Due to multiple issues with my previous agents office, I switch to Corinne. I decided to have her office take a look at all of my policies and good thing I did - there was NO coverage on my new home and we were carrying triple coverage on something that only required one vehicle to carry it. Sarah at Corrines office went above beyond, going through every single one of my policies with a fine-tooth comb to ensure everything was as it should be. She and her staff are the best of the best and moving my business to her is one of the best decisions I have ever made!

Called and they were able to answer my questions and they helped me to get bet rates. I spoke with Corinne and she was realistic with me about what could happen if I signed up for a driving program. Corrine Hawkins doesn’t just have a State Farm Agency. She is a godsend!! She took the time to explain both the auto rates and homeowners insurance. I must admit, I asked a lot of questions. However not once did she ever change her voice & she continuously explained step by step in a way that I could comprehend. Knowing that I continued to feel like a scholar during our conversation, is beyond words. My previous insurance carrier overcharged charged me roughly has overcharged me a minimum of $10,000+ annually since 2010. (Yes, I had a personal agent).I was raised being told that when man closes a door, God opens a window.After we everything was finalized both my auto & homeowners policies,, I was genuinely impressed. When the conversation was finalized., I immediately had emails for both policies.I could not get over the shock of establishing an upper echelon police with State Farm agent Corrine Hawkins. I also began crying. Knowing how much money I had been ripped off for and the prevaricating of my former agent did broke me mentally. It was to the point that I simply began crying. Yes, I have a Masters degree, I focus on my money management, budget, expenditures, etc. I realized that there are so many people & companies that are committing fraud purposely. Why and how can a person do this? Especially at a time when our nation is an embarrassment to admit being from & with all of the unemployment, the school lack of student’s learning normally for over a year, & all of Black people being murdered by crooked police with body cams on in front of the world daily, yet avoiding being charged as guilty. schedules came to my home to accept believing realized there are insurance companies & prestigious State Farm agent’s are diligent and enthusiastically care about their clients.Whomever is responsible for reading and reporting this review should give her major accolades and a commercial too. No offense, but the current commercials are dreary. I purchased a 6 month policy with State Farm through Corrine. 4 months later Ive been told my policy has expired and that underwriting requires another $200 to keep my policy in effect. This, to me, is theft. I dont understand how a company stays in business with a policy like this. I can no longer refuse the quote to go with another company. They simply took my money and charged me a higher monthly rate without me ever knowing about it. Theft...plain and simple. I will be telling everyone I ever meet not to use State Farm due to this experience. In 20 years of driving and having liability insurance Ive never had an experience like this. Horrible. I feel so jipped and theres nothing i can do about it...other than let you know.In response to the owner...Thanks for finally getting in touch with me. Its not that hard.Never did I receive a phone call about this matter. Only once did I get a spamish email with an attachment from you on Nov. 14, two and a half months after I paid a 6 month premium. By your rationale, at that point, Id already be in the hole to State Farm for 3 months worth of whatever medical thing it is youre talking about. But hold on, I dont want to say I didnt receive phone calls or emails from State Farm, because I did...but lemme tell ya...when you flood someones email and continually leave voicemail messages explaining how much people could be saving if they bundled their home and auto, they arent going to call you back. They arent going to open the one important email you might send them. Heres a tip...make it a point to get in touch expeditiously when it comes to money. I might have been a customer for life but Ill never use State Farm again after this...and its all your fault.
