SK Taxi Service is far better value than Uber or Lift. I was in Atlanta on a business trip and needed to get to my flight that departed at 10am. I called Uber and Lift around 7:30 am to give myself time to check in on time. I waited and waited for a connection and to my surprise there was no drivers available. I hour has passed and still no drivers were available. I started to panic and googled taxi. I found SK Taxi service and explained I needed to be at the airport. The gentleman who received my call was polite and professional. He arrived 10 minutes after the call and through the storming rain he sure footed me to the airport.The only negative experience I had was the gentleman needed new windshield wipers. If it wasn’t for that I would have given 5 stars.

They are very timely and delivery is always on point. The car was so clean both the interior and exterior .They have good customer service care. I will always go for their services . This taxi service is awesome, because they are prompt in their delivery. The driver was polite and business minded. Showed up when they said they would.. unlike the other 2 places I called first. Good driver/ polite / rate was decent.

Booked this company telling them I needed a ride to the airport and that I was definitely not backing out seeing how I was on a time crunch because I was at a wedding and had to leave super quick after the ceremony. They called several times during the service(clearly didn’t have my phone) to ask if I still needed a ride. I ended up calling an Uber and BARELY making my flight. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Awesome cab service in Atlanta airport, from the reception to the driver everyone is so nice and helpful. The ride is so comfy and reliable. The driver picked my family up from the road side to the airport after our car failed us on our way to the airport. The price is affordable compared to the other drivers. My driver and riding experience was very professional. I was in a hurry and needed a ride to the airport and I was able to make my flight in a timely manner. Wow wow omg, what a good and reliable service I have had from a taxi service provider in a very long time. First of all, I was driving my car to the airport to catch my flight to Miami, Florida. On the highway I 85 South bound my check engine light starts to blink so I pulled over and stop the ignition. The car wont start again.At this time I was getting confused and frustrated, so I called SK taxi to pick me to the Atlanta Airport, the dispatch was so professional and honest with the ETA, the driver arrived at the roadside on time, with a clean and spacious taxi, he loaded all of my language on to his taxi, and a very smooth ride to the airport. The only cab company willing to take me from the Atlanta Medical Center South to an airport hotel. My driver was polite, funny and very helpful. Im disabled and I collapsed after being stranded at ATL due to storms last night. Thought I was going to be stranded at the hospital too when all the top cab companies refused to take me the 3 miles to a hotel so I could finally get rest. SK Taxi Service rocks!!! Youre my heros. This is not a cab service. This is one man taking calls on his personal cell phone. He uses his personal suv for rides. VerY, VERY unprofessional and he picks and chooses when he’s actually available for a ride. When you call he makes it seem like he has drivers working for him when he really just does all the calls himself.

Every time i called this service, he was always on time, he is always courteous. I would not use another service anytime im here in Atlanta, but SK Taxi Service.

My experience with this taxi cab service only goes as far as calling them and not getting anyone on the phone or a call back in spite of all the ads about being open 24/7. What I got sounded like someones voicemail on a personal cell phone. It did not sound anything at all like a business.

First, we waited over 15 minutes for the taxi at our hotel. The hotel receptionist had to call on a couple of occasions to get a taxi. The driver sped the entire way to our destination. We was charged thirty-seven dollars for the trip. I am extremely disappointed in the service and cost.

Called needed to go to hospital and the man said he would call me back. I called back and it was a cell phone it went to voicemail. Use lyft or uber forget these people

We called to get a ride, we were told it would be 15 minutes. After an hour we had to call another can company.

Waited for and hour they kept forwarding all the 20 calls I made to voice mail. Extremely unprofessional.

Charging me $20 to go 10 minutes because the driver is coming from the airport. What does that have to do with me? Taxis are rip off here in NY it would be no more than $12.00. Total rip off.
