Sara was great! At first glance you may think the MVP is a simple upsell thats not worth it. But Im telling you, those 5 minutes in the massage chair, hot towel on your face, and shampoo being massaged into your scalp.... heavenly!

I have my favorite stylist Caitlin. She rocks always attentive. Very busy location but they do good work and I will go no where else.

The day we needed the trims they were able to get us in within an hour. Shampoo wash came with hot towel wrap on face and scalp massage, very relaxing. The hair dressers both took the time to make sure we got the cut we wanted at the length we wanted. All the employees were friendly and professional.

I get my haircut there every other weekend on Sunday. Sports Clips switching to checking in online was the best thing they ever did! No more waiting around for the next available stylist. I can get things done in the area or sit at home and watch a ball game until it is time to head over. The atmosphere is great and there is always sports on, even if it is the World Axe Throwing League championship LOL!!

Ive been going here ever since they opened years ago. Even though they get very busy at time, its always a great experience.

On 5/23/21, I went in to get a haircut for the last time at this particular Sport Clips. After waiting over an hour, my stylist left to go to lunch. Instead of telling me that it would be at least another hour, they said nothing at all. Courtney was able to get me in but I will not be coming back.

Gave my son the worst hacked up bangs. Looked like a bowl cut from the 90s but not at all even! Waste of money. Very disappointed thank God I found a good barber in town that fixed it.

Ive used Sport Clips since I moved to Manhattan in 2012. Now, I promise, I will not be returning. Stylist suggested MVP, without acting like it would cost anything.. Not a big deal, I was willing to pay for that, especially to avoid needing another shower. After washing my hair she then asked can I condition your hair as well? Seeing this as an offer, I accepted. Little did I realize that would cost another extra $5. So my planned $17 haircut, $24 after washout, turned quickly into a $30 trip. Not worth it at all, and frankly, when you can see that Ive never washed out before, I should not be expected to just know their pricing, or the definition of a triple MVP. Regardless, Ill be headed to great clips next time. At least there I will know exactly what Im getting and what itll cost me.

Best place to get haircuts

I have gotten several haircuts here from multiple people and they have all been good, I bring my kids here for their haircuts as well and all the employees are very friendly and work to make sure my kids feel comfortable.

Definitely use the app as it cuts down on the wait time. I was able to walk in and get a great haircut thanks to the sports clips app

We typically have a wonderful experience but last Saturday that was not the case. I signed in for my son ahead of our visit, selecting first available. When we arrived it showed a wait time of about 10 minutes. When it was his turn, the stylists kept skipping over anyone who chose first available and went on to the customers who selected a specific stylist. After waiting over 30 minutes and repeatedly getting skipped, we walked out. I dont know if they changed things to work in that order but if I would have known that, I would have signed in differently.

I have gotten my hair cut here for 3 1/2 years now by the amazing hairstylist Mercede. I have not once walked away with a bad hair cut or anything short of perfection. Amazing service by a true professional. Would, and have, recommended both her and sports clips to everyone I know. Great place for superb service.

Been going here for years, the staff is nice and mostly depending who you choose to cut your hair you may not always be pleased with what you get. Just find a stylist youre happy with and keep going to her, love how i can check-in online and choose my stylist.

The staff is all friendly and the treatment is world class. Ive never gotten a bad cut and the always ask me on the specifics of how I want it cut. After going here, I simply can not get my haircut anyplace else. It costs about $22 for the full package which isnt too bad for a really nice cut.

This place does give good quality haircuts; however, twice now I have walked in at between 720 and 730pm and have been told they are no longer taking customers. Both times there was one or no people waiting. I understand having time to clean up for the stylist to leave on time, but you shouldnt publish closing hours as 8pm if you shut your doors to customers at 730. State that you close at 730, so that your stylist can leave at 8 if thats your goal. Today, the stylist told me I could come tomorrow between 9am-8pm...um no you close at 730pm obviously

Its a good place. I usually get on the chair fairly quickly and the girls dont seem too put off when I order the MVP. Tip well and every trip is easy.

The massage shampoo and back massage were great, but not worth the $30 I spent on them and the $15 im about to go spend to get my haircut fixed. AWFUL MILITARY CUTS. DO NOT GO HERE FOR MILITARY CUTS. I had to learn the hard way.

Was about to give it another try until I read these postings ... probably not going in now. My last experience was $$$ and the cutter debated as to how the computer said I usually got my hair cut ... she was reading the WRONG PERSONS file in the comp - even after I told her several times. I sent an email to the company and they basically said; This can happen with our turnover of stylists and that particular week was a bad week of training new employees. The cutter was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor ... Heading somewhere else Im guessing. Reviews can make or break a place like this ...

Just got the worst haircut with the worst service here. First, the stylist wouldnt talk to me and was rude when I first walked in. Second, I simply asked her to take an 1/2 inch off because it was a little shaggy. She started hacking away and different lengths and terrible angles. I got home for a closer look and have bald spots and extremely long areas. Worst hair cut I have ever gotten. I could do better with kitchen scissors. SAVE YOURSELF AND AVOID THIS STORE.

Low quality haircuts for a high price. I can get better or similar quality for at least 30% less. Several spots were missed by the stylist so I ended up having to fix them myself. If Im paying $17 plus socially mandated tip, these sorts of careless mistakes shouldnt be happening. The company has a similar problem in Wichita. Unless you are in Norman, OK, Id go somewhere else, if only to save some money.

They are friendly here, but not very good at cutting hair, they are more concerned with selling you an MVP even when you tell them no, they ask again. $19 for a haircut is pretty expensive and it should be better than your average barber, which they are not.

I got one terrible haircut and gave them the benefit of the doubt and went and got a second one. It was worst than the first one. I asked for the exact same crew cut I get everytime and got a bull cut. It is terrible! Had to go to a real barber to get it fixed.
