When I needed his help to navigate Farmers to get a refund on a canceled policy he was utterly useless and via email just directed me back to the same useless 888 number.Farmers and Troy are terrible to work with. Rather I’d give a 5 star rating to Compass Insurance at compassinsurancegroup.com. They are a CO based local company. They shop multiple companies for me and call every year. If they can save me money they do the work to do it. They have frequently saved me hundreds each year on bundled policies on home, auto and umbrella I originally had with Farmers.
