I hadn’t used my Capital One credit card in MONTHS. I had to use it here since they didn’t take American Express. Not even 24 hours later, I receive a text from Capital One saying my card number has been hacked. They tried to buy $300 and $800 flight tickets. This place has a thief working there and I highly recommend to stay away.

$40 for dip was a little high to me. I didnt even get the traditional manicure to clean them up. It felt like a rip off. I was dreading getting my nails done anyway. I dont like for men to do my nails, but I always get men. Im very nonconfrontational and try to give people a chance. If he understood me, he gave no indication. They generally dont speak to clients--only amongst themselves. I also hate when the drill comes out for the sole purpose of making things faster. I was in pain from the drill being too hot and making my nails thinner and thinner. I think Im finished with nail salons in the area.

I went to nail salon at 6:43pm and was told to come back tomorrow. The website says that they close at 7:30.A white lady had walked in right before me and they were asking her to pick her nail color have used them for years BUT WILL NO LONGER USE THEM! I FEEL DISRESPECTED!!!

First time coming to this location and I will be back again! The deluxe pedicure is affordable and well worth it. The staff is so courteous and detailed oriented. 5 out of 5 stars!

I came in to get a pedicure along with my husband. I asked for gel. They took the regular polish and topped it with gel. I was so disgusted that they tried to steal from me. I came back and they changed it with no problem. They knew what they had done. They have to do this with so many ppl

I am reporting this Salon to the State Health Department for not maintaining social distancing in wake of COVID-19. Every nail station and pedicure was in use. Im quiet sure max capacity was met as well.

Received a deluxe pedicure from them. It lasted 15 minutes max. I had a friend with me, she started after me and finished before me, so her pedicure is around 10 minutes long. I was disappointed, I would understand a little if it was full or busy but it wasnt. I suggest going to Nail Boutique on Moores Mill, they take their time and actually are worth the money.

I have tried other salons, but on my first visit here, it immediately became my go-to. Relaxing. Friendly. Clean.

My favorite place in Auburn! Went in for a gel manicure and couldn’t have been more pleased. Very friendly staff and so many color choices! New and clean salon. And I love that they have 2 little girl pedicure chairs! The gentleman who did my nails paid so much attention to detail and made sure they were perfect. Will most certainly be back!!

I went in on Saturday 3/17 and I didn’t have a good experience. I actually left wishing I would’ve went somewhere else. I asked for a gel manicure which is supposed to come with a hand massage that I didn’t get... Maybe it was just the technician who did my nails but it hasn’t even been a week and the gel on my nails are already chipping. It came completely off on one of my fingernails. It was my first time there and with all of the nail salons in the Auburn I don’t think I’ll be going back to this one...

This place is amazing, its been a local treasure. I didnt know about. They did a great job on my nails and feet. They were expensive because of what I had corrected. Hopefully it will be cheaper the next time. Its so elegant and spa like. Yes recommend

Had an appointment at 2:40 sat for 20 minutes while people with no appointment went ahead of me. Poor customer service.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend them. The lady who started couldn’t communicate with me nor did she try. Then the lady doing my fingers messed my nail up tremendously- like pointed to the right very drastically - and told me that my finger was just crooked (yet I’ve never had the issue before). Just an overall bad experience.

Service was fine but at check out was advised that gel polish for fingernails and toes added $72 to my bill for my daughter and I! What a RIP OFF!! I can buy 7 bottles of gel polish for that amount! $140 for 2 mani/pedis. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Thay have always treated me well! But this last time I called two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment for my wedding party! And let me tell you that wasn’t a single person to do my nails. We waited 30 mins and then they said it would be another hour. I won’t go back that’s for sure!

Went here for a pedicure and SNS nails/dip nails. My toes were done fantastic. My nails were done so terrible. Some the dip was on my skin. The nails weren’t even. The SNS only lasted a week. Gel last longer than that. They started falling off. Legit falling off like they weren’t even stuck to my nails. SNS normally never comes off unless I try to get it off by soaking it in Acetone! Most places only charge 35 dollars for SNS and this place charges over 40. If I could give zero stars I would. This is unacceptable. Don’t even offer SNS if you can’t do it properly.

Not a great experience here. Went with a friend for her pedicure and they tried to make me get a pedicure as well after I told them I was just going to sit with her. Then they rushed through her pedicure because they were mad I wasnt getting one. Once it was time for her toe nails to dry they asked to be paid, but my friend told me that is usual at nail salons.

I got powder dip and my nails looked great whenever I left, but within a week the sides were coming up and the nails popped off. Wont go back.

They’re the best!!! They always do exactly how I want it. One time I got a sparkley gel and after 2 coats it was still a little opaque and I like more sparkles. I asked if he could do another coat and offered to pay extra and he told me it would be a little thick but if I liked it like that he’d do it and not charge me! Also once I decided I wanted a matte finish and usually it’s $5 but they didn’t charge me for that either!! They have a punch card that once you get to a certain amount of visits you get a free mani or pedi!! Anyways, they’re all super sweet and do a wonderful job. 11/10 recommend!!!

Got my nails done Saturday and by Monday am I had broken one, by that night I had broke another I went to two diff nail salons for repair and both stated the acrylic was too thin I spent over a hundred dollars on nails and toes just to have to go spend 30 dollars on repairs and toe polish change due to polish taking forever (over 1hr) to dry
