Rob was amazing! We had a very difficult time with the roofer we hired to fix our roof after we had hail damage. After dealing with him for almost a year, we reached out to Rob for advice and help. Rob did not hesitate to help us. He even volunteered to come to our house and meet with the roofer on our behalf with us. If he wasnt at that meeting we would not have had the positive outcome that we had. Rob took the heat and helped us to resolve our issues! I appreciate him so much! He went above and beyond his duty as our State Farm agent. The time he spent really helped me and our family because I wanted my focus to be on my students as I am a principal in the Denver Metro area and I didnt want to spend any more time dealing with this very difficult roofer. They are informative, responsive and truly care about their clients. I have contacted them on a few different occasions re: changes in my plan, personal updates, etc. and Julie not only gets back to me promptly but I know she will handle my requests with care and consideration while keeping me in the loop (even though I am probably one of their smaller clients).
