I have been using this company for about 6 years. Pretty good customer service and quick service. However when I called to pay over the phone recently, the lady was very short and seemed irritated. Not cool lady, please work on your people skills! Wish they had a public restroom. Will return and recommend

Called in on a Thursday at around 5:30 almost closing time & the girl that answered was super nice & told me she’d wait for me to get there before closing time. Super nice attitude, I left there understanding absolutely everything! Love the attitude she had with me, she was a girl with long red hair! Super nice & cool!

Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. And took her time with us even though she was working alone, and several people started coming in at the last hour of her being open. Karina has always been very helpful; Ive been using this company for 2 years to be insured. I recently changed to a different company because I found a better deal.I received a letter in the mail stating that my policy is expiring and that if i want to discontinue service to give them a call; I did.I gave them a call to find out what I have to do to make sure I wasnt charge for insurance I wont be needing anymore and was told BY 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE that Nothing more is needed, you wont be charged so I did nothing.I got charged. (SURPRISE!) I called in today to find out why even though I was told otherwise and Karina (Being the angel she is) explained that I actually needed to come in and sign some papers.Money is tight since Im in school currently so every penny counts.I just wish I was told the correct inforamtion the first time from whoever helped me out.

My son came into this office on 12/05/2016. He was charged $280. However only $159.60 was applied to his account. Can someone tell me where $120? He is 19 and trying to follow all rules and you people took advantage of him. I WOULD NEVER recommend THIS AGENCY. I GAVE 1 STAR BECAUSE I HAD TO !!

Only one person works here and she is very rude and dont expect this to be fast or friendly!This is on 8/10/2019- a very rude woman on 8/7/2019 told me my payment was due on 8/10/2019 so when I called today to make my payment they charged me a late fee because they lied to me and then some rude woman hung up on me during my payment.
