Easy to walk-in for appointments. Very friendly, customer service oriented.
My sister & I came for two pedicures. My sister also received eyebrow & lip wax as well (no major issues with those services). We both had a bad experience with our pedicures. My sister requested for a classic pedicure with gel polish which was $30 (over priced). The classic pedicure includes the callus removal, sea salt scrub/massage. The only thing lady did was use the yellow scrub for the bottom of my sister feet and polish her toes. We had to remind the lady of the steps she did not do. Both ladies put the sea salt scrub on our legs without them being wet prior so it felt as if our legs were being scratched. The massages were rushed and had no length at all. Both of our feet were still left with callus and dead skin, our feet were more dry than before we got there.. im not sure if its the products they were using. I personally got cut on my pinky toe and my polish was not done very well (I received gel as well) Also, the customer service was not good. Walked in with no welcoming or no good energy. They had little nat flies flying around everywhere . Overall, I do not recommend. It was so bad to the point where I noticed certain flaws within my nails that I did not want to even return to fix my nails. A day of relaxation turned into a disaster. 0/5
I walked in to get a nail change and fill in from my nails being messed up from another nail salon, and they took care of me! My nails look absolutely beautiful!! And they are polite and caring!! When I come back to the A I will be coming back to themFor sure!!!!!!!
Since moving to Buckhead in January 2021, I continued to drive back to Marietta because I was loyal to my nail technician and the amazing job she would do. I finally decided to try Signature Nails & Spa after a friends recommendation. The woman would barely speak to me but I figured if she did a good job, what the harm in silence? I always get SNS Dip Powder as my nails are natural and very long. My nails turned out pretty good but not the best theyve ever looked. Not even a week later, the SNS on my thumb began to crack and chip off. A few more days passed and two more cracked and chipped. My actual nails are not breaking, just the SNS Dip Powder on top. I paid $50 for SNS Dip Powder to last less than two weeks. Never in the 3 years that I have been getting SNS Dip Powder has this happened before. I was going to give Signature Nails & Spa a chance to correct the first two nails but now that 5+ have chipped is a matter of 10 days, I will NOT be returning.
The woman at the front was rude upon entering. I should have ran at that point. They will nickle and dime you for basic service. I wanted my hands and feet done but settled for my feet. I paid too much for a basic pedicure not have gel polish. New to the neighborhood so Ill take the loss. Third solon around here I had to take a loss! 😒 I guess they dont like new business!🤷🏾♀️
Made an appointment and waited 40 minutes the first time. Go today to get try again and was told it would be a 2 hours wait. They were barely busy. Not a 2 hour wait busy. It’s just a slap in the face to spend so much with a company that never treats their client with any service. I guess since they’re in Buckhead they don’t think they have to provide a good customer service experience.
The best.Very efficient and effectiveI love this spa
Got a nice leg massage, that was suppose to be a foot message. Although I am one, you dont have to be a MT to know the difference 🙄 pedicure was nice. Manicure was not. It was kind of dirty; chairs, floors, full trash cans, bathroom. I rarely go to nail salons due to sanitary reasons. Not sure if Ill be back to this .
It was amazing, the mister that did my pedicure was super gentle, the feet massage felt like heaven! Cant wait to go back
I love getting my Nails and Pedicure done at Signature. I love Ms. Kelly
Well run. Good staff.
Ive had my fair share of rude nail techs but this is the first time in my entire life that Ive ever had to actually end my service because a nail tech was treating me so poorly and rudely. Let me first start off by saying I live in Texas now but have been coming here for over 10 years with my dad he loves Wendy. I decided to come here to get a manicure with sns alone without my dad and I was treated with so much disgust from the older lady with grey hair from the moment she sat down she spoke to me in an annoyed, uninterested tone as I explained what I wanted to her, an overlay on two broken nails with sns polish. She questioned me very rudely about why I didnt just get this or that I wish I had just ended my service there. She became irritated with how slowly I was to pick a color for my nails even though she was asking me while both my hands were in acetone how was I supposed to thumb through colors my birthday is next week so I was being particular. As she was doing my nails I was dropping things because she was in such a hurry I couldnt even get comfortable in my chair. I could feel how annoyed she was as she proceeded to keep asking me to pick a color so I rushed and picked a color that turned out to be way off from the color I had chosen on the wheel. It was so terrible that I couldnt withstand it so I let her know after she had done one hand that I apologize but I really hated the color. She snapped at me saying something under her breath and got up very quickly so at that point I couldnt handle how rude she was I told her to finish taking the polish off and I would go somewhere else and didnt explain why she kept pushing me to just pick another color but I couldnt at that point I have never been treated like that Im a nurse I would never treat someone so poorly and rudely. She treated me as if I was getting a free service. I paid for what she had done tipped her half of my $20 service I wish I had asked for a manager or told her I was leaving because of how rude she was. Mind you I had just come here with my dad last week and spent $200 on pedicures tipped everyone that touched us !!! Please treat your customers better when I left no one even asked if I was ok or what had happened.
I have been coming to this salon since 2008 when I moved back to Atlanta. Now I live about 23 miles north of the city and I commute to the salon as I havent been able to find the same level of service in my neighborhood. Tyler (the salon manager) and the staff here are extremely accommodating when it comes to the various services.Ive had a number of the pedicure treatments as well as the different manicures. If you show them a picture of what you are looking for they will recommend the best service/treatment to attain the look you are seeking.I love SNS with nail embellishment and the convenience of gel polish on my toes allows me to put my shoes on and go on with my day.If you arent happy with your service, please make sure you let Tyler know as they want their clientele to be more than satisfied with their services. They know what I like and at times have even recommended new ideas/techniques/services for me to try.I highly recommend the salon and suggest making an appointment in advance to avoid any wait time and ensure you get the same technicians each time you come in for your service.
I got a full set sns a month ago and it was the best experience Ive ever had. Im still wearing them now and it has been 4 weeks. No chips, no cracks, no lifting. Im so happy with a well done service. My husband and I also got pedicures and they were done very well. I will be back!!
FIRST TIME- walk in and SO SO IMPRESSED! firstly I came in 45 minutes to closing and no one gave me the eye or made me feel uncomfortable gave my time to choose my color and I got the manager Tyler. When we first started he asked if I was hot and then catered to me by letting me sit closer to the air conditioning. I got SNS and picked a color that looked complete different on my finger he was surprised to and helped me find something close to what I wanted. He tried out two other colors to help find the right shade never complaining about how long I was taking or the extra work he was doing, keep in mind its almost 8 (closing time). Long story short my service was amazing and he was so nice, and I WILL be coming back!!!!!
Kenny from nail salon did an amazing job with my fill. Thank you and happy holidays 😊
This Place has horrible customer services as well as service in all.... They hold grudges and if you ask them to fix the disgust they create to your hands they refuse!!! Never go here its the worst.. I have givin so many chances to to how great they were when I first moved to Atlanta but the service hasnt been the same since. Horrible Horrible Horrible ... Lumpy powder uneven nails ... I complained and nothing was done. I payed 160 all together never again!
I needed a soak off. They literally are peeled some of the nails out which was really painful and they still hurt hours after because they were is a rush to finish. My nails still have acrylic residue left over. Take your money else were. Here is definitely is the worst place to go
I love them service. Louis is the best, i love my nails.
I am from NYC. My friends & I visited the ATL area and stopped at this salon to get our nails and feet done. This was my first time asking for acrylic on my big toe. The corner of my toe nail chipped so I wanted acrylic to fill in my square. Off rip when I received the acrylic I did not like the outcome because it wasn’t even. I asked him to file it twice and he still wasn’t doing it evenly so I ended up just letting him finish the job, my feet were in so much pain especially in sneakers. I couldn’t bare wearing sneakers for more than an hour due to the acrylic. I took the acrylic off only to find that my big toe nails are EXTREMELY bruised in the same spot ! I am extremely annoyed because there’s nothing I can do to be compensated besides leaving a review on the establishment... I am not happy Customer. I am not sure how to post pictures along with my review but I have pictures to show how bruised my toe nails were after receiving the acrylic to
Worst place ever!! Came in for mani/pedi. Provided very specific instructions with photos of how I wanted nails and still the technician was unable to provide services requested even though I kept reminding her of what I wanted. What was most unacceptable and unprofessional was the ridiculous amount charged even though my dissatisfaction was also clearly expressed. A hefty $100 was charged for what looked like what my niece does with playdo when pretending to do her nails - there was very little filing, no shaping, and no quality finish. Nails were uneven, ring fingernail was almost larger than thumb nail!! Absolutely awful!!! I would give zero stars if it were an option.
Visited for the first time today for a gel fill-in and #7 pedicure, serviced by Anna and Maria. Love that they don’t cut corners and they are super detail oriented. Probably the best experience I’ve had in a nail salon in a while.Although, they could dial back on the constant chatter in a language I don’t understand. Overall, great experience.
Found this place while driving and Im so happy I stopped. The quality of the work was fantastic. I got a refill (beautiful shape) just what I asked for and a pedicure which was also with hot stones!! Thank you so much for a great experience will definitely be back soon!
Best experience I’ve had in a long time. Clean place and smells good. The massages felt great and were very through. My SNS and gel pedicure turned out great. I’m very happy with my experience. My boyfriend also ready enjoyed his experience. Highly recommend! And we will be back!
❤
My wife and I stopped in while visiting Atlanta. We were staying close by and had time for a little pampering. What a wonderful surprise, the decor was perfect and the service was even better. I was expecting big city prices and was pleasantly surprised with the bill. I would absolutely recommend Signature Day Spa to anyone.
Loved my first visit to Stash House. After hearing tons about it and living so close, I finally booked an appointment. Each artist has their own style and specialties and the atmosphere is so fun. Everyone was really friendly and I felt like I could relax.
I had the most wonderful manicure and pedicure today! The salon has very nice decor. Great customer service (the owner was super sweet). And the pedicure chair was amazing. I even received a hot stone neck and back massage during my Champagne Pedicure! I will definitely be back the next time Im in Atlanta!
Ugh I thought they would be good on eyebrows Not!!! At least not the guy with blondish ponytail!!
The manager of this salon is Great!! After my first visit yesterday of miscommunication he fixed everything for me! When I returned after work... I appreciate his professionalism and helping me to satisfaction 💙‼️
I love this place, look very nice and clean
My nail tech was Lou he did a awesome job. My nails came out great recommend going there
Not from here, visiting from out of town. They got me in fast but the lady doing my nails was NOT friendly. When i asked her to take my nails shorter she told me “no” and that they’d look ugly shorter. She did an ok job rushing through getting my nails done and wasn’t apologetic when she handled my nails aggressively.
I have been a twice a month customer of this salon for over a year now. The first 7months were perfect! My SNS/full set lasted 3 weeks with no issue. In the past 4 months everything has changed. A new manager has taken over and she is awful. If you try to point something out she blames you and says they can’t fix it. I had multiple sets that days after being put on were falling off. One week, I went back FOUR consecutive days because I kept loosing a different nail. Today I went to give them one last shot as it’s really close to my apartment.. I sat there for 40+ min and no one spoke to me other then to tell me to sit down. No one told me that there would be a wait or asked if I needed anything. 35min in I was told someone was coming to me next and then that person went and started working on someone who got there after I did. I stood up and walked out. One of the techs who knows I visit often asked me what was wrong and I told her it wasn’t her fault and that I tried to give the salon another shot but I just sat there with no help or communication and waisted 40+ min of my day. I was obviously not a valued customer. And will NOT be giving them another shot.
Good customer service and very friendly. The decor was very pleasing and there was minimal wait time. However, my nails were very sore when I left and two days after, two nails were cracked. Went back and because it had only been two days, they fixed it with no problem. My nails are also bumpy and uneven. Ill return to this location in the future, but Ill just remember to stick with acrylic and try a different technician
Worst service I’ve ever gotten at a nail salon. Terrible job at applying a basic acrylic full set. It took 3 different people and over an hour. My nails are lumpy and misshapen and they charged me extra. They waited until after “finishing” my nails to tell me they could only accept cash. I’m still mad.
I was recommended by my bfs friend. I I regret going there. I was very happy to finally get my nails done after months and that fantasy was ruined when I went here. I showed the nail tech the picture of the nails that I wanted and she said that she could do them but the nails didn’t come out as the picture. I told her this isn’t what I wanted and she just said you can’t bring a picture from Google or Instagram and expect to get that exact thing . But why would you agree to do my nails if you knew that you couldn’t do it exactly the way I wanted it ? She also deliberately cut my finger til they were bleeding. And still made us pay. I am a streamer / gamer and I can barely use my fingers without them hurting. I didn’t want to have to write a bad review because of the good things that I’ve heard but it needs to be known that this place is dangerous. I will be posting images of yelp of my bloody fingers.
My daughter and I love Signature Nail. Previous patrons of Sugarcoat (parking pretty rough) and Buckhead Nails (inconsistent and one person with an actual resting mean mug). Signature’s Gel, SNS, Designs & individual lashes are more natural and much more affordable that other non-chain lash places. Louis does my nails and Kitty does my daughter’s.
This place gives the best 30 minute foot to your knee massage. They provided some world class customer service. I will most definitely recommend, and return the next time Im in ATL.
I was visiting from out of town and the hotel recommended this nail salon. Unfortunately, my experience was below par due to the following reasons: My nails and fingers were soaked in a bag of acetone to remove the existing gel color (not very encouraging start to the treatment); the nails were filed down to varying lengths and I had point out that they should be even across all fingers (I got worried); the new S&S color was applied without treating my cuticles or removing excess skin around the nails (I was assured not to worry); the S&S French looked okay but not as clean as a gel French would look (too many tiny white dust fragments throughout the clear coat); at the end, the area below my nails was full of nail dust and excess color (and so were my hands). Another nail technician reviewed my nails at checkout and tried to clean up some of the mess but to no avail. My cuticles were never trimmed.
Thanks you everything was great !
Consistently poor experience. SNS never has a clean finish. Made the mistake of asking for SNS ombré style here and it looked like a poorly done French manicure.Got my eyebrows threaded here and had to do them again myself when I got home.Convenience of location is the only thing that forces me to return.
Hard work should be recognized. I heard from other this is THE place to get your nails done. I see many great reviews from mostly happy customers about how clean the place is and the awesome artwork. This place hooks it up.
CONS: I’ve been going to Signature Nail since 2014 and it has really starting to go downhill for the past 1-2 years. The technicians are ALWAYS trying to up-sell you on services. When you ask for one of the cheaper packages, it seems they don’t understand English, but they understand English perfectly well when trying to sell you a more expensive package. It gets to be very uncomfortable.A friend and I went for pedicures in April 2019 and my friend had to wait 45 minutes, despite having an appointment. On many occasions, I’ve had a long wait even with an appointment. Sucks bc the location is very convenient for me, but I’ll be finding a new go-to salon.PROS: Fairly reasonable prices (except for the constant up-selling) and it’s clean.
The experience of getting a top notch manicure and pedicure cannot be denied. With its location I expected there to be lines at peak times during the weekends. However, I have been pleasantly surprised at the quick service and precision to detail. They are a little pushy when you first enter but they get you serviced quickly so I cant complain too much. I will and have driven past several nearby nail salons just to go to this one.
Teresa gave me my 60min massage and she was great! I highly recommend this spot if youre looking to just get some relaxation and walk out with your nails (mani/pedi) completely done and beautiful! I got the pedicure + Callus remover. The decor was very nice and a large selection of nail colors to choose from. I was very pleased with my visit here.
I love my nails.. Manicure and pedicure cute and simple!! Thanks Vee and Annie 💛🖤💜
Had an amazing experience. Staff was friendly and welcoming. After getting my pedicure, I added on a manicure. Hands and feet felt as good as they looked.
At first glance its a beautiful place. The customer service was nice. But I was dissapointed with actual outcome. I got a manicure and pedicure .I was cut during the pedicure.,, (my big toe). But I know sometimes that happens. But I didnt expect the pedicure to be so painful. At first the bleeding stopped. But then once I started walking home it started bleeding again and became very painful. And manicure after only one hour, looks bad. The nail polish looks bad, and it keeps peeling. And the peeling polish I now see the manicure, nails uneven, it doesnt look nice. I dont usually get manicures, but Im very disappointed. As far as my toe goes Ill just keep putting on antiseptic and hopefully the pain will get better. Just moved here, I dont think Ill go back to this nail salon. I gave it 2 stars because the staff were nice.
I moved from Cincinnati, Ohio and I experienced 3 nail salons and none of them came close to excellent and professional service I received from Signature Nail and Day Spa. My acrylic was terrible and lifting until I started to attending this salon. I love the service and the employees simply EXCELLENT!!’ ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤
Worst manicure I have ever had. They made up prices on me. I would absolutely NEVER come here again. The manager doesn’t care about customers either.
They used to give you great service. But now, I don’t know what they are putting in their nail polish/products. Hours after leaving the salon, my nail polish STILL SMUDGES. I’ve had to go back on several different occasions to get my nails fixed. On one occasion I got SNS. Days later, a few of my nails popped off. I went to get it fixed. A few days later more nails popped off. I ended up going somewhere else and they lasted weeks (like they’re supposed to). The quality of their products has decreased. I’m disappointed. I’ve been a customer for years, but now, it’s time for me to find somewhere else.
My fav nail spa! Always nice and professional services. And rarely do I have to wait to be served. Its clean, well dressed, and I feel like I get my moneys worth :)
I came here as a walk- in, visiting from out of town. Im so glad that I came! The environment is bright and clean. The pedicure and manicure that I received was perfect!
I think it is highly inappropriate for them to be telling their African American customers what colors do not look good with their skin tone. I experienced this and also witnessed another lady being told this. I am paying (and tipping) you to provide me with a service not your opinion.
I went to Signature Day Spa on Thursday after work for a SNS manicure. The nail technician I had was nice and showed me pictures of all of the beautiful work she had previously done so I was at ease. Unfortunately, my SNS didn’t even last a week. I regularly go to a different salon so I knew how long to expect it to last. I am very disappointed that the SNS was so thin that it cracked and broke my real nail on top of my cuticles looking like I cut them myself.
I was over charged like hell, my nails look horrible and my fingers are all cut up. Not worth it
Horrible service. I got a regular mani w/SNS. 1st the tech Ken was rude & had an attitude bc it seemed like I walked in & interrupted his lunch or something. Secondly he rushed my mani. He did a complete mani in 20 min. I’ve never had a mani where they didn’t soak your nails to clean them. I paid $45 when you can get a reg mani/pedi combo for $35. I had to return the next day bc the top coat had started peeling on Allllllll of my nails. The manager had the same guy redo my topcoat. I left for vacay and now it’s a week later and all my nails but 2 came off. I called the shop and told Selena what happened and she first said well SNS only lasts 2weeks. Uhmmm the nails didn’t even have a chance to grow out. They lifted and popped off!! She said well let me call the other manager and he told her that the best he could do was give me a $15 discount. So $75 in 2 weeks for a mani. I told her Nevermind and that I would never spend another dime. Their customer service is horrible but what do you expect in that industry where all they see is rotating chairs. I would give a ZERO but it won’t allow me. I think I’ll start doing my own nails from now on!.....UPDATE... This is for the rude manager that lacks customer service. Never start a sentence by saying “first of all” to a paying customer. It’s rude and shows your attitude. If your going to respond make sure you state facts. My nails were on for 1 day and they started peeling. I came back and Ken just polished back over them. I left the next day for a weekend vacation. The SNS had started coming off 3 days later while I was on vacation. I only had nails on the pinkie fingers. It was 6 days NOT 2 weeks. The only reason I didn’t come back in sooner was bc I was out of town. My Nails hadn’t even started to grow out yet before they cracked and lifted right off. All of them. So no it wasn’t 2 nails that came off. I only had 2 nails that stayed on. Ken was recommended to me and did a poor job period. He had an attitude and he rushed my nails. They were thin and they all broke and came off. You offered $15 off a new manicure when the manicure I had was still new. I was not about to spend $70 in 6 days for a manicure. That’s ridiculous and I wasn’t about to waste anymore money with you. Your service sucks and your customer service does too.
First time tjetr and it something to enjoy. Services come with a back massage. Price was good.
Amazing
Some of the staff are really rude. I went there and they totally messed up my nails. The nail tech who did my nails was very rude, she also cut 2 of my fingers and I was bleeding. When she was done after I endured so much pain, my nails looked terrible. The polish was clumpy and it was not buffed right at all. I was so upset but had to leave to go to an event! The next day I called and spoke to the manager about my experience and I asked if I can get my nails redone bcuz of the bad service and she said yes. When I got there, they would not redo my entire set, they only re- buffed my nails and put on clear polish over it. They told me if I wanted it done completely over then they would have to charge me! Can you believe that! After they ruined my nails. Service is bad and some of the people who work there are very rude. This place is so overpriced and you do NOT get what you pay for in this buckhead nail studio. BEWARE and DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Horrible service! My nails started lifting the next day! I went back and he charged me to fix them. Terrible customer service
Went here yesterday for a manicure/pedicure. The Salon itself is nice and clean but the staff were not very friendly. When I went to take off my bracelet when they were putting lotion on my hands the lady quickly told me it was too late and they did not even let me wash my hands after using the nail polish remover and cotton before beginning my gel manicure. I asked about be cotton pieces that were stuck in the nail polish and she told me she would deal with it. They also filed down too far on my nails and I currently have an area of inflammation on the side of my nail that is painful. No one seemed to smile or even attempt to talk to you and the manicure itself was quickly done and not very meticulous. With so many salons in the area I wont be going back.
I wish I could give this place 0 stars!!! Some of the staff are really rude. I went there and they totally messed up my nails. The nail tech who did my nails was very rude, she also cut 2 of my fingers and I was bleeding. When she was done after I endured so much pain, my nails looked terrible. I have been getting SNS in my nails for years and I have never seen something so awful!!! The polish was clumpy and it was not buffed right at all. There were dents and bubble on my nail polish, the texture was uneven, and it was so think and looked like clay was on my fingers!!!! Unacceptable!!!! I showed my friends and they thought it was a sick joke! My new favorite nail salon. Linda always does a wonderful job on my nails and Boa is the best on the pedicure.
Very good. They take their time. Good customer service
Reasonable pricing, beautiful inside, nice staff.
These people butchered my freaking eyebrows. The customer service is decidedly subpar. There are at least six people sitting around doing nothing but the man who did my eyebrows for some reason had to stop several times during which shouldve been a brief appointment to discuss something with someone else. He was so busy, why didnt one of the many other people do my eyebrows. I feel like anyone couldve done a better job
I have never been to a nail place where you get a pedicure and nails done at the same time ! The point of a pedicure to me is to be able to relax and you cannot do that while your nails are being done at the same time . I got the S and S nails for the first time and they are horrible!!! At least 5 of my nails are lumpy!!! I was just in Atlanta for the weekend so obviously will not be returning to this nail salon!!!!!
I love going to this place, such a relaxing place. Not to mention the complimentary wine. Ask for Tamera shes the best 😙
The decor was great... The service was too .. Im planning on going back to try other services.
This is by far the BEST place to get a mani/pedi reflexology & more! Been having my nails done here for 18 years! Cant best the prices & qualitu if workmanship is TERRIFIC! Ask for Tyler or Kevin.
Always quick and the customer service is great. Sometimes there are celeb clients here. They keep it clean and nicely decorated.
I have been going here for 4 years straight. Helen, Be and Jay are hands down the best in town, they always do a great job, prices are buckhead average, and they also offer red and white wine while you enjoy your services.
My favorite nail spot. They always have walk in availability and everyone is very friendly. Get the sugar scrub pedicure it includes a 10-15 min shoulder/ head massage for only $35.
Not they didnt do a good job, but do to miscommunication on their part, I didnt receive what I asked for. I literally had to go buy polish to do my own nails.
Not fancy but best pedicure ever (Nancy)! If I ever come back to Atlanta I will come back!
First time I came they were okay. I came back because I never have to wait. I came back two more times. One of those times being nipped badly and the last time the man doing my toes could not polish. And the final reason I will not be coming back is because I keep getting charged a higher price every time. I come in for a fill and got charged way more then I did for the full set! B**ch please that old lady lying and got me fd up. Not returning to misses nips a lot 👎🏾✌🏾
Im here every 2 weeks for gel mani and spa pedi - great service and WONDERFUL neck/back messages included with service (i think w/ manis). Thank you Anna and Mary for taking good care of me!
MY NAILS ARE UNEVEN AND UGLY . i hate it here
Great deals
Great service, and good work
For a regular mani pedi Id find somewhere else. They use so much acetone my skin was hurting afterwards. Also they must mix their polishes with something because it took over an hour to dry properly.
Louis is the best, i love it.
I love this place! They always get me right! Thanks @Louis @Amy!!!
I have been to numerous nail salons in Atlanta and this is by far the best. I love this place!
Great staff, reasonable prices, great ducked off location, ambiance is incredible(had a hard time staying awake lol)and the work is flawless.
The most painful manicure Ive ever had in life. The technician kept biting my fingers with the electric file. I felt like I was being tortured and had to just stop it. Ill try them once again and ask for someone else, but the little young guy in there has got to get some training.
Nails were lovely
Lovely environment, but they charged me more every time I go for the same thing ! First its 35 then 40, and now 50 for the same exact shape and gel polish, I always do a natural look with clear gel polish on top ! I even went with a co worker and we almost got the same exact service, except she added a little more details to hers and I still was charged 10 dollars more, which was 82!
Nail techs need more training
One of the best place in the area.
I was going there at least every two weeks... Love the atmosphere!!!
