I am a truck mover and needed a taxi service to get a driver from Atlanta GA to Chattanooga TN. I spoke with Terry Brown that assisted in picking up my driver in a very nice car and took him to the destination at a very reasonable price. Terry was friendly and professional. I will definitely use again if needed. My driver loved that the taxi was here waiting on him instead of him waiting on the taxi. It makes for a quick turnaround.

I called Diop at 10:53 pm on a Friday needing to get from Atlanta to Charleston, WV (8.5 hours) and needing to get there by 9 am. I was frantic that I would miss my interview, but Diop came, picked me up, and drove me through the night to drop me off an hour before I needed to be there. He was kind and even let me sleep on the trip. The car was a little older, but we got there without any hiccups. Would recommend.

Called them just to ask for prices and if the company is a 24 hour service and they were rude as can be. I definitely wouldn’t feel safe riding with them.

I did not personally use their services. I had to make a phone call to them when I got home a couple of Saturdays ago because one of their drivers were driving down tara blvd doing 25mph in the 45mph zone in the fast lane. The driver was swerving in and out of his/ her lane. Idk if he/she was intoxicated, tired, or maybe just not paying attention. This person very well could have caused an accident driving the way they were. Other drivers were having to pass this person to right. People were honking their horns in anger. Its people who drive like this person who causes road rage. To make matters worse I encountered this same cab again the following Monday night at the same time it was about 730-8pm and again this person was driving 25 in the 45 in the fast lane. I immediately recognized the cab.... It had the same #.... I did not call the company again though... 1 time should have been enough. So to all you folks who drive down tara blvd between 730pm and 8pm just look out for a taxi cab driving 25 mph in the fast lane and please be careful not to run into his back side... And to The cascade company... You have been notified so I hope this person does not cause a wreck. I already gave you the cab # I still remember it if you need it I also left my # for a manager to call me if they have any questions.

Adam is the driver. I believe it was car 1158. This guy blocked the cab I was in with his taxi, got out of his car, started beating on the windows, and reached in my window in attempt to unlock my door. I had to wait in the car for 15 minutes for a police officer to make him move. I have the incident recorded and will definitely be seeking legal recourse.

Dont ride with this company they are scamming people out they money, they charge people a one way ride twice and dont know how to talk to people. One of the driver curses me out for no reason again dont ride with them they are bad news period save your money and ride with a different cab company

I would give this place zero stars if possible. Cab driver named Adam promised hed be at hotel to pick me up at 3 am for ride to airport. He never showed, asked another taxi driver to pick me up, and that driver went to hotel by same name but in another location. That driver showed up around 4 am and I barely made the flight.

Sometimes you receive bad services from whoever is answering the phone at certain times of the night when you really need a cab and not get a return call from the dispatcher or whoever is answering and one time I had a driver who requested money to come to my location and I said to him you have lost your got dam mind and some other things but that was very unprofessional and rude!!🤷🏾I’m just saying

Fast and clean

I called several other cab companies in Atanta to get a price for a two hour drive to take my little brother to his base. He was 5 hours away from home (us) and two hours from his base but the next bus was over a 5 hour wait. We needed a solution. Most taxi companies hung up. Others said they only stayed around the airport. Until Cascade answered. Super nice, helpful, instant pricing and Alley gave a military discount without me even asking. Not only did he get my brother from a stranded bus station to his base, hours ahead of time, he even let him charge his phone and get some much needed rest. With my brothers hurt leg he was able to stretch out in the cab and all 6 2 of him wasnt cramped in a tiny bus seat. Thank you for taking excellent care of such precious cargo. Such good people! God bless the USA!

Nice ride

Took airport cab. Driver demanded 34 dollars for a short trip and when asked for a receipt handed me a blank piece of paper. He couldnt show me a single thing that said I owed that much. No meter or anything (though his haton the dashboard was probably hiding it) SCAM CAB COMPANY avoid at all costs.

I had such a great experience with the companys driver named Diop! He was very kind and helpful with getting me from the airport to my hotel after such a long day. He was effective in his communication and is a great representation of your company!

Ali from Cascade Cab went above and beyond when I had an unusual request to check on whether specific billboards in Atlanta had been put up or not. He was prompt, professional, and thorough. Thanks, Ali and Cascade Cab! Next time Im in Atlanta, I know which cab service to call for exceptional service.

Our drivers name was Ali. He was terrific!! Very detail oriented, but customer service seemed to be his expertise. He was actually the one to pick us up and drop us off. Both times he was at our location within 7-10 minutes, which was very impressive. Ali had a great personality. His driving was safe and the drives were precise. He got us from the airport to downtown in about 10-15 minutes - AND not speeding! Same thing going back to the airport. You will be very happy you decided to go with Cadcade.

Cab driver was kind, safe and gave us info on surrounding areas of interest. We needed rides to and from airport, to and from Turner Stadium with our infant, he was on time, communicated throughout the weekend via text, and best of all... Very affordable. I was quoted by another company 3X more money for the same service. Highly recommended.

I was charged 17 dollars to go a little over 1 mile...traffic was not bad either. The guy passed my stop so I had to tell him to turn around. I am not sure if he was trying to ring up the charge further. I now see why people use Uber and Lyft over taxis. My husband used Uber the same day to go a little over 14 miles and it was cheaper!

Im based in the UK and was asked last minute to book an Atlanta/Birmingham roundtrip by car. Cascade Cab replied promptly with a very competitive quote and the driver, Ali, ensured the traveller was picked up and dropped up on time and without any issues, for which he was immensely grateful. Very impressed and I would book with them again.

Our luggage was shipped on another flight and needed it picked up at the airport and delivered to our hotel. Ray was very courteous, accommodating and quick.Greatly appreciated and would highly recommend Cascade.

Driver and/or dispatch dont listen well. Cab driver had to call 6 times yesterday to get pickup info and still went to the wrong place, after a 1 hour and 14 minute wait and repeating what I had already said. I was shocked by the rude attitude when I still choose to be as nice as I could be including his communication with my boss who was paying for the ride. I plan on calling all other taxi services before this if I ever choose to use their service again but I doubt I ever will. If you use their service, call 2 hours before you need to be there and have lots of patience, seriously.

This was the best cab experience Ive had in Atlanta, GA. The car was well maintained and clean. The service was superior and my driver was professional and courteous. Two thumbs up!

Best taxi service in Atlanta. After calling Yellow and Checker and being given the run around, I called Cascade. They were professional and prompt. Saving the number to make them the 1st call!

I called and the first time no one picked up but then they called me back and stayed that they were going to see how far the driver was. I never received a call back and when my sister called they asked her if the driver called her. Ultimately they never showed the worst can company ever I will not be referring them to anyone I know.

They okay Ive had some rude drivers and some that never showed.. one Time I called one to get home from the grocery store..he took me home then tried to LEAVE my grocery on the grass and pull OFF! I told him he better not leave before I finish unloading my things! Just rude! He start Talking about he had another person to get. So unprofessional!

I would not recommend this company but not because of the driver so much as the overall experience I had. First, they were professional (if a bit short) on the phone. Driver called when he was on his way and was courteous. He called again on arrival, about 20 minutes after my original call, to let me know he was at my hotel. He helped with my bags, car was very clean, and ride was uneventful. However, it was clear that he did not have much experience taking riders to the airport. He had some trouble with his GPS, and he took me to wrong check in terminal after I had told him which airline I was flying on, so I had to walk to the opposite side to get to my airlines desk. Then, they told me I couldnt pay with a credit card, which is NOT POSTED or announced at all. He made a few phone calls and ultimately said I would have to get cash. So I had to go in the terminal, find an ATM, get cash, go back out, pay him...and then when I ask for a receipt he tells me he cant get me one. He then makes more phone calls to see how to get me one because I was traveling on business and needed a receipt for reimbursement. I ended up speaking to the owner, Ali, who said they have no way to give a receipt. So my poor driver had to write me one by hand, which he had clearly never done as I had to walk him through all the necessary information which is usually on a receipt. My driver was very apologetic through all this but this company obviously had not given him very much training and does not know how to serve professionals.

Cab number 0383, ride at 10pm, 2nd June 2018. We asked to ride from international Atlanta airport to the Marriott Gateway. The driver was rude as soon as we asked for this ride, saying that the airport had a skyline for hotels. He also drove us the long way, taking twice the amount of time, as we silently witnessed it on Google maps. At the end, charged us 6$ extra fee dollars which we believe were not legal. Next time I will get the skyline, or order an Uber.

The driver was 15 mins late and wasnt very friendly at all. I also dont believe he knew where he was going. I had to guide him to the airport. The service wasnt good at all. I only gave it two stars because the car was clean. I doubt I use this service again.

Im GiGi........Out of everything Ali is the best thing going on at Cascade Cab. His level of professionalism and care for his clients is untarnished. Unfortunately, that is not enough for me to continue using transit services through this company. I spend over $900.00 a month with Cascade Cab Co and have been doing so for over a year. Back and forth to work everyday, the bank and the grocery store. I dont get prorated despite that nor do I ask or expect. (Most drivers will prorate if used as frequent as I do). I am so grateful for the service that I didnt even care about that.Nonetheless, I call the same time everyday and the Driver - Darryl knows my routine well. The problem I have is the level of professionalism coming from the Driver. I dont mix business with pleasure. As an Office Leader my focus is on getting back and forth to work. Since riding with this Driver - Darryl he makes subtle comments evolved around dating, coming over with pajamas....at best I am kind and keep things professional without offending and misleading due to importance of me getting back and forth to work without the difficulties of what fraternizing with the help can bring.When a customer needs a cab they call. And when they dont they dont call. I called Darryl this morning several times at the same time I call every morning, but he did not answer. I ended up calling another driver from another company. When I got to work I finally got through to Darryl to check on his well-being since he didnt answer my many calls and to see if he would be picking me up this evening and he told me he purposefully did not answer phone this morning because I did not call him yesterday to pick me up. What?!!!! Really? The disrespect of risking me being late to work over a personal issue is not cool. He could have answered and simply stated that Im sorry but I cant drive you around anymore instead of playing games. That is not cool at all.I dont have time for tempermental people who stays in his feelings all because I want to keep things professional. I dont have time to play in the morning with my time when my focus is on getting to work. I pay waaaaayyyyyy too much money a month to a driver for him to be in his feelings over anything. This is the second time this particular driver has pulled this stunt. And this is the second driver in a year that I have had to terminate future services with at Cascade Cab and now I have decided to take my business somewhere else because I cant trust the mentality of these drivers to keep things professional and stay on point. Wish it were Ali who could pick me up everyday...these Drivers could use some good instruction and advice from him which will take them a long way and keep them from loosing a valuable customer. In the meantime.... maybe somebody else will appreciate my money without the wild ideas.The last words Darryl spoke to me today was...my money dont stop. Lol! Not true....this $900.00 a month DID! We called for a cab at 1:20 to pick us up. After 45 minutes of waiting, we called and the driver said he was 5-10 minutes away. 25 minutes later we called again and he didnt pick up.He never showed up and we had to reschedule our appointment due to the poor, unprofessional services provided.Never again will I use this cab company.

Scheduled a pick-up to the airport, the driver didnt show up, call the number Cascade Cab Co gave me, went to voicemail directly. This was unacceptable and worst cab I have ever seen.

This cab company is extremely unorganized, they take forever if they even come, and the dispatchers are rude. They went so far as to call my phone and accuse me of hopping a cab or not paying the cab driver, which is a lie. Ill just take lyft from now on like the rest of the world.

A complete rip off!!! I live approximately 6 miles from my pickup location. Was quoted between $18 -$25. Ridiculous! Please Uber takeover this area.

Called for taxi...the person answering the phone was unbelievably rude. I waited for 20 minutes and the cab never arrived. I called another company and had a cab in under 10 minutes.

The most unprofessional cab company I have ever seen! I called and they hung up in my face and said they were closed but how are you closed if your 24/7! I dont understand! Never again will I call them they lost my service and respect!
