The office I transferred to was a large office. As a customer I was one of so many that I could never talk to the same person twice. I really had to work to get answers. I am in process of purchasing my first home and I wasnt sure where to start, or what the appropriate steps were. My Representative Crystal, at Meghan Bowen state farm was AMAZING.
