Have a steep drive that no other towing company would go down to get a vehicle. They came to picked up my sisters car out of the garage that has a narrow incline drive down to it. Cable wasnt long enough so Sebastian added four towing straps. Once the car was up on truck bed I told him to barrel it up the steep drive hill when no traffic so he wouldnt get stuck. That worked. Thanks Sebastian.

Kind is not the word one generally thinks about with a towing company but Steve is certainly an exception. I had the opportunity to work with him several times in the past month and with each interaction he was considerate, complete, professional and certainly kind. He sees people at their worst, unable to move, stuck on the side of the road, or with their vehicles sitting behind his fence. A pleasant smile goes a long way. They were amazing. Arrived in 20min on a busy hiway on a Sunday and a holiday weekend. Hook up safe and towed to my place all about an hour. I have used a few tow companies and this one was my favorite?

We called to have a 1951 Ford Victoria Deluxe towed. Sebastian was confident and quick in safely loading the vehicle, taking care to not scrape tail pipes. The load never shifted and he took the same care to drop the car. Highly recommend using these guys to move classics.

This place was great!! I was quoted a price to tow of $100 for hookup & some cent per mile. The tow driver was cordial, allowing me & my infant to sit in his cab as he hooked up my vehicle THEN billed me at $86 TOTAL. Very nice (I am not guaranteeing a discount) of him. Definitely recommended!!

Their response time was amazing. The guys that helped me on the phone said 15 - 20 before the driver got there. I was hooked up, and on the road in the time frame. My F150 died due to a bad fuel pump and needed a tow ASAP to the dealership. The online reviews relating to service and professionalism helped me to choose Auburn Valley Towing. Sebastian was prompt, friendly, and enjoyable to work with. The only drawback was the price ($200 = tax from Las Cabos at Outlet Collection to Ford Scarff in Auburn). If I was not getting reimbursed by insurance I would have risked another company.

Great customer service. My car died unexpectedly and I called them. They got to me within the time they quoted me. Gave me a price while on the phone. Chris picked us up. He was friendly and helpful while gave us a ride to the dealership. Would use again and recommend to friends.

I used them but didnt for myself. I called them because I watched auburn police and parents try to get out a child locked in the car with a shoe string. The child was calm and happy but it was awful to watch especially because i have been there but my child was screaming scared. I called a company before that and they said itd be 124 and then I called Auburn Valley. They had just got the call and were on their way saying they do it for free when children are in the car within the city of Auburn. I was so happy to know that because times are hard and situations like this already make you feel like a terrible parent. Even though it wasnt my situation because I called they even called me back with an update which was above and beyond. 30 secs and baby was reunited. THANK YOU Auburn Valley Towing!!!!

Yo this guy KYLE was really helpful and friendly. He was quick to our need and when he got there made sure that they didn’t damage the car and that everything was going to be ok. When we arrived at my location he even helped to push my car into the garage and made sure if we needed anything before he left. Give this guy a call and ask for him. Really good guy. Glad there is still good people out there.

Tonight the fourth time weve used this business. Professional, honest and trustworthy. Finally a brand new car so I hope I wont be needing their service anytime soon but my husbands cool old truck is now being towed home by these great guys.

Kyle was great! My alternator died on my way home from work this week on a busy road and Kyle was the only person who offered me some help. He was kind enough to move me off the road until my help arrived and he was very polite. Can’t thank him and this company enough for being life savers this week!

Got into an accident today. Got rear-ended and was honestly kind of out of it due to shock and pain. My family was safe but after the initial period of the post accident found myself at Auburn valley towing. Erik the manager honestly took great care of me, my wife and 2 year old while we doing all the necessary paperwork that entails an accident. Water, courtesy, time,and hospitality and just being a genuine human to a family that was in shock and waited for their ride home. I honestly cant say enough good things about these guys. Ive worked with these guys at car accidents for about 5 years and they are always professional problem solvers. When you get to observe multiple different companies at work, you can tell who the trained professionals are vs. the fly by night type operations. Courteous, quick, and efficient.I recently had to call for quite bone-headedly locking my keys in my car... A much less emergent situation but it was a big deal to me. Kyle showed up promptly and with a great attitude. Couple minutes later and he was in and I had a new hero. I can’t begin to express my gratitude for Kyle at Auburn Valley Towing. He was called to tow my vehicle after it was in an accident on the freeway that left it inoperable and blocking traffic. My grandson and play driving my parked car, while I talked to his mother. He did something that locked the steering wheel, tires, gear shift, everything. I couldnt even start the car. Called Auburn Valley, they arrived, and the driver, Im sorry, sir, I forgot your name. Anyway, a very large man, before hooking it, asked if he could try starting it. He got in gave the wheel a wrench to the left, harder than I could have ever done, wheel turned, key inserted, car started. The absolute best part, he chose not to bill me. How often does something like this happen.

Auburn Valley Towing is the best. My truck broke down on 167 during rush hour traffic. After dealing with 2 different tow companies over the course of 3 hours, I reached out to Auburn Valley who arrived as promised, in 20 minutes. Andrew was great, making my safety the top priority and getting me settled into his truck. In less than 10 minutes we were underway to the repair shop. I hope I wont be needing tow services again anytime soon, but if I do, Auburn Valley Towing will be my first call.

Would be 5 stars and I can understand that from the time I call there is a little wait untill they arrive and they are busy. But I waited for about an hour. Other than that. Great people. Great service. Even called me back to make sure I still needed assistance. Good people made my life easier

Had my car stolen, called them around 9:30PM. I gave them the wrong address on accident because the cops auto correct on his phone when texting me address. so he called me back stating was wrong address, so I called the cop back got the correct address and had the car up here paid and parked by 11:00PM. good timely manner and even though I gave wrong address still got here and was polite about it. Good service from ED.

My car broke down on my way to work, so I couldn’t have it towed right away. I scheduled a time with Kyle to meet and tow the car to my mechanic. He was right on time, and ready to go. My mechanic we brought it to was closed for the weekend, and I didn’t want to leave my car outside in a rough neighborhood to get broken into, so Kyle offered that they would store it on their secure lot, and then deliver the car on Monday morning when the shop opened! What great, professional service! I drive and older car that almost always gets me where I’m going, so I’m sure I will be calling them again in the future!

Superior, unprecedented customer service! Earlier today I contacted Auburn Valley Towing for a reason unrelated to towing. A friend who lives nearby their dispatching office had a personal emergency and the owner of Auburn Valley Towing immediately offered to assist. The emergency involved my friends certified service dog, Molly, who had somehow become lost in the neighborhood. Upon hearing the information, the owner of Auburn Valley Towing offered his assistance and immediately began canvasing the neighborhood to help find the dog. A few minutes later, we received a call from the Humane Society indicating Molly had been found and was in custody. The customer service provided by Auburn Valley Towing is superior in ways too valuable to define and indicative of great personal integrity on the part of the owner. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Cuddys Taxi (Lovell Transportation) has used Auburn Valley Towing since purchasing the business in May 2009. They are an EXCELLENT towing service to work with. This is customer service oriented company. The drivers are well trained, very helpful, and often go beyond the call of duty to help my drivers. I would recommend them to anyone needing a jump, a tow or opening ones car doors when leaving their keys in a locked car!

Auburn Vally Towing helped me out like a good neighbor with a jump start at a gas station when my battery unexpectedly died. Good people.

These people sold my car at auction. It is still in my name. Now I have thousands of dollars in traffic tickets and fines from photo enforced traffic lights and school zones. I need a lawyer to help me take legal action against the city of Auburn and Auburn valley towing. I have enough problems with tickets and legal matters if my own.

My sons car broke down on 167 at 11pm Friday night. AVT arrived 20-25 minutes after calling. The driver treated the car as if it were his own, the car is very low and needs to be handled delicately when putting it on the truck. Not only did the driver take his time to load and unload it but delivered it without a nick! Friendly and professional service and most of all quick. Thank you for service beyond the norm.Jeff Berg

I was not happy with my experience with this company. I waited a long time for a tow (3 hours) and that was fine, whatever, I get it, if its a busy day. I also never left my phone number, I was asked to call back because the guy didnt have a pen or paper. Fine, whatever no big deal. Then when the tow guy gets there and hooks up the car he asks if one of us is going to ride with him to show him where were taking the car, i told him i was just going to GPS it. So he asks for the address and pulls out a tiny piece of an envelope to write down the address. At this point, everythings still all good, whatever. When we get to the place, i watched as the truck missed the turn into the parking lot twice and had to drive around the block to get to the right address. Then i get the bill. 175.00 just for the towing fee, plus mileage, labor and tax. Thats over twice the towing fee Ive ever paid, and unfortunately ive had to tow my car quite a few times. I wont be calling them again.

Damaging peoples vehicles to tell them they cant park is wrong. Criminal and stupid. Control your employees. Scaring women by themselves trying to get a few hours sleep traveling is wrong. In this case at Wal-Mart where there were no clearly viewable signs. I will be sending a bill for the damages done to the door and broken door knob.

This place is horrible!!!!!!! First my car died on me next door to this place.Starter went out! I just finished grocery shopping and had a trunk full of milk and meats and such getting prepared for the oncoming snow storm. So I saw that there’s a towing company right there so went in and the guy that was working at the time 11:45am to be exact was so rude. The OLD man there tried to price gouge me as he spoke while he was eating his chips spitting them all over me and the place. I needed to go 1 1/2 miles to my home and he wanted me to pay $345. TOTAL Rip Off. Passenger fees $100 come on. CALL BUDGET,

The Gentleman that frequents the front counter is largely homophonic and proceeded to taunt and tease me regarding my appearance in front of his associates which chuckled at his remarks. I simply arrived to pick up my vehicle which was stolen from me; they then charged me an additional $200 without offering a valid reason as to why. So I walked out paying $521 to obtain my property that was stolen. I will say I greatly appreciate the two men that assisted me in removing the steering wheel lock that was stuck on my vehicle so I could leave the premises; they’re life savers. As for the front counter person; you’re a delusional peasant with a miserable existence. I strongly suggest this establishment reconsider his employment. You can’t have someone representing your brand brazenly humiliating people; implying they’re gay and that that is a problem, claiming I’m ‘not a man’, and for me to ‘give up my man card’. When this nitwit probably listens to Kiss and AC/DC. I apologize for coming off as unprofessional, but the treatment I received here was exactly that. I feel sorry for whoever has to go through this towing yard to retrieve their possessions.
