Im huge on customer service, and their customer service is outstanding. They are very polite and welcoming when I called and came in to the shop. The shop is very clean, and organized. I love the artwork painted on the walls. I got an undercut from Michael. We had very stimulating conversation during my haircut, and he was very efficient. My haircut is amazing. My design is super creative and unique. Im excited to see what he comes up with next.

I have to start off this review with that if you dont have an appointment you better get one because walk-ins feel very not welcomed there. I tried calling this facility about 5 times before becoming a walk-in and guess what? I went to voicemail 5 times. So youre telling me that the phone rang at your establishment five times and no one could pick up? Well thats got to be bad for business. I dont really know the seating arrangement in that place, like if I have to sit in a certain area to be noticed by certain barbers in certain sections. But I have to say that when I saw a barber get done cutting hair then chill for 45 minutes while all I needed was an line up and not even try to walk around and see if any walk-ins were in the facility thats when I truly lost it. Then at least an hour later I see someone walk in go straight to his chair and start to get a cut and thats when my business at this facility was lost. Now Ive been here before I know they give good cuts, not really at reasonable prices but they are some good cuts and thats why theyre even getting one star from me. But they are truly too appointment oriented and need to start being a little more welcoming to the occasional walk-in that will occur throughout their business days. Obviously that barber who was chilling was happy with the money he made from those two cuts and didnt need anymore from me for quick and easy line up. All I have to say is if you dont have an appointment, dont walk-in unless youre the master of patience.

Just wanted to thank Tiger for the fresh clean cut. After reading all the reviews I decided to take the risk of a new barber & very well worth it. Here in Illinois from Texas for a few months and already recommend him. Very thorough and attentive to what I asked for. Fresh clean taper & cut.

I rated fades braids and locs 5 stars for the professionalism and great quality of work done master barber Petey took me in as a walk-in on a holiday and treated as if I was a client for years and did awesome work on my waves, razor lineup and bread thank you again and shoutout to the stuff to who made me feel very welcomed there

1st and last time. Just left the barbershop with a so called fade. Asked for an experience barber and was told they were all experience. unless you a regular or plugged you wont get a decent hair cut. Never again. Next!!!

Tiger the barber is one of the best barbers out there I think. He was professional and accurate. Very detail and fast. I was happy with my cut and willing to go to him all the time. Is worth every penny.

Really helped me in a pinch! I had ordered synthetic dreads online, thinking I could do it myself. I called, got an appointment soon after and got excellent service while there! The Head Barber got me in a seat within 30 secs of me entering. Anything I needed done on my locks were done perfectly. Kiesha did a wonderful job on dying my dreads, MADE ME FEEL AT HOME!!! Great Prices!! Great People!!

Up here for the summer from Georgia and was in need of a serious cut. Location was very convenient and environment was very welcoming. Got exactly what I asked for (temp fade) and left feeling like a new man. Will definitely look forward to my next visit. Definitely in top 3 for all time favorite fades.

They do a great job, but stylists have a hard time taking direction without an attitude. They dont accept card, and dont accept walk ins either or same day appointments which I was told several times...I get my locs retwisted, not a haircut. And, never spoke with any Vietnamese man unfortunately as im sure hes just fine. Thank you for your response. For what its worth the shop was clean and the location was good.

Yoooo, came in the first time today and Tiger did my hair right, after having okay cuts at another barber shops. He cut my hair well, took into consideration how it grew, and suggested some good ways to cut it to make it look great. I would definitely be making this my new go to shop!

I went here for a little over a year and Mark was my barber. I was always pleased with my cuts, but the waits were always bad. Id call to make an appointment, show up at that time and several times, be there for 2 hours waiting to get in the chair! Whats the point in making an appointment if its not going to be kept? The barbers there were always cool, no problems with them at all. My problem is with Mark. On my last visit about 4 months ago, I told Mark that I needed to be in and out because I had an event to get to after my cut. He said no problem when I talked to him on the phone. Then when I get there, I had to wait 20 mins, despite having an appointment. Then, when its my turn, I get in the chair and he sits in the empty barber chair next to me to take a nap instead of starting my cut! This was completely disrespectful to me as a consistent customer. I walked out and will never be back. If you treat me like that, my moneys better spent elsewhere.

Really love getting my hair done here! Its a great friendly environment place to get a hair cut, locs twisted or re-twisted and much more. My stylist Keisha is absolutely wonderful in washing, re-twisting and styling hair, she does a great job at a good price!

Just moved to aurora Illinois 4 days ago. Searched on google and decided to try the place out. Lee did an amazing job on my fade and the clientele was extremely personable. Told them I was lookin for a job and he offered to send my resume around. Super nice guys amazing experience overall.

I have been going to this spot for some time now, this is easily the best place to get a haircut in the aurora/Naperville area. The barbers are always welcoming and nice music can always be heard in the background, i frequently always recommend my family members and friends to go here.

The new Asian guy gives awful haircuts. All he cares about is you following him on Instagram. He hardly asks you what you want, just goes for it. If you want your hair the way YOU like it, go to someone else there or someone else. Fire that goofball. His own haircut isnt even good... He can fade you up but doesnt know any other technique. Never again.

The owner, Mike, is a wonderful guy. Whole shop is filled with great people. It was a worth the 45 minute drive, and ill definitely be referring my friends here.

I took my son here today because he wanted a fade like mine. Torri was very patient with him. (My son is tender headed and afraid of loud equipment.) The shop was clean with tasteful music and in a decent area. Ive been to other shops where the atmosphere and language wasnt appropriate for children. Not so here. We will be back.

Wow this place is terrible and Ill never go back. We walked in and 2 guys were sitting in the waiting room hanging out. These were 2 very unprofessionals barbers who both looked like they did;t want to cut my 8 year old sons hair. They brought us into a room where someone was getting their hair braided and a woman was sleeping on a barber chair. The room was a MESS with hair and garbage all over the floor including a pizza box. The barbers drawers were all broken and hanging off of the hinges. Before the haircut began I found out they didnt accept credit cards and on our way out we walked by another room full of about 7 black males sitting having a very inappropriate conversation. Will never go there again.

I usually get my hair cut by AJ but he was out of town and I had a family reunion to attend. Mr Lee Hooked me up with a Bald Fade first time some that wasn’t black cut my hair and he did a damn good job.

First of all the place was cluttered to the point that you have to shimmy past things and people to get to a stylists chair. The backroom where the wash sinks were was horrible there was basket of dirty smelly towels and to top it all my stylist reeked of weed smoke. I wouldnt recommend this place at gun point. The place was dirty and the service, (not just the dirty towels) in this place STINKS!!!

Hair cuts for males are okay only if you are able to get the right barber and the wait time can be very long if you do not have an appointment and they do not know you. I stopped going because its not the best atmosphere.
