutting it very close. The Branch Manager (Josh) was kind enough to stay later until I could get there, even though it was after 12pm. It was a quick and easy in/out process. Unfortunately they didnt have the SUV I reserved, but the Nissan Altima was still good for what I needed. I would return to this location again!

The worse car rental experienced I ever had.Starting with having you Wait outside even wearing a mask and get all your paperwork, license and whatever else they ask for with no even a table or something to make it comfortable for the customer. Got different car of what I requested and with strong cigarette smell. Had to drive with the windows open the whole trip with my daughter.Made the reservation for two days, picking up early morning, returning next day at night time.Got a phone call on the next day morning with a lady telling me that I’m late for my return and new charges and price must be updated. I don’t want to make this review much longer but I can continue with the complain and awful unprofessional confuse customer service, charging me extra money after giving me a price after I asked clearly twice if I should be aware of new charges.Renting a car should be easy and simple, I rented cars before and I regret so much using this company.Please make yourself a favor and find a different place. I do not recommend this place.

I have to compliment the employees at the Aurora Enterprise. They are the most professional collective group of Employees I have met in a long time. For a long period of time I rented from Avis however when I came here I realized what I was missing, professionalism and human contact. Even through this COVID pandemic you guys have not changed your professional attitude so I thank you all!

Josh and the rest of the team at this Enterprise provided amazing customer service for my 6-week rental. Definitely one of the best locations I’ve used in the country.

The lady that assisted me was very professional and nice. She was extremely thorough with the walk through and made sure I was comfortable. The only issue I had was the windows were cloudy with soap residue. When pointed out she told me that happens when they take too long to rinse the soap off.

Ive been using Enterprise for years and the folks over at the East 6th location are a prime example of why I refuse to rent from anywhere else. Been a while since you can last recall having been treated like a truly valued customer?? Pay these pros a visit and save yourself a good chunk of change the next time you fly into Denver by reserving with this office, which sits barely 15 minutes from the airport.

I have never experienced worse customer service. So disappointed with our experience here. Would not allow me to come inside with my four luggage bags in the heat, then refused to rent me the car we already payed for and booked, because I didnt have another credit card to give them when I came to pick up the car. Hate to leave this kind of review, but it seems that noone cared I was stranded in Denver on Labor Day Weekend, unable to pick up the rental car that was already paid for, and unable to rent another by the time my best friend flew in later that day with her credit card.

They did not have the car that i ordered (A cadillac) instead i got to choose between a dodge pickup truck,a jeep or this subaru that i choose.. The car stunk inside. We told the lady so she sprayed something inside.. I was not happy at alll.was very upset over this whole deal. I had to order the car outside of the airport because they had none, then pay a uber to drive me there to pick it up ($30.00) and then they dont have what i ordered.so upset. And then the cars air conditioner didnt work well at all.

I thought I booked at the Denver Airport but it was a downtown location. The person at the Denver airport was not very helpful and did not help me. I had to take a Uber to the other location which added extra time and expense. The person helping me at the downtown location was very helpful.

Ive rented from this shop a few times and have always been provided friendly and professional service that goes above and beyond what one would expect from a car rental company. Staff here takes the time to service each guest with expertise and make sure that all questions and needs are addressed and taken care of. My reserved cars have always been available and ready.

These guys came through quickly when I needed a vehicle at the last minute. This was not your standard car rental as it was for another person but I was paying for it. I was given all the options in detail as to the best way to structure the deal to protect my liability. Adam, in particular, was quick to help me reserve the vehicle and walk me through the process from start to finish. I really appreciate their courteous and thoughtful service. Would definitely recommend this location and will be returning soon to rent another vehicle within days!

Usually when it comes to dealing with rental car companies it always turns out to be a nightmare. We rented a vehicle from this location for a week and they staff was great. We ended up getting upgraded to a small SUV which worked perfect for our trip to Yellowstone & the Tetons. Would highly recommend this location for your rental car needs!

Absolute worst rental experience I’ve ever had in my life. I reserved a cargo van so that I could get the rest of my stuff from a storage unit in another state. When we showed up in the morning they told us they forgot to block out the van and someone else got it but I could get a mini van. When I asked if I would be getting some kind of discount for the inconvenience they told me they would just let me get the mini van for the same price as the cargo van because it actually costs more. But I didn’t need a mini van, I needed a cargo van. I was leaving at 4am the next day so I didn’t have time to go anywhere else. When I complained, the woman I spoke to was instantly defensive and basically said I should be happy I am getting a mini van for the rate of the cargo van. Terrible service, terrible management, I’m not really the leave a review type of person but that was by far the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

Good deal on a rental, however, THEY WOULD NOT PICK ME UP! I made the reservation with the understanding that I would be picked up as the Enterprise site claims. I even made a hotel reservation close to their location to insure that I was within the radius stated on the Enterprise site. Very disappointed in that aspect of this rental. Had to pay for a taxi both for pickup and return. I was also given a vehicle with problems. Tire pressure sensor showed low air and I twice aired the tire only to get a story that temperature sometimes affects the sensor according to the rental personnel. The cigar lighter in the car used for GPS power did not work. Guess I needed to check out the car more carefully. This was my first rental with Enterprise and I doubt if I will ever use it again. The only reason I upped the rating from one star is the people there were very good. Great guys!

They had everything ready for me and were just waiting for me to pick up the car. They did courtesy calls after pickup and after drop off to make sure everything was ok. They offered to switch the car out when I pointed out it smelled like cigarette smoke. At drop off I was there after they closed, but the lady still helped me out and was nice about it. They made everything simple and easy. The insurance wasnt a problem, yes I would go again.

Misleading automated responses, because the first thing you hear when you call is Well pick you up. However, many locations are not doing pickups right now, despite that being the company motto. I understand that the quarantine has lead to some unfavorable adjustments, but it still would have been immensely helpful to know this before driving across the city. Make sure youre aware of this change before you make a reservation, or else you might be stuck looking for an Uber/Lyft to get home.

They were great...worked with me on a number of issues and came out smelling like roses. Good people here! I highly recommend working with the lady, shes bright easy to talk to and has a great sense of humor. Impressive guys keep ot up!

After being on hold listening to many repetitions of well pick you up at home, they told me 7 miles is outside their pick up area. Told me theyd have a car for me at 1:30 but when I arrived at 4:45 (earliest I could arrange to come to them) had me wait for one to be ready. Offered me no options. The vehicle they gave me is painful to get in and out of (renting post collision). Polite enough, just not helpful or efficient.

I actually took longer then I thought I would need the car. They were so nice and considerate to keep me in the car until mine got repaired. The professionalism both in person and on the phone cannot be beat.

The service was good, the vehicle provided was a step up from what I ordered which was good. The only complaint I have is when we added a second driver to the vehicle I was not told it would be an additional $91.00 charge. This was told to me when I was given the printed receipt. This should have been told to me up front when I was asked if I wanted to add a driver.

The location I went to had friendly people but definitely wasnt staffed well. They were too busy for the people available to help so the wait was too much for me as a working professional. We swapped out cars a few times over a month and a half because the first one was given to us with a super strong smoking/weed smell and it was NOT clean. There was a large liquid splatter on the windshield and 2 areas of the car. They didnt have time to detail it and give it back so they swapped out for another vehicle. They didnt have anything but a basic vehicle that I didnt appreciate and expressed that to them. There wasnt anything else to choose from for a luxury vehicle. (My luxury car was in the shop for repairs so I wanted something comparable)

Love using Enterprise rent a car, fast easy process! Usually go to the one in Aurora off of 6th Avenue. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Only down side is when they quote you a price over the phone they should include everything. The price over the phone or on line is a bit different then when you go in to pick up the car. Maybe Include the extras! So there are no surprises.

The customer service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although they had several cars out of commission due to a hail storm a few days prior, they were able to accommodate my family with a similar (better) vehicle. All smiles and truly listened to our needs even though there was only one guy and about 20 customers waiting when we picked up our car. I give only 4 stars cause the company should better staff for the busy days, but we will continue to use enterprise for our rental needs. :)

What a lovely experience !!! My insurance directed me to this rental agency after my vehicle was considered a total loss . Upon arrival it was a very busy location with only two salesmen assisting customers . When observed, they did a marvelous just juggling all six people present and making sure to greet each one and let them know when they would be helped . After getting a vehicle one of the employees decided to let me bring back the vehicle on an empty fuel tank due to the length of wait time in the store . His directions on renting the vehicle were very clear and helpful. The vehicle did wonders for the time that I needed it and the rental agency was even able to extend my rental due to complications with the insurance company. Upon return right before closing hours, the same two gentlemen were not only impeccable with their customer service, but I also observed them help a new customer who came in just five minutes until closing. Such a long note but I feel it needed to be said as I so very much appreciate great customer service when I see it !!! Keep up the good work and I will definitely be recommending this location to others.

I used this Enterprise to rent a vehicle for a week long trip to Breckenridge. I was offered an upgrade from my original selection for an *extremely* reasonable rate, which I gladly took. The vehicle was low mileage, very clean, with as many extra features as you could want. The pickup service was easy and speedy. I dropped off before business hours, and was pleased to receive a follow up call letting me know everything was in good shape. I will be back.

I have rented from you 4 or 5 times in the last 4 years and never had a problem with service. Last year i rented a car and went cross country. I was in PA and the wipers were not working properly. I called and they told me to go to the nearest Enterprise. I did and rather than have me wait to repair they gave me a new car and even helped me transfer all my luggage.No complaints. Very happy with Enterprise.

I rented car from here and everything went very smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful. I dropped the car off on Sunday when the office was closed. On Monday afternoon I received a call following up and informing me everything looked good with car and confirmed the final payment amount. Would definitely rent with this location again.

This was my first rental car experience. After reading reviews of other rent a car businesses, I decided to go with enterprise, but still wasnt expecting it to go smooth. I kept waiting for something to go wrong with checking out the car, returning the car, or finding errors with my bill. I had a great experience, everything went super smooth, and the employees were very helpful and kind. They did a great job!

This is the only rental car company that I will use. I end up renting at least once a month, sometimes 2 to 3 times a month. Great staff. The one time that there was an issue with the car, I took it back in and they switched it out for me with no issues. It is very common that I am offered a free upgrade. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a rental.

Quick and friendly service. Vehicle was clean and serviced. Was ready for pickup when I arrived. Have used this location for years and have only had one minor issue with Enterprise. Normally a great and easy experience.

Terrible customer service. I have been a long standing Enterprise customer, however this experience has allowed me to make the conscious decision to not use Enterprise in the future.This review has nothing to do with the local office where the vehicle was rented, but with corporate management. One person whom I want to name as the catalyst for this review is Angela K. Bresina. She is the most unprofessional person I have had the displeasure to deal with in a very long time. This person is the main reason I will no longer rent from Enterprise, but there are others.I made at least six calls directly to Enterprise corporate in St. Louis, and not a single one of them got my situation resolved. There was one particular male I spoke with who was almost as uncaring as Angela Bresina. The way in which this company takes care of its customers is so out in left field I dont understand how they remain in business.Ive used Avis a couple of times recently and they have been great. I even mentioned one of the counter clerks in Omaha for doing such great work. I feel that Enterprise should take some lessons from other companies. I watched a workmate of mine get treated pretty poorly by an Enterprise agent in Lincoln, Nebraska last month.Enterprise has lost at least two customers recently and Im sure more are on the way. My hard-earned money will definitely go elsewhere the next time I need a rental car. Thank you Enterprise.

The customer service at this specific location of enterprise is unacceptable. I was provided with an upgraded vehicle from the standard size covered under my insurance. I was told by the enterprise rep that they didnt have any standard vehicles left to rent out that day. He never disclosed any extra cost and informed me that it would go through my insurance. Unfortunately, two months later I received a bill that required me to pay the extra cost of the upgrade. I called immediately to sort things out asking for the fee to be waived because I had been given false information. Every day I called I was told a manager would call me back to handle the issue but never received a single call back. This continued on for almost a month until I was told that they would waive the fee. Two weeks after this was said to me, I received another notice stating my bill was overdue and further action would be taken which would negatively affect my credit. The manager who informed me the fee would be waived directly lied and every sales rep or accountant I spoke with was not even capable of handling the issue, much less handling it in a professional manner. EXTREMELY unsatisfied with this company and this location specifically. The employees working on commission here will definitely screw you over to make the extra $ on their paycheck.

I showed up 4 hours early for my reservation on Labor Day weekend and after a short wait was rented a great Chevy Cruz for 5 days. I want to compliment Andrew Kviz working the counter for being such a courteous and helpful professional and hooking me up on a madhouse time of day on a crazy busy weekend. I rented a vehicle for a week and was extremely pleased with the service I received. We had several people in our party vacationing together and needed 3 large SUVs to accommodate all of us and our luggage. The staff went out of their way to help us and made sure we all got a large SUV. The pick up and drop off of the vehicles went smoothly, we were in and out in just a couple of minutes. I truly appreciated all the trouble the staff went to and I am extremely happy with our experience. Thank you for your great service!

I rented a car and received great customer service. The car was checked in great detail and was very clean. We received an upgrade and the vehicle ride was awesome. My husband and I were explained in full detail what our insurance covered and did not cover. The experience was great and we will definitely be back to rent again.

The manager really helped us with the insurance company. We were having problems with the insurance company manager. We simply did a voice conference call with the Enterprise manager and everything was cleared up in a matter of minutes. Enterprise isnt afraid to help their customers.

Had a great experience with this location. Richard was helpful on the phone and Luke was an absolute pleasure to conduct business with. He was a consummate professional, friendly, knowledgeable, honest and kind. I’ll be doing business with Enterprise going forward thanks to Luke!

Always had good service n cars price about same

I am a tried and true Enterprise user, but I recommend not using the national reservation hotline, but rather call the location personally to make the reservation. This time, as before, they messed up my car and the site didnt even have us in the system for that day. As a result, they didnt have a car suitable for my taste and had to give me the best that they could at the time and I ended up with a tin can (so to speak) and it wasnt very comfortable at all. The guys there were all very nice and they took great care of us regardless and everything otherwise was seamless. The loss of stars above was due to the car I had to settle with and the mix up of the original order in the first place which didnt seem to be their fault, but they do have to work together. Hint: If you can, please give them plenty of time to get the order correct (as in weeks) and definitely dont use the national, 800-line to make your reservation!

I was very disappointed with their service. Ive rented cars from Enterprise many times and will not ever again. They showed lack of knowledge and gave me misinformation causing me to spend hours of my time to make it right and then offered me nothing. I ended up returning the car that they rented me and going to a competitor.

Felt it could have been treated better, saw other costumers treated better than I was. Been renting with enterprise for a long time never had an issue with them. Had to return 2 cars back one with a flat tire and another with mechanical issues in the same 30 min range. Over all just wasn’t satisfied with this location.

Great service until we received our billing. We rented a pickup for two weeks and a day. I called Enterprise at the end of the thirteenth day and ask if we could return the truck a day early and they said that would be fine and that we would not be charged for the extra day. And we were. 50.00 extra

The folks here were very friendly and helpful. I rented a car here while mine was in the shop. They were very accommodating and answered all my questions, and provided me a ride from/to the shop.When I came back to return the car, the gentleman at the front desk called me by name as soon as I stepped in the door.
