The staff are always nice. They do a great job! There are tons of colors of polish to choose from.

I feel like the lady was rushed to get my nails done, so she didnt do the best. Some of the colors on the nails werent as vibrant, so they didnt put as many coats as the other ones, and it was an awkward first time experience with them. The nails lasted awhile though, which I am grateful for :)

I have only been going to Red Nails since November 2020,I think I have had 4 people do my nails and each and everyone of them did an absolutely fantastic job. Very friendly and professional I have really enjoyed going there. I havent had the pleasure of their pedicures, but I understand from a very reliable source (my sister) that they areIncredibly relaxing. Maybe one of these days I have to try one.

The atmosphere of this place is amazing :) the nail specialists know the customers names and remember them. They are kind, and focused. I highly recommend this place and also, I recommend requesting Nhi to do your nails. She was very nice and did a fantastic job. I’m very happy with the outcome and I’ll be going back to Red Nails.

This is by far my favorite nail salon in Auburn. I have been to a few different ones I like Reds the best. All the ladies are so nice and happy. You can tell they love what they do and they are excellent at it. They do beautiful work that lasts for weeks. I have not had a bad experience there ever.

Only dudes get their hands & feet done. Super nice experience every time.

Gave it a 3, from the outside looking in look clean. Was actually at the bagel shop next door. I think the app is within one or two stores close to your actual place of shopping. Bagel shop is awesome on Lincoln way in Auburn.

Red Nails is a gem in Auburn!I had a badly machined thumbnail growing out, which meant the gel had little foundation to stick to as the damage grew out. It tore repeatedly. Ouch! New to Auburn, I was directed to Red Nails. Could not have done better - they are GREAT! They introduced me to the SNS nail process and fixed my broken nail quickly, for a better price than gel nails. Sceptical, I teased the girls that Id be back the next day to fix the nail again. They laughed. It was the fastest, most durable and beautifully shaped nail of my life. I returned the following month and will do so whenever Im on home turf.Thank you Red Nails!

ReviewCOVID-19 details for those wondering: It took a few days to get an appointment, but I was able to visit on 6/23. There was a table out front with clean pens, a waiver to sign, a space for used pens, and hand sanitizer. The person I made the appointment with, Thy, came out to greet me, and took my touchless temperature before entering the salon. I was then asked to wash my hands, be sure to keep my mask on, and sit down in my designated chair behind a plastic barrier. They are only offering some services, but I was able to get a pedicure and SNS manicure no issues.If you’re going to rip through their salon complaining about guidelines and masks and other privileged issues, this isn’t the spot for you. The entire staff was extremely welcoming and patient as the customers stumbled through all the requirements. I can’t recommend them enough, especially Thy. She is so personable and friendly, and has remembered my name since day 1. So happy they’re back open, and I hope everyone remains patient and friendly!

Never will I go to some hole in the wall nail salon again. Red Nails in auburn is horrible and wouldnt give me my money back. I asked nicely and said Im never one to complain but I would just like my money back. They said they would re do it but I wanted to go somewhere else. 47$ they charged me and said would only give me 5$ back. The design I gave her came it so horrible it didnt even look like a flower, it was all smudged .. I wish I could post a picture. Horrible. Junk. And the lady (I think was the Manager ) was so rude and disrespectful, embarrassed me in front of everyone as she was pretty much being loud for everyone to hear. Even told another customer in front of me that she wouldnt give me my money back.

I’ve been coming here every few months for the past 2 years and I’ve had incredible service every time. Depending on if your getting your nails done, mani pedis, or an eyebrows waxing they have amazing service.Eyebrow waxings-I have very sensitive skin and most places I went to before here would cause major allergic reactions and their waxing service was so painful. Red nails completely counters that. They are so sanitary and painless. I will warn you, it does sting as all waxings but as you do it more you become a bit more immune to it. They never over do my eyebrows or underdo them, they are PERFECT at doing it to your face shape so it looks good on you. I’ve never been let done with the brow waxings.Mani Pedis-So so so relaxing. They really take their time and make sure you’re getting the treatment you want. Once again, I have had so many positive trips here, whether I was getting my nails done for a vacation or for a special event, they have perfected them every time. My only complaint is that sometimes the nail color you pick looks different on a nail than the swatch shows.. if your worried just ask them to do one nail and let it dry to make sure it’s what you want, I’m not 100% sure but the might charge a few more dollars for it, but it’s worth it for making sure you like the way they look. Be warned.. if your person is busy talking while doing your cuticles.. you might get them a bit to short and it will leave a cut, but they heal quickly.Overall I LOVE Red Nails and I will continue coming back here for my brows and nails. They have AMAZING service and value their customers. Wait times overall aren’t too long depending on the day and time. I’ve gone on New Year’s Eve in the mid afternoon and have gotten right in without a appointment.
