If I could give this location zero stars I would!!!! This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. They are in it for the money and will call you ratchet and disrespectful for fixing their mistakes. I went into the office to start a new policy she verified my number and told me I had to pay a certain amount. Didn’t verify no additional information didn’t confirm car information just automatically assumed that I was looking to restart my original policy. The staff is willing to fight you over the corrections you make. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THESE FOLKS!!
This review is for the Fred Loya insurance company, not this particular location. If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my choice. Today it has been 29 days that they received my claim (the person that was insured by Fred Loya hit our car in front of our house). We called our adjuster ALYSSA REESE and she says that the claim is still processing! ALYSSA REESE cannot even give us a timeline of when we will get a response to the claim or explain the reason for the delay in processing the claim either! Sub par and cheap insurance should not be allowed to operate in Colorado! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! ALYSSA REESE was extremely defiant and unhelpful. She also was being disrespectful and pretending to not understand what I was asking her since English is not my first language. We were the victims here and just needed to understand whats going on! 29 DAYS TO PROCESS A CLAIM IS NOT REASONABLE!!!!! Fred Loya sells inadequate insurance coverage to his clients and this has to be investigated by the attorney in general of our state!

I walked in they asked me if I had a mask I said no they told me I had to get one or I cant come in. Then I went and purchased one and came back. Then they told me to sit down and asked me what type of insurance I needed and the vehicle year model ext! And quoted me for my car insurance and told me the price how much it would be. Great customer service and great attitude was givin at this location. Thank you

It could not be worse. Where do I begin?They refused to get me a rental car and cost me work and threatened my job security.They offered to pay $994 for $3700 worth of work, PLUS the lost work, PLUS the taxis.They told me I had to have a mechanic get me more money so I brought it to one.Fred Loya Totalled my $6000 car over the $3700 so they wouldnt have to pay.Wait, it gets better!Now after forcing a salvage title on me over a FENDER BENDER, they want me to pay $2200 FOR MY OWN CAR TO BUY IT BACK when they themselves claim it is only worth $2700 and has $3700 worth of damage.But they want $2,200 for it with a salvage title?PURE EVIL.

I have to say I had a very pleasant experience purchasing insurancefor my truck...they were very courteous to me...and processed my policy quickly...
I must say, I have not yet found any other insurance company to meet or beat the price that I pay for my car, and the young adults there are friendly and will help you find a great price for your car.
Went in the other day to ask questions about my policy with them, they got offensive right away and ask why I wanted to know certain information. They were very rude and treated me as if I was not a customer. I even had to tell them not to speak in Spanish about me for I am an English speaker.Far as I am concerned they are not insurance company. If you read your policy if you have them as your insurance company, they always use quotation marks around the term insurance policy- ie. Insurance policy - red flag- They are crooks and the agents are taught to lie. They dont have your back and only want your money. Find a company that is actually going to cover you. They are cheap for reason.Finally, insurance companies in the state of CO are obligated to carry Medical Payment since January 2009, Fred Loya does not offer it and they actually make you sign a form rejecting it but Im sure its only to cover their ass so they dont get in trouble for not carrying it. They plain out told me, if I have an issue with that I can take my business elsewhere. -Sketchy!! Dont make the same mistake I did, find a legit company. You wont regret it.

This place is the worst!!!! The employees sit on their phones. They also tell you what is scripted to them and repeat themselves if they dont have a better option. They told me i couldnt remove my car but i could add a car since my boyfriend is the primary. Then I went to add a car, and they said no to that too. When i finally got the inital car removed, they charged me for the following month! YOU ARE HORRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!

Rip off! Car was stolen and totaled they refused to help after Ive been paying insurance for 4yrs. They dont have any claim adjusters in Colorado, so you are screwed if anything happens to your car. THEY SUCK!

She is definitely a very bad insurer, a few days ago one of her clients crashed me and I spoke so that they would pay me the damages and they left me with that they were not going to pay anything, that I spoke with the person ... I do not recommend this insurance at all .... hopefully the people who are there realize the crap that it is.
