Ive been a client of this agency for about 15 years. Over the last few years I have worked the most with Jodi Ortega in Annes office. In the last few months I had a lot of changes that needed to be made. Adding vehicles, adding a house, removing a house, new personal articles policy, etc. etc. I really appreciated all the hard work that Jodi put into my account as we worked through it all- she was awesome to work with as always. She knew I was using a broker to comparison shop (since we have so many vehicles now) but she was always professional about it all. It’s been a long haul to get it all done and I really appreciate how much she did for me. She even found a roofer to come inspect the roof of the new house to see if we could qualify for a better discount. Anyway, she’s great-responsive, professional and easy to talk with. Definitely a thumbs up from me for this agency.

She has been so wonderful in working with me and my fiance. There was a slight issue at first with our billing, but she knew the issue and got it all taken care of! When I moved to Aurora, Colorado in April 2006, I didnt know anyone and didnt know anything about the area. I knew I had to find a doctor, a barber, a hair dresser for my wife and an insurance agent. As the Chief of Manpower at Buckley Air Force Base, I didnt have a lot of time to find the answers to our needs. Fortunately, I was eating at a resturant called the Honeybee Asian Bistro and as I was checking out met a lady who was also checking out. I met Anne Sandoval and her office manager....Sara Nuñez Anne offered to sit down and tell me all about the local area and to answer any questions I had regarding who to see, what to do etc. When she gave me her business card, I didnt know that I would ever use it. However, to make a long story short, she has been nothing short of phenomenal for the past 14 years. She was able to get us homeowners insurance and automobile insurance. She was able to recomment mechanics, auto body shops etc. She took the time to sit us down and go over our life insurance and explain how much is enough. The thing about insurance is you never know how good it is until you need it. I have filed a few claims throughout the years and the service has been phenomenal. State Farm has been my insurer for 26 years, Anne Sandoval has been my agent for probably 20 of those years. I always know that I can call anytime and I truly feel that her staff is there to help me and WANT to help me. I had two glass claims back to back this summer - My sun roof literally exploded - I was just waiting for the push back from my insurance as it is an odd occurrence.
