CALL THESE GUYS FOR YOUR INSURANCE NEEDS!!!! I had called six insurers over a period of five days to obtain insurance on a new investment property. They all said they would investigate our specific needs and ‘get back to me’, and I didn’t get updates or calls back. The only individuals that did call back gave us a decent rate on the investment property, but required our main homeowners insurance as well, at an annual $1,000 premium increase which was not an option. With our closing deadline fast approaching I reached out to Jason Harts office. Gabby picked up the phone when I called these guys and she was super friendly. She quickly got my information within a speedy 10-15 minute time frame with a very friendly demeanor and said she would call me back within a few hours. Low and behold, she called me back in about one hour, with excellent coverages and premium rates, and we were done! She said even said she would contact our lender directly to get everything taken care of, taking some of the work off of my shoulders. I wish I would have called these guys first! Call them you won’t be disappointed!

I went from a bad experience at (_)red( _)oya asking for a ridiculous amount for a down payment, I had not been happy with them for years but stuck around because I didn’t want to shop for new car insurance.
