Mike, Ryian & Jacob @ NW Comfort Systems installed our new furnace, AC unit and thermostat! We could not have asked for better service. The installation was smooth, all were absolutely professional and friendly, gave superior guidance in the operation of the new system and were meticulously clean each day when there were finished. When we moved in to our house three years ago the furnace and AC unit hadnt been serviced in quite some time and had a bunch of issues including that part of it caught fire two days after we moved in. They came out and got us up and running within a matter of days. In the years since, weve had them out each year for regular maintenance and weve been beyond thrilled with how friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive all the employees are. They have a customer for life in us and we just cant recommend them highly enough.

Always professional, high quality work! The office and the technicians are friendly and reliable. I hired NWComfort Systems to install a new furnace several years ago, add a brand new AC system in 2020, and to do a tune up/inspection today on furnace and AC. Rhian takes time to answer Qs and explain how to operate Thermostat easily and efficiently.

Rhian helped us so much! I was having trouble getting my furnace’s fan to turn on this summer. I have previously been able to circulate the air throughout the house (forced air) for 6 summers. They had installed my furnace back in 2015, and I’m happy I’ve just called the number for NWCS stuck to it for service. It ended up being a dud thermostat, which Rhian had troubleshooted and then replaced. What a relief during another hot spell in Seattle! Thank you!

Edit 6-2021. Since my original review last year, I have hired these guys twice more, once for my office and once for my new house. I continue to be impressed with how they treat me and my concerns. I am just really happy with them and I want to spread the word.Original review: I hired these guys to come to my house and do a routine service on the furnace. Although I change the filter 1-2x/year, I hear its supposed to be serviced from time to time. I made an appointment by phone, and a couple weeks later Mike came out to service my furnace. He did a good job, spent time explaining stuff. Turns out there was a wire dangling that could have shocked me with 120v every time i change the filter and I didnt notice!! Five stars. Reasonable prices.

Installed a new Coleman gas furnace. Very patient, polite, and professional. During and after installation everything was explained and all my questions answered.This is the heating & cooling company youre looking for.

Larry came to service the furnace in a home we just moved into. We used Northwest Comfort systems in the past and were happy with their work. Larry told me I needed a new furnace because the heat exchange unit was cracked and using the furnace in such condition would be dangerous due to carbon monoxide emissions. He sent us a quote for the job. I also had a 2nd quote from another vendor who found no problem with the heat exchange units. I had another independent inspector look at the furnance who also found no problems. The 2nd company installed a new furnace for us after going without heat for ten days. This company left me with the three heat exchange units from the old furnace They did not show any cracks. I still have these in my possession. I suggest that you get a 2nd opinion if Larry suggests a new furnace based upon a heat exchange unit crack.

I called Northwest Comfort Systems well in advance and was told that they did not have any availability other than being on stand by for three days on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I never received a visit let alone a phone call. Due to the terrible customer service and wasting my time, even if they do have an available slot for a future appointment, I will not be choosing this business for my heating, or cooling needs due to this poor experience. I do not recommend.

Very happy with the service we received from Larry and Rhian at Northwest Comfort Systems. Our furnace quit working the first weekend we received snow. (of course it had to be THAT weekend!) Larry came over and kindly explained in detail what needed to be done and what furnace he would recommend. A few days later Rhian came over and installed the new furnace and brought a couple other things up to code. He was very professional and made sure I understood all the details about the new thermostat before he left. If you’re looking for great service at a good price give them a call!

I needed to have my heating system upgraded. I had them Install a Coleman 96% 2-stage variable speed with a new Honeywell Filter.Northwest Comfort Systems is a very professional company and I am very pleased with the overall experience. I would highly reccoment this company for any of your heating or air conditioning needs.
