First time to try this salon out. Let me tell you customer service was great! My nails and feet looked good and the prices was not to bad. Theyre always looking good and the pedicure so relaxing. Thanks you guys to take care me all the times.

I love this nail salon, and ever since I moved out of the area, I miss it. The ladies in here hustle! While Ive felt rushed at times to pick out my nail color (to be fair, I can be very indecisive), they never rush on the quality of their work. Unbelievable! Do yourself a favor and treat your nails! I travel a lot for work and havent yet come across a better salon.

The first time I came here to get nails for my wedding.. I went back for my fill and I was letting the guy know that 2 of my nails felt like they where going to pop off, which usually in the past m, the nails tech. would’ve clipped it back and then apply new acrylic. But he kept telling me they where fine and not lifting.I decided to get them removed instead of a 2nd fill, and come to find out, they in fact where lifting and also had trapped moisture underneath them and started to grow fungus. I knew they where my feeling right and I regret going to these people. I honestly think they need to redo their schooling for doing nails professionally. This place doesn’t know what they are doing. I have pictures. It’s bad!!

By far one of my favorite places to go for pedicures. It’s so relaxing and they take such good care of you here!

I went to this place about 3 weeks ago in search for a new nail place. I got the dipping powder done by the guy in the front. Overall the first time my nails were decent. There were minor areas of concern, however I am not that picky. They lasted long so I looked forward to going back and asked specifically for him cause he did great my first time. I did and got the dipping powder with an ombre look. When finished my nails looked horrible. I pointed it out and he ignored. I left thinking I could over look it but I couldnt. I went to another nail salon and them look. They even said it was no good. I went back to show him and ask him to fix and make sure they were coffin shaped...he filed them. I left again...and could not get over how lumpy and uneven my nails were. So I called and asked if I could get them all redone or my money back. He said come back Monday but why?! I said I am not happy and would like my money back. He said fine I will cut them off foe you I go back and he says the nail clipper on the table. The lady in his chair even looked shocked at his action. He ask me to sit and as cutting off my nails he is telling me that you cant shape dipping powder nails. He asked for my card to do the refund. When I got to the counter he tells me that whatever I go it will look the same. I said so why offer it if each time it will come out lumpy? It wasnt like that last time. He gave me my receipts and told me I can leave. The lady in his chair came to the counter and said h pnails....that HE just did had so many problems....wow I am glad I am not the only one. How you mad because you delivered poor service. I will not be going back and this is the first time in my life that I have ever gave a bad review or asked a nail salon for a refund. I got a place that did an amazing job to make up for the bs I experienced. Piece of advice dont go here and you do, dont get the guy!

I spents $65, to get the ugliest nail job, done here at Magic Nails, by a guy that was working there. The next day I went back to see if they can make my nails look better. One of the lady came and ask my what the problem was. I explained to her that I want my nails to look pretty and she look at my nails and said that she dont understand English. She was speaking English, fine, when we was talking, until she saw my ugly nails. Magic Nails will not fix their problems, so I went to Nail Zone, to get it fix. Theres a before and after pics. Come to find out that the nail power that Magic Nails put on my nails is easily fungus friendly. I dont mine spending money but when you dont care about the customer health, thats a big no no, for me. Magic Nails just lost a customer, forever.

I got my nails done by the man, they were clumpy with clumps of acrylic on the sides and under my nails and not a smooth surface at all, I asked for natural tips and ended up with clear, one nail popped off 2 days later, I went in to get one nail replaced and had my nails ready to paint. I kept pointing out to the lady doing that nail that it was crooked, she looked at it, then started filing the wrong side making it even more crooked. I pulled away as she continued making it worse and tried explaining again, she summoned a co-worker, both argued it was fine even after i showed them all angles of my mail. She got pretty rough and sqeezing and bending my fingers hard after that. They charged 3 to fix the nail and 7 more to paint, since when is charging to paint extra after getting nails? I wont be going back.

I loved the deluxe pedicure. My feet and legs were thanking me! Will go back another day when it is warmer out....it was a little chilly in the salon. Very nice personnel.

I’ve been coming here since I was 16-17 years old. They always do a great job and never forget who I am even after months of not coming in. Son is amazing and super fast with acrylic nails. Their pedicurist gal is also amazing and gives the best foot massages. She takes her time and really makes your feet look like gold! Love this place and only come here!!

I’m not sure of the name. But it was a lady with dark brown blunt cut hair to her shoulders. She gave me a pedicure, she was gentle, took her time, was very attentive, and Communicative. We talked about her family and her time in Vietnam. Our favorite time of year and family. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful customer service and they do a great job everytime I have come !! The pedicures are very detailed and relaxing! I recently had the nail powder polish and it has lasted on my nails over a month! (just grown out but not chipped) I have been coming here for over 6 years even though I have many closer to my house! I love how friendly they are and that they pay attention to detail!!

Tried this place out because we were just in the area, my daughters nails looked horrible and mine look like chiclet gum. Not worth even the cheap price. My daughter has glue all over her fingers. Won’t be back, go spend a little more for better quality and clean work. lol

Walked in and wasnt that busy, got a mani done and the woman was very quick and did a very good job. I would come again for a mani if my usual place is booked. Seemed pretty clean nothing bad to say about this place. The only reason I give 3 starts is because nothing really stood out to me, pretty basic for a usual nail spa.

If you want to keep you nails healthy go anywhere but here. My mom and i wanted to try out a new place closer to her. I saw they had colorful tips so took all of mine off to put new ones on... in a week i lost a nail and on the second week i saw my nails turning colors.... i had an INFECTION on NINE nails. Went to the salon i went to before this place to take them all off and they said it was an infection and wait until it was healed before they could do anything... i thought it was just me but my mom got all her nails off today because she has an infection on ALL her nails. Same one i had... i would give zero stars if i could.

- Hi there.Staff was very friendly and quick to get me seated.- First time going in I wanted baby pink shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The color wasn’t what I shown in a picture but it’s ok.I sat under the drying light for my toes for about 20-25 min before wearing flip flops to the grocery store.And after about 1.5 hours of wearing flip flops I put socks and shoes on.When I took the shoes and socks off myNails were smugged all over. After sitting under the drying light for 20-25 min and wearing flip flops for as long as I did I was confident they would be dry.About 2 hours later I am working out at the gym when I notice my nails are looking a littlebrown. I washed my hands to see if it would go away and it didn’t.I went to work the next day and by this time they r even more brown. I asked the girls if this is normal they said no I should go back and ask if they can fix it. I called that day and went in and the man that worked there said it was my fault because I washed my hands and he repeated that about 3 times then I repeated what he said “so I washed my hands and it’s my fault they turned brown instead of the pink, that doesn’t make any sense to me” the lady who did my nails said it’s ok come in and we will fix it.I come back to fix it and ask they take off the nail polish on toes and just do clear and instead of pink on nails if I could do French tip since my nails all were a brownish uneven pink color.During the nail process the nail lady mentioned this had happened 2-3 other times but explained to me different reasons why it was their fault their nails turned colors. She mentioned steam or hair die. So I think to my self this has happenened before. (this has never happened to me and I didn’t die my hair or work with steam) but she’s telling me it’s my fault my nails turned colors...When they r done (they r very polite everything was peaceful) I pull out ten dollars to give as a tip and they charged me 20 dollars to fix my nails.Am I the only one that thinks that should of been free I was totally down to tip for their time? Is it my fault my nails turned brown after I choose baby pink. Hmm. Service was nice and all but this was a rather frustrating nail experience.12/7/18Update on their workDay after they fixed my nails my French tip finger nails turned brownThen a week later fell offBoth big toes r sore because of the way they clipped my nails.Hurts while I’m at work .Literally both nails pretty much started hurting right after I got a pedicure from them.

I came in as a walkin 2 wks ago, service was great my fills and nails are still looking great and lasting longer than where i was going. Because I work with harsh cleaning chemicals my nails usually dont last, but at Magic Nails I havent a single problem with my nails coming off. I also love my nail art. Thank you Magic Nails

This place SUCKS!!! I literally wouldnt go there again if it was the last nail place in auburn! First experience I had my husband who has diabetes got a pedi there and the lady cut his nails to short and he had to go to the hospital over it I told the guy and he didnt even say sorry! Then I got a fill there my nails looked great I get home and broke 4 that night doing nothing!! I go in to tell the owner and he tells me its cause my nails are too thin and he can fix one for free but refuses to fix them all after I paid $40 the day before! I went to another place and she ripped my nails off in 2 seconds no issues because they were so thin and horribly done! He literally was yelling at me in front of my kids to get out of his shop because I demanded be redo my nails or give me my money back.
