Mark is a great guy. My mom is moving from California and wanted to stick with State Farm. I remembered Mark from when I used him and wanted to make sure he was still in the business. Stop by to see him and he is the same wonderful person he was way back when I used him.

I have been a customer of State Farm since I learned to drive at 16 under my parent’s policy. That’s a tad over 30 years! When I became an adult & obtained my own policies. Theymade it so easy. I refuse to go anywhere else. The service is spectacular. Worth every penny

My roof incurred hail damage last summer, forever the procrastinator, I finally got around to reporting it to State Farm in December. My insurance agent, Mark Vissering, assisted me right away. He called the adjuster, Lisa Huey to come out and inspect my roof. Lisa worked with the roofing company rep that I had chosen and wrote a check for me that day! Both Mark and Lisa were super, very personable and professional. Thank you!

Mark Vissering has been my insurance agent since 1990 (car, house, life). I cannot say enough good things about him AND ladies who run the office. Over the years, I have had friends tell me that I should look into other insurance companies to see if I could save money. I tell them no other insurance could save me enough money to give up having Mark as my agent. We have made 6 or so claims over the years and every time Mark has been there making sure everything was taken care of..even if it meant taking on State Farm itself! I am going to have to move to Texas in a few months...and I wish I was able to have Mark continue to be my agent...but thats not allowed (unless he moved to Texas). If you are looking for an agent who is going to have your back and treat you like a person and not a number....Mark Vissering is the agent you want!

Unfortunately my wife and I have been robbed of our hard earned money by State Farm and Mark Vissering. They will do and say anything to gain your trust and then when you need them most, will turn their back on you. Do you and your family a huge favor and get insurance through ANYONE else. I was a client of Marks office for about 5 years. I recently had to move my policies to another state. I have always had an amazing experience with the office especially the with Rosalin. She made sure that all of my policies and my families policies were in order. On several occasions she went above and beyond to ensure that all business needs were met. Mark, Rosalin (different secretaries) and I have been through it all. Ive been with state farm for more than 8 years. 1st i had only auto insurance then home insurance. Then, after paying for home insurance- i received a call from his secretary dropping us because Mark told her that he had to pay a claim for a new roof for Chen Liang who I bought the house from and he was not going to insure the home. Also, after consulting with different providers, Mark & underwriter listed erroneously accidents. All of these problems were rectified. It seems like after all the adversity, we finally became like family.

The best service agency I have had in my life. When I was involved in a hit-n-run accident, Mark and his staff helped me to file claim and get my car repaired. They also helped to find the hit-n-run criminal, then refunded my insurance deductible. I cant imagine life without their tedious professional help.

I was having technical difficulties with my online account and she helped me get I touch with who I needed to get in touch with (instead of getting transferred a million times). I have never worked with Mark and cant speak to his professionalism but I did have the unfortunate experience of being accosted by a member of his office. I hope my experience was an exception but I would be very hesitant to do business with a company that has staff that thinks it is ok to talk to potential customers the way my friends and I talked to.
