I liked the quick response to my initial request for a quote and I had a friendly staff member walk me through the initial paperwork. In addition, I really like the ease of the renewal process on the online website. Of course, I really love the discounts I received compared to other big name companies I received quotes from as well.

I had to leave All State after 4 years because Mitchell Wettsteins takeover of my local agency has been horrendous. Prior to Mitchell, the previous agency was notorious for leaving customers high-and-dry but this has went to an entirely new level. Ive left multiple voicemails and called their 1-800 main line to request contact from my office. I have not received any communication from this agent at all. After multiple attempts to fix an issue prior to beginning of May 2021, I was charged a fee for the exact issue I wanted to correct. Now, Ive called in and the 1-800 line is referring me to my local agent to have them fix the problem. After this comedy of errors I decided to go to State Farm and their policy was over $100 a month cheaper for the exact same policy. Steer clear of this local agent if you want to be In Good Hands with your insurance agency.

They have gotten too big to offer personal service. You get routed to a call center and can’t speak to anyone actually at the agency. Poor response and explanations. Don’t call back when requested. Find a different agent! I did!

I highly... highly do not recommend this Allstate or any Allstate. Very poor customer service, you cannot depend on them to get anything done for you and they do not respond. I had tried to reach out to him 3 months ago to get a policy cancelled and he would not respond. I then was told it was cancelled from someone else on the phone and went on my way to later find out there was a payment sent to collections even though I was told it was cancelled and that I wouldn’t receive a refund.Save yourself the time and stress and go somewhere other than here. They are some certified clowns.

Worst insurance agency ever! They completely messed up one of my policies and didnt tell me they dropped coverage, and explicitly talking about this same subject just weeks before. When setting-up my auto policy they put down the incorrect VIN (a lot of numbers were wrong, not just one), then after the policy was written stated I had to sign the paperwork with the incorrect information then they would amend it. And they randomly increase my rates without reason.The employees are incompetent, just your typical insurance sales people looking for a quick dollar. And Mitchell Wettstein himself never gets involved even when there are major problems with policies they write and actions of their employees. This agency doesnt care! Stay far away!
