Highly recommend Pro-Tech Refrigeration. Everyone is very professional, kind and courteous. Installers are very knowledgeable and can explain every thing. Very clean both in appearance and work area. Boiler that was ordered came in a timely fashion and was installed in the same manner. Office staff is always very happy and a delight to speak with on the phone.Cant say enough about these fine folks.

As a small business owner trying to support a local hvac repair company, I am very disappointed. I started by calling originally for regular maintenance. That service call went well and I was satisfied. The hvac units needed further work and was told to call when I was ready. When the time came I made the call. I spoke with the service tech. He said he was very busy and I would be a few weeks. I was okay with this. After 2 months and several phone calls to their office, I was basically told that my business was not worth the effort to come back. We are currently in the winter months and my business does not have heat. This could have been avoided if the tech had kept his word. The moral is, if you are a small business dont bother calling Pro Tech. If youre not a huge account with a big bank role, youre not worth their time.

Would highly recommend this company when buying and having installed a Mitsubishi heat pump. The owner came over twice to give me option for our cooling and heating. Chris in the office was great coordinating and answering my questions. Today on install day the two technicians were on time, quick and very professional. They went the extra mile in explaining how to use the remote control feature . One big note: one technician was very concern how to install and hide all the wires in the wall, what an excellent job he did!!! Wow, very impressed from start to finish. I will use this company in the future and thank you Jayson you, your office coordinator and technicians for a great job 👍
