When we first acquired this agency’s services, we were very pleased with Linda’s great customer service and quick responses to any questions or requests we had. She was personable and we trusted her word.Enter her office manager (Michelle?) a couple of years later. From the time we became aware of her, she was the only person we ever had the opportunity to deal with. I personally was treated very badly by her, where she seemed to believe that my husband was the only decision maker for our policies . My husband’s 21 yr old daughter’s car was also covered under our policy. When she bought a different vehicle last year and tried to switch the insurance to that car, Michelle did so without contacting us to let us know that this request was made and granted. The previous vehicle was in my husband’s name, and the new vehicle was in her name. She does not live with us. When we questioned Michelle about why she didn’t contact us before making this change, she shrugged it off saying it’s not uncommon for them to add/remove or change policies at the kid’s request, regardless of whether the policy holder is aware or not. Our premiums in both auto and home have skyrocketed consistently, and customer service plummeted. We switched and are now much happier.

I recommend your agency to anyone and everyone! The support and education you have always given our entire family has been above and beyond our expectations since we met you.
