All was well until they started giving me conflicting answers with other reps. I wish they could give straight forward answers and not hide behind the “you spoke to someone in customer service” excuse. Who am I supposed to listen to?It’s unclear whether they are or not affiliated with Allstate and follow a uniform set of guidelines/policies or just do business a capriccio. They changed my policy without any notification.

Jose did an excellent job with customer service. I had a billing issue that was caused by the main office and Jose took the time to solve the problem and follow up with me to ensure the result was satisfactory. I was on the verge of canceling my policy and because of Jose decided my insurance needs were best suited with Allstate.

Love this agency! Everyone knows how frustrating & complicated it can be not only finding insurance, but finding an agency that really takes care of you. Patrick & his staff truly do that. Ive thankfully only had one accident since joining AllState and have only had one issue with my home and both incidents were handled amazingly by AllState. The roof of my house was not only inspected quickly by an agent, but the company did everything to make the process fast and easy. The same can be said about the car. There was no back and forth between AllState and me having to fight to get my car fixed. In fact, when I went to pick it up from the repair shop the windshield still had a crack in it (they said it was because the agent didnt believe it was from the accident), once I explained that it hadnt been cracked prior, it was fixed promptly and, again, AllState gave me no issues. I have heard horror stories from other people using different companies and I was amazed at how easy AllState made it and how I didnt have to haggle to get things fixed properly. They just took care of it as if it were their own house/car. Thank you!

Good, reliable. Apparently, almost $200 a month is the rate for a 50+ year old with a perfect driving record. That seems high but not sure.Also, constantly and I mean CONSTANTLY asking for feedback.

When I got into an accident in August, Allstate took great care of me by helping me get my car in a shop and taking care of any necessary details for the claim. However, when my car began to take longer is when it became an issue. Not only that but a week before my car was supposed to be done I get a call from the shop telling me I’m missing a pretty important piece of my vehicle that I KNOW was there before the accident! I called up my agent and told them everything that happened and Jose Chavez and Patrick Conaway did an amazing job. During a very stressful time after buying a house amongst other things going on in my life, they made sure that at the end of the day I was taken care of!
