The price is to high for the poor quality. I like acrylic then a top coat for a natural look. I went in and kept repeating myself and the guy still didn’t listen. Was really rough and the machine drill kept going onto my skin. The dirt under my nails is my fault but No oil or anything. The nails wasn’t even drilled or did properly. My nails look a hot mess. Then he had a attitude because I didn’t like my nails. I paid but I will not be back.

Do not go here, the women was very rough. she cut me three times and kept slapping my hands. she was kinda rude also.

I never go anywhere else for my brows and mani pedi needs than with Kim at Premiere 1 Nails! All the employees wore masks, and my entire experience was overall amazing!

The past few times I have been here I have had some bad experiences. I typically have ear acrylics and get mine filled in here too. The previous time I went three of my nails come off within a week so I went to get them fixed and was charge 94$. It’s been two days since I had them filled in and one has completely snapped off.

I love getting a brow wax here, but as for manicures and pedicures, these people have gotten so lazy over the years and recently have raised their prices on everything. You can’t raise your prices and provide mediocre service. The man flat out told me he wasn’t going to do the design I wanted because he didn’t feel like doing it. I go to Envy Nails near Moore’s Mill now.

I am a very specific person. I walked in the door and said two manicures, a full set and pedicure. They spoke in their language amongst themselves. Never talked too me. Noone started on my nails. I asked for a silver line with my French manicure that didnt get done either. They match on you like your are a doll instead of asking you to place your foot a certain way. I will never come back. Ever

I love this place! They always make my nails look beautiful. The people are very nice and good at what they do. The gel polish is definitely worth the extra fee dollars and the healthy manicure is the greatest thing ever for your nails healt . I wont go anywhere else in Lee County to get my nails done.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this place!! I love the entire staff, they are the most friendly customer based place I’ve ever been too! I have been coming to this place for 4 years, and I will not go to another nail salon in Auburn, Alabama!! They do all of my waxing, they do my pedicures, my manicures, they also do the dip to my nails with so many colors to pick from! This is the only nail salon my family, my friends, and myself use and I will ALWAYS be their customer!!

I love Premier 1 Nails. The nail technicians here are AMAZING especially Tom! He always does a great job with my pedicure and makes every visit worth it.

For the salon to be located in the mall, I would expect all of the techs to have a knowledge and experience to deliver a WOW! product to each customer because the actual facility and environment that they have is nice. So 2 stars for the cleanliness and atmosphere but the quality of work that they provide to their customers need to improve.

First time getting an acrylic set in over ten years. Asked for a manicure and full set, only received the full set and when i asked about it the tech swore the tips were a manicure lol but you get no where arguing with asians. Lucky for them I had a wedding to be in the next day and I’ve been working on my “be nice” skills so I let a lot of things slide. It was a plain French set(she didn’t want to add crystals or a design) lol but kept pressing for me to get gel after I refused...finally I’m like whatever to kindly shut you up. The gel was old and the application wasn’t smooth...the entire nail filled with bubbles. The acrylic and shaping was very uneven. Tried to charge $16 for a French Toe polish color change. Poor welcome, poor work A poor experience in all.

Absolutely the WORST nail salon in town. Your nails will crack and break within a week. The owner refuses to refund money on poor quality work. Save yourself money and time and use literally any other nail salon in town.

I went there for back to school to get a fill in && 3 days after, a nail broke && the next day another nail broke. i do not recommend this as a good nail place .. choose somewhere else. they overcharged me also !

Don’t usually go to this nail salon but decided to stop in. The man and woman that initially did my pedi and mani were nice, however, my index and thumb nails on my right hand are much longer than on my left. My toe nail polish was drying for atleast thirty minutes while the man did my hands and I was told my toes were dry when I went to leave. They were not dry and an imprint was left by my socks. I came back to have my toes fixed and had to pay another $10 even though they are the ones that told me they were dry to begin with and that I could leave. The nail polish is fixed and again I wait 30 minutes and this time I’m physically under the dryer. I am told they are dry and oil is applied. The right toe is again messed up in my shoe because they were not dry. I come back and the older lady is clearly speaking negatively about me to the others in her native tongue. The man only partially takes of the polish and paints over it leaving the nail polish lumpy. Will NEVER return to this salon.

Me and my friend went here for the 1st time. I am and AFRICAN AMERICAN and asked for a fill in and a pedicure. Told me it was $35 we sat down and had my feet done. After 20 minutes a white lady came in and asked for a pedicure also they told her it was $25Then when I aske them I told you the lowest pedicure they said $35 and then I said no $25 like you said to the other lady. As of that I was threw with them I said let me and go.PLEASE IF YOUR BLACK DONT GO HERE THEY CHARGE YOU FOR BEING AFRICAN AMERICAN !!!

The worst nail place i have ever been to. They can not speak English first of all so it was so hard to explain what i wanted done. The man that started to do my pedicure had filled up the foot tub with nothing but hot water. Not one person apologized for burning me. I also had my 4 year old Grace that is the sweetest baby girl. The one that painted her nails seemed very hateful. The look on my daughters face just broke my heart. God bless them all!

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and they were done well. BUT, I had a SEVERE break out on the area the wax was applied. I called a day later to find out the name of the product that was used on my face and the man refused to give me the name of product and hung up in my face.
