I have been going to Balderas for the last few years and I always leave feeling beautiful. Clara and her staff are very professional and always make you feel at home .

I honestly don’t recommend this place. Called to make an appointment and was told I have to text Isabella (hair stylist) to make the appointment. So I did last Friday. I didn’t get a text till Tuesday. Red flag number one, I asked what is the earliest Isabella can do. I got a text on Thursday and she said 9 am Saturday. Perfect, come in early and I get to leave early! Nope. I arrived at 9am expecting Isabella to be there, but was told to text her once again to say that I’m there. Got a text saying that Isabella was on her way. But was left waiting for an hour and a half! With Isabella no where in sight!! I’m absolutely furious. I wasted my time and energy. This place is a joke. Don’t come here at all! There are much better places with amazing service!

We use to come here every week, but we stopped coming due to the fact just to get my husbands hair cut he would have to wait an hour or hour and half, for being a customer of 20+ years youd think they would honor that but they dont we got feed up with the wait and moved on to a different hair salon. the quality of the hair cuts were good its just the wait we werent willing to do.

They have horrible customer service and constantly on their phones.They over processed my hair so I had to get it cut and still didnt put the color I wanted.Will not be going back and will never recommend to anyone.
