I have used them for a few years for insurance. Theyre wonderful people. Always willing to help out and the rates are low. If you have a question they will answer it with no problems. My last insurance company would treat you horrible if you asked a question. I would have no problems referring a family member to them.

Greg and his staff are AMAZING to work with! Greg has helped me with several policies and always answers all of my questions. His team has also worked hard to save me money on various policies I have. I always have peace of mind when I call his office or send a email with a concern or a question. He continually has my back and my best interest in mind. Greg was right there when I had a concern before going on a trip and helped me with insurance coverage questions very last minute. Greg and his staff have always been great to their customers and the community. That office reminds me of the title “small but mighty”! They run a small office, and sometimes get busy with the phone ringing, but they always get back to their customers. By choosing to do business with Greg in Aurora and the surrounding area you’re choosing the best agent. He doesn’t work for you for a vacation home or a high end car, he works for you because that is what he enjoys doing. Unlike some other agents that disappear for the summer and you don’t hear from for months Greg is always there!

My husband and I have been insured by state farm for over 10 years and never missed a payment. We cancelled our home insurance when we sold our home to move across country and during this move we not properly advised on coverage needed. Unfortunately we were broken into with $15,000 stolen and Greg Rodis office took no blame for the lack of professional guidance. We relied on them for proper coverage and we were left completely exposed and out this money with no recourse. Over the phone they admitted they made a mistake however did nothing to rectify the situation.

Not sure why you came to aurora to never be in your office or answer your phone. Called Ric Ellis’s office and couldn’t be happier with him and his staff.

Horrible!!!!! Absolutely horrible! He is NEVER in the office. My boyfriend had an awful experience. He ended up transferring to a Rick Ellis in Aurora and we couldn’t be happier.
