Ive been coming here every two weeks over the last few months, and Im treated kindly each & every time! The nail techs are very friendly, and will hold a conversation with you. If you have a specific color in mind they WILL help you find it! If youre not sure what you want to get done, theyll give you recommendations (they do it with me). The service is amazing, the prices are great, the spa pedicure is thorough, and the finished product is to die for! Today, 07/20/19, I tried dipping powder for the first time as I wanted to do an overlay with my natural nails. I wanted acrylic (clueless), but the tech suggested the powder & Im SOLD! Bye bye acrylic and extensions! Today was PERFECTION! If you havent tried them yet, go there! Be sure to make an appointment first though, because they can get pretty busy! I’ve been coming to this place for years!! It’s amazing!! The owner is fantastic and so are the nail techs! They’re super affordable and I had moved away from the area for a while and began going to a different salon and was literally paying over twice the price for the same nails. I’ve literally been using this salon for like 5 years and after a whole year of not going in the owner, Mai Lee literally recognized me by my voice the second I walked in. I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Love them!!

Nail Care Systems is the best nail salon around. High marks for cleanliness, professionalism, great selection of colors, great care taken when doing each nail, and a great staff. Love everyone who works there.

I’ve been going here for 6+ months and it’s always a breeze booking! They get my nails perfect every single time no matter who the nail tech is. Really good pricing as well + such friendly staff!!

These people never have time to do nails. This is the 2nd time I call to make an appointment and who ever I speak to says they are completely booked and not sure when they will have time. I wonder what they say to the people that do walk ins....

I don’t understand why they say walk-ins welcomes !!! Take that sign down!!!! I’ve walked in the last few months probably about 5 times and every single time they tell me they don’t have any time they’re busy and they don’t know when they’ll have time!!! They obviously only do appointments, so don’t waste your time going there unless you make an appointment because they don’t have enough staff to do walk-ins! Nice people but I get turned away EVERY SINGLE tIMe I COME and I’m sick of it!

My entire family goes here and its the only place we go. Weve tried other places, but cant find the quality, care and all around great atmosphere that we get when we come here. They know our names and always give excellent service. The owners, Miley and Anthony are wonderful people and only employ the best! I only refer family and friends to this wonderful salon!

I asked for rounded tips. They gave me square. Made appointment apparently that has no difference i still had to wait for the other customers. They dont do designs or have gems. The ones they did have were over charged.

So on their card says walk-ins welcome. So I walked in on Thursday night at 5:45. They guy Anthony saw me and walked away. So I asked the owner that I need to do acrylic fill and she said that everybody is busy even the guy went in back room obviously wasn’t busy. I asked what about him who did my nails last time, she said that he has appointment at 6pm. She lied because thought I will walk away but I didn’t. I said I drove far so will wait for an opening. She did not like it and keep saying that it’s better to call an make an appointment that his appointment at 6pm. I waited. So 6pm come and no one showed up. I waited an other 5 min and asked and she said that some one call and said they will be a little later. Which was an other lie!!! Because no one called. There was one call and she made an appointment for tomorrow I heard. So then after I waited 35 min and said that there is no show for an appointment then she said that appointment is at 6:30 and not 6pm! And I said that you said that his appointment at 6pm, you said this many times. And I told you I drive far I would like to get in when is opening. And 35min my wait time was more than enough for fill. Then she made up an other lie by saying that “oh you don’t want him right now because he has a low blood sugar?!” ... me what??? ??????Low blood sugar ok, he can eat and it will alright then she said that he ate and he needs to lay down and rest. I said well he is ok to do nails with app that is coming right now right but he is not ok to do my nails? What is it? She did not answer! So I have a question is that ok for business to lie to avoid customer for what ever reason is. Because of color or nationality?? Well that’s called discrimination and racism!!They have low blood sugar? Well they will have low business and closing that so for sure for treating people like that and lying like that! Never in my whole life I experienced anything like this! And I will make sure to leave this reviews on every social networking!Call you for an appointment? No, thank you!!! Not with you!And I will make sure al my friends and friends of friends will stay away as far as they can!not truthful people and very discriminative. Ask she start telling me that they are closing at 7-7:15 but when I confronted her that on business card says it’s 7:30 then she said oh yeah ok 7:30 maybe! What is it means maybe?If you don’t know how to do business in USA don’t do it at all!Awful to feel rejected for no reason!Stay away and be aware! She will lie what ever comes to her mind just to reject people if she or they want to!
