Was hoping to find a new nail salon that is open on Sunday. I broke a nail and needed a quick fix on just one nail. I was a walk in. I said I could wait or come back later. That I was leaving town in morning and was desperate. Was told no, they wont do that and they are too busy and go somewhere else, and literally waved out the door. There were 2 customers and 2 technicians in salon.I understand that this was last minute and I dont know if they 10 people coming in. It was the way I was treated and spoken to. Very unprofessional so I will not be giving them my regular business.

I went in to see if they could soak off my acrylic nails. Before I had a chance to say anything when I walked in, the person that I’m assuming is the owner interrupted me and said “If you’re not a client we won’t take you.” I asked if they could do a soak off and she said “no, we’re too busy.” I saw a nail tech sitting on their cell phone. She dismissed me before i even had a chance to tell her what I wanted. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

Went in to get shellac nails, chose a nice nude color and was initially very please with the result. However within 2-3 days, the color changed completely from a nude color to one of almost a snotty green color. Went in to ask them what was wrong with the polish and if anything could be done, and the lady pretended to not understand, and was unwilling to even explain why the color change had occurred. I spoke with another one of the manicurists, and he was unable to explain the color change as well, or offer any service to make up for it. I have never experienced this with other nail salons, and will not be returning again. The picture shows my nails with the changed color on the left, and the original color that my girlfriend and I had gotten together on the right.

They are open for business and Covid 19 ready. YOU MUST MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! Ma checks your temperature at the door and then send you straight to the sink to wash your hands!! Guards up and sanitizing like crazy. We already know theyre the best with your feet and nails but cleaning wise I rate them a 1000!!

A great place I frequent every 2 weeks. Wonderful staff, they are very pleasant people to deal with. I have nothing but good things to say about this place, highly recommend them. Glad to see small businesses in the Auburn area that do great work.

I absolutely love my nails❤️, I had gone to a different nail salon called nail master 2 and my nails were so lumpy and thick from different areas, but the nail tech at Nguyen fixed them right up for me 😍🥰 I am a very happy customer, who will most definitely be returning.

I literally just went in to this place. Its about 10:30 Thursday morning. I wanted to get a nail fixed and color change. The ONLY lady in there who said she is the owner turned me away saying I cant do for you because Im busy. Mind you there was not one person in there besides her and now me. Then she said she only does people with short nails. Ill never go here again.

I called ahead to make sure they were available for a fill. She said yes, so I came down to the shop. I began to look for a color, I usually take my time doing this, because not all colors I want are available. I looked for a color for maybe 7-10 minutes before the owner/woman doing my nails told me she cant do my nails!!! She said I took too long to pick a color. Mind you, there is not one other person in the shop, not one!! I have been getting my nails done for about 8 years and Ive never felt rushed or pressed while selecting a color for a service I AM PAYING FOR!! I will never return or refer anyone I know here. She was rude, unpleasant, and very unprofessional. She wasted my time and gas!

I love Ann! Shes been my eyebrow lady since I started and my nail lady ! My and my whole family goes here! They are amazing and friendly she remembers me my sisters my mom and my aunts.

My favorite place to get my nails done! They do manicures, pedicures, waxing and threading. Added bonus they also do haircuts and hairstyles! Great small family business and they make you feel like family!!!

The lady here is super rude. Never go here. She is so dirty and not clean at all,we found the lady cleaning her feet when we came in and she didnt bother to stop when she saw us,didnt even wash her hands afterwards. Disgusting! She has no one else working there,and she can only do one person at a time,which is so inconvenient. She has a dirty floor,desks and couch has mold in it. Kitchen is outrageously disgusting too. For safety,never go there! Horrible experience!
