Its really hard to find a good nail salon for the right price and quality especially here in the southend area. Ive tried many places in Kent and Auburn but the experience Ive had here at Cacie has me convinced and I definitely plan on coming back. Highly recommend!Ask for Hannah! She does an amazing job Fill and Shellac for $33.00...DEALS!!!

Great place, the girls are so nice! hanna is amazing at lashes and nails! I will never go anywhere else. definitely make an appointment, they do walk ins but of course appointments come first!

The lady cut me while buffing my nails. I pulled my foot away in pain and she said, “it’s soft, just buffing”. I told her she cut me, looked down I was literally bleeding. She I instantly put something on my toe and covered it with cotton, acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Didn’t offer any discount or an apology at the least. Not a huge deal but dang it still does hurt an hour after my service.

Very cool place timing wasnt the greatest but its good for walkins and awesome for doing exactly what you ask for

These ladies are really nice and do a really good job with pedicures. They always take walk-ins (us) and the wait, if any, is minimal. My wife and I come in regularly and it makes for a nice relaxing time spent together 👍

I go there to get my lashes done. I’ve not been blessed with having full lashes, and Hannah does an amazing job that makes mine look so natural. I get so many compliments on them. Most people are shocked to hear they are extensions.

I have gone to this nail salon for 1 year and have had no problems and loved it. The lady has always been so sweet. So fast forward to today, I made an appointment for a full set and my daughter a fill and pedicure and Im getting my nails put on and she informs me that they are now charging $5 dollars for my nails to be long which is insane when you see the length of them. Im not happy I will no longer be coming here. Its my daughters 21 birthday and was going to purchase a gift card for eye lash extensions and I will be passing on that.

Nice relief to call same day and be able to get in for a last minute pedicure. Nice open spaces, doesnt feel crammed in like some nail shops do. I enjoyed myself. Ill be back.

Horrible. Do not go here. They gave me the wrong color because the nail powder numbers were wrong with the swatches they had. She said she didnt want to take off the color because it would take too long so she just kept layering on another color similar to the one i originally asked for to cover up their mistake. I have big dome balls on my fingers from her layering different colors. She basically drilled my nails off at the start. I arrived at 11:30 and left at2. there was one other person in there getting a gel manicure. They are so rude and the place is extremely disgusting and dirty. My nails look like EGGS. If you want fungus, waste of money and time... then definitely come here!! :)

I went to this nail salon a few times and each time I have went there I have always had a problem. I stop going there for about 3 or 4 months, but I was leaving on a trip and needed to get my nails done asap so I decided to give this shop one more try. When I walked in the shop I asked for a mani and pedi. I had a broken nail and asked Kim to put some power on my real nail until grow long enough. She seem like she had an attitude and was making comments like she didnt want to do it. After she was done I got up and washed my hands and check the broken nail to see if it was fixed. As I was checking my nail it cracked again so I asked kim the lady doing my nail to fix it again. She instantly go and attitude with me. Everytime I have went in this shop kim and another lady is always rude. You would think if someone is coming in to get a service done you would want to give them good customer service but I guess not for this shop. They dont have to worry about being rude to me because I will NEVER go back.

First of all the lady was a very rude, right when my friend and I walked in she glared at us. She kept making us move seats so they could do more than one client at once. She got mad because my friends dad called her. And then starts smacking my friends hand to get her attention. She cut my friends fingers multiple time with the files. She was working really fast but took a super long time, my friends nails ended up looking really bad and none of the nails were the same size as on the other hand. My friend and I definitely do not recommend this place.

I think they do a pretty good job and theyre very personable. I like that if they make a mistake they dont mind fixing it if he come back.

This was my favorite place in Auburn to go for pedicures and manicures. But my last 2 visits have made it so I will not return. The customer service was unprofessional and could be causing infections to spread.My visit 2 times ago. We had called in and made an appointment for 2 for pedicures. We arrived a couple minutes before our appointments and all the chairs were full. We sat tjere for over an hour and still had not been seated and left.My last visit. One of the women was using a utensil on another person and obviously wanted it for another person, went into the back with that utensil for barely a minute. You could hear water running, then comes out with same utensil to use on another person. When asked if sterilized the utensil, said yes. But couldnt of properly sterilized in the time she was gone. Then proceeded to talk about it with other staff.
