Pro nails is awesome! Wish I had went there first. Had my nails done at a competitor yesterday and was so disappointed. A waitress at the Olive Garden recommended Pro Nails last night after my husband and I commented on her lovely nails. The lady that did my nails had to soak the others off and start over. She was so patient and kind. Pro Nails has a 100 rating from health department, so they are very clean as well as helpful and professional. Was only in town for my grandson’s graduation but next time we come to town I will definitely be back to Pro Nails. Would recommend Pro Nails to everyone!! Thank you again for making my nails beautiful.

I was super impressed today with the service at Pro Nails! It was my first visit and the technician took her time to help me pick out my nail color and she was very meticulous while doing my nails. I got an acrylic set and it was perfect! The perfect shape, length and color! And the pricing is very reasonable! I will definitely be coming back again.

I love going to Pro Nails. It is the highlight of my day when I need a fill-in and a pedicure!! The people are so sweet and professional. You won’t find anyone who isn’t willing to get you a water or jump in and help with whatever you may need. The atmosphere is very relaxing and welcoming.Ann has been doing my nails for over 12 years. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because she is so good at her craft. She knows what I like and there’s comfort in knowing my nails will be done just how I like them. I really enjoyed the experience of this lovely place. I fortunately had Miss Anne. She is a very kind and talented woman. I walked in and was immediately offered service. I received a manicure and I am extremely happy with my nails. I am also pleased with the price compared to many other places.

Yikes, I recently used this nail salon for the first time. The inside of the nail salon is very nice and seems clean. The workers are the problem here. They seem to be talking about you in another language from the second you get there and are very rude the entire time you are getting your nails done. I asked for dip powder nails and they ended up looking like rocks because they were so thick. The nail tech drilled so hard in the top of my nail that it left a horrible indentation in my nail that I am sure will take forever to grow out/heal. Would not recommend. There are way better salons in Auburn/Opelika in my opinion.

I have gotten my nails done at Pro Nails about 5-7 times since October, and they have never failed me! My manicures always look amazing and the employees at Pro Nails are very nice! They are also great about making sure I’m happy with everything (shape of nail, color, etc) before I leave. 10/10!

Kelly did my nails and let me just say I will never use anyone else in Auburn now! I showed her a picture of designed almond nails from Pinterest and the final result looked even better than the picture I showed her! I have not seen one nail stylist come close to her level of detail. 12/10 and will be back again :)

Used to b agrt place when wendy feltersnatch worked there. I got a newborn fist day on job. Gotta love a/c. Paid 63 p lull us 20 tip she gother shirt that day. To bad it wasnt a license... bought 70$ gc for friend embarrassed to give her. And Allen no give discount...fungal

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would... I have never been so disrespected in my ENTIRE life. The small older lady who sits in the front, who seems to be in charge, is the most DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE women that I have ever met in my entire life. I came in to get my nail fixed and waited over an hour. WHICH I understood because there was a lot of people in there. After she finally helped me, I tried to explain to her that she wasnt doing what I wanted she completely freaked out on me in front of all of her customers which was extremely embarrassing, after that she refused to help me. I had to personally go up to her and ask if she was going to help me or just ignore me. I was completely mortified at her behavior, it was completely unprofessional and I am honestly completely embarrassed for her unbelievably ill-mannered behavior. This is NOT how to run a business at ALL!

I come in every now and then but today was awful! Didn’t get what I asked for on my full set and painted my nails like a toddler! The staff only cares about a select few customers EVEN if you tip on a regular basis. They also assign unlicensed nail techs to work in their shop for people who aren’t “regular”! Disappointed and will NOT be recommending anyone who wants quality and consistency.

I have never been to a smellier or dirtier nail salon. I went to get my nails done while visiting my mom and after waiting for 30minutes after my set appointment time I was sent to a pedicure bowl that had toe nails and dead skin inside— that is when I left. People get serious infections from salons not cleaning thoroughly. Disgusting.

I will never come back to this nail salon again. The great customer service is only for a select few. This was my experience:After working in Montgomery- I passed several nail salons and made the decision to go to Pro Nails. I was worried at first because it was crowded but I was seated quickly for a pedicure. Well, the first red flag was that although I was there before another woman that was not the same ethnicity as me- she was serviced before me. I didn’t make a big deal about it. I just got off work and I was happy to at least be in a chair. Something was wrong with my chair. I had to sit and watch a young teenager play with the device until it actually worked. A smaller child that was there also played with my chair as I sat there. Eventually the lady who I believe is the manager (she sits in the left chair in the front when you arrive and greets you so I am assuming she is the manager) came and began my pedi. She was nice at first but towards the end she became very ugly. She asked what type of pedi did I want. I was not given a menu, I didn’t even know there were options of pedicures. So I told her I wanted the classic pedi. I guess I wasn’t spending enough money for her so she QUICKLY finished my pedi. Then the customer beside me asked could she get her eyebrows waxed. Guess what! The lady doing my nails also was the eyebrow lady. She applied my top coat without even letting the polish dry a little. Once she finished she pointed to a chair and said to go sit over there and let my nails dry. Well even if I’m in the POOREST of neighborhoods getting my nails done- the nail technician gathers your items and guides you to where they want you to sit. ALSO, I had my flip flops with me and she didn’t even try to put my sandals on my feet. So I politely asked her could she put them on for me. She rolled her eyes and picked up my sandals and said they were too stiff to put them on. I have used the very same flip flops at other nail salons to use after a pedi so, I knew what she was saying was off. Then I asked well, can you put on a pair of disposable flip flops because I don’t want to walk on a bare public area floor after getting a pedi. She rolled her eyes again and looked at the customer beside me like she was expecting some type of positive confirmation for the horrific way she was acting. She got the VERY same flip flops and put them on my feet. Without ANY issue. She also aggressively grabbed my ankle while doing it and I had to ask her to not be rough. Please just ask me to move my leg how you need it to be positioned. She tossed my work shoes and my purse beside the chair at the dryer and walked away. It was embarrassing. I felt racially profiled and mistreated. I will NEVER go back to this place again. I went for a relaxing experience. It was not relaxing AT ALL. I was more worked up than I was when I arrived. This place needs a new manager because she is running business away and giving this place a bad reputation. I am new to the Auburn area and that was not a great way to experience a pedi in this town. Trust me, if you want a relaxing experience with great customer experience- do not go to this place. It’s not worth it.

This was my second time coming to this nail shop in some months and let me say this was my last visit! They racially profile people. I went in the shop a few days ago to get dip services. When I walked in I was greeted like everyone else but when I was told to choose my color, I couldn’t find the dip book. Finally after a while of trying to look the lady that sits up in the front said pick your color!! I replied and said I don’t know where you keep your colors, she replied in the back. After sitting down at my table another younger lady (of Caucasian ethnicity) walks in. As soon as she walked in the lady in the front explains to her where she can find all the colors and the dip powder book. Gave her the whole run down and was so polite to her. Also while being serviced there was an older lady that kinda stays in the back, she handed everyone in the shop a water bottle but me! She skipped past me twice to hand out water bottles to the women behind me being serviced. (Mind I’m the only person of color in the shop) I had never experienced such a thing in a nail shop! They are racist and I still can’t believe I experienced it to that extent. I was embarrassed because I also believe the women behind me noticed what happened. Never again!

Im here now at 7:00pm I was told we closed after walking out I just watched 3 ladies walk in & get service. Do know if its because Im a man. But its something Im most definitely not used to. Very rude. Auburn I will not stop at another place of business unless its food. Texas me please....

I always receive professional yet personal service at Pro Nails. My French gel nails last until my nails grow out, about 2 weeks. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I artived at 8:57 and there were two older women (who are employees) there. I only needed to get one nail fixed, and everyone that came in received service before I did. I felt racially profiled and highly disrespected. One of the most unprofessional nail shops Ive ever been in. Horrible service, if I could rate zero stars I would.

A man did my nails and he did a terrible job. My cuticles look a mess and he was dry/rude the whole time. I felt rushed and was overcharged. I wouldnt recommend this nail salon or I at least I wouldnt let the older man who works there do them.
