I had scheduled an appointment with Margie to get a haircut and balayage a few days before I left for spring break. When I showed up, Margie was super sweet to me and made sure I was comfortable. I showed her pictures of the color and cut I wanted and we continued with the appointment.I noticed that she was lightening my hair all the way to the root, which is not balayage, so I grew a little nervous, but figured it would turn out fine. After all, it’s just hair.Once the cut and color was over with, I knew it looked nothing like the photo I wanted. But, it didn’t look horrible from what I could tell, so I paid $120 for her services and left. After I had returned home, I took a closer look at the color and realized how streaky and horrible it truly was. The color was not blended at all, and it looked like I had a stair case of highlights all over my head. There were clumps of bleach blonde everywhere. The haircut itself wasn’t great, but the color was my biggest issue.Because I was leaving for spring break in two days, I panicked and had to call around all of Auburn in order to find someone else to fix my hair. Thankfully, I did, but it should’ve been done correctly the first time.I truly hate leaving a negative review for someone who was very sweet to me, however my hair looked horrible. I do not wish for anyone else to have the same experience as me.
