Went for a pedicure and was told 30 minute wait. Said okay and sat outside. Went back in and they said what do you need. I told them that we were there for a pedicure and that it had been 20 minutes and they told us it would be 30 minutes. He said you can come back in a hour seeing how you left. I told them that we didnt leave we waited outside cause there was no were to sit and Im 9 months pregnant and wasnt gonna stand in the doorway for 30 minutes. He told us to come back in and hour again and I said oh now we can leave and come back. I told them that it was poor service and we would never be back.

Yesterday (9/13/21) my husband and I had pedicures done. We were one of the first to arrive and asked for a regular pedicure with a French for myself. My husbands pedi took 15 minutes and mine was 25 minutes. Nearly $80.00 later with tip see the results of our very last visit to Miracle Nails

My experience was wonderful. My girl did an excellent job. Clean, relaxing I definitely will go back there. Very pleased♥️

My daughter and I went there at 5pm for pedicures and manicure and one gel nail manicure and was told that we would have to wait an hour. I asked if it was okay to go to Kinney’s and was told yes. We returned at 5.45pm. Still waiting at 6:15pm. We were told to come for our pedicures at 6:20pm. Hurriedly done with no removal of rough spots on my feet, I pointed it out to him and he said not this time. (He kept watching the clock). Onto the manicures and sloppy job for mine and they wouldn’t do gel nails for my daughter as not enough time. Now she had to go to her prom with ugly nails. Never again

Really love how clean the facilities are and how skilled the workers are...I came in for a mani-pedi for my birthday treat and they really did a knock-out job. Im really happy with how my nails look and cuticles feel!

Got a pedicure and was done nicely will visit again

I dropped in without an appointment and was able to immediately get a spa pedicure. This salon is quiet, relaxing, and exceptionally clean. There’s plenty of space between the pedicure chairs. They use the disposable foot sink liners, shields are up, and everyone was wearing a mask. My technician was a young man and he was so polite and accommodating and did a wonderful job. My feet look and feel great! I highly recommend Miracle Nails!

Very quick and got the job done

Went in to get gel manicure and everything was fine until the color I had wasn’t working (the brush was frayed) so instead of getting a new brush they got a new color. I wanted a color similar to the color I had (light purple) and they brought out a completely different color (dark mauve almost). Didn’t even ask how I felt about the color until all was said and done. Then while applying the gel, didn’t turn on the light so I could stick my hands in. Throughout the process, I got many cuticle cuts (1 extremely bad) and the nail tech did not say anything about it. Will not be going here again as it was not worth my time nor my money.

I got my nails and toes done a few weeks ago at Miracle Nails for a wedding. Sunny did them, and she did a fantastic job. I had the gel polish on for two weeks, and not even one nail chipped during that time. Definitely recommend this place and Sunny!

Clean, quiet and very professional

By far the best gel manicure I have ever had. My manicures last 4 weeks and only due to my nails growing I need a new one. I have never had a problem with them. They get me in fast and they give you massages after. Have made them my primary salon. Most salons I have gone to paint on my hands and are very think and use a drill to take the paint off to change my manicure two weeks later not here. My nails are healthier and stronger since starting this salon. Highly recommended.

I work outside at the lake, we got done early tonight because it rained so I decided I had a chance to stop for an unplanned pedicure! The last one I had done at my usual place didnt last 2 weeks so I didnt go back. Tried this place for the first time and it was amazing! My feet were terrible looking from being bare foot all day. The guy didnt make me feel bad, made my feet look great and the chair massage at the end was the best! My new go to spot for my nails!!!

Great service. Coming from a cosmetology student, this place is very clean. They have a high attention to detail and do a great job every time I go. By far the best nail salon in Auburn.

Couldnt fit me and my girlfriend in for walk in manicure and pedicure. All they could fit in was her nails to get done. At the end the guy checking us out asked if I was tipping with cash or the card. I wasnt going to tip at all but I felt that he was implying its manditory or expected. 90% chance we will not be going back anytime soon.

Went in to get a fill.... I did call ahead ..... sat for about 10 mins then got in the chair to get my nails filled and asked how much and she said gel fill $45 I well I have acrylic nails not the UV gel and she proceeded to take off my polish and then after taking it off a couple nails said we don’t do acrylic nails and will have to take off and put new set on .......????? Why didn’t they say anything before they started to take my polish off.... then after she got all my nails off she said all set I’m like your just going to leave them that way then she said $5 more to file and shape...... what a joke ...... very dissatisfied they should’ve said something before they began because I did tell them they were acrylic before she started..... very unprofessional....... just want to make money.... never going back ......

Was there yesterday and have never been more dissatisfied with a pedicure before in all the years of getting one. The place is clean and open space, I gave the one star for that. The pedi was rushed, from start(feet in water) to finish (dry and leaving) it was 25 min. My feet are still ruff, she literally let my feet soak 2 min and pulled them out to work on. Not even one at a time. I will not go back! Waste of money!

One of the better Nail Salons in Auburn. I like fact that you arent all squished together. The place isnt filled with the operators all chatting nonstop . Theres calming music being piped in instead. The place is clean, the pedi stations are all lined with disposable liners -YEA!! They offer 3 levels of pedis, they have back massages, full line of nail care. I will definitely be back.

I went to get a pedicure and they dont even do you heals or calluses on a regular pedi! I was very disappointed didnt realize if you want that done it cost $25.00 more! Although they did a great job painting my nails for $23.00!
