Attempted to make three calls about my refund because I was overcharged again still no response still no refund completely rude customer service highly disappointed if you ever need help theres no one there to help you poor quality insurance company you the people deserve better as do I

So with my experience I had great help from John, absolutely helpful and very great personality and willing to try and get you the lowest insurance possible for whatever you came for . That being said his secretary, is trash(Jennifer) No manners, I was called to get pictures for my car for the insurance policy and since I got there nothing but rude. She and her co-worker that day ruined that entire experience. Again just my experience.

By reading the reviews I thought it was a great place and they had a good costumer service so I decided to call and get a quote on my car insurance, the first two times that I called no body answered but then by the third time someone picked up the phone and by tone of voice you could tell that they hate their job, not even a good morning or how can I help you or nothing friendly like that, we keep talking on the phone she was gathering some information and then it came to a question she made and I didn’t know what she meant so I asked her what does that mean? And she giggled and said well if you don’t know what it means then you don’t need it.. I’m like what the heck did she just said? I mean come on if I’m asking obviously I don’t know what is it but probably I could of needed it, so she could of explained what she meant, but instead she was rude and by the tone of her voice made me feel I uncomfortable! I wished I had her name so that I could talk to a direct manager or some in a higher position! And I hope everyone reads this before even calling or going to that place!! Horrible costumer service! I mean if you hate your job then just quit! Just simple as that! I gave a one star because I can’t give less

Gave me a misleading quote on SR22, they claimed to be experts on the matter of some sort. Basically just wasted a lot of my time, gave me a quote, then when I tried to follow through, they couldnt produce the same quote that was given. He said he would contact the insurance company and call me back - I never got the call back. I asked for a list of other insurance quotes from other companies, and have yet to receive any.
