This is a very elegant nail salon. The ambience is amazing! The staff had great customer service. They were very nice and detail-oriented. This is my 1st visit here and I will definitely be coming back. I love my nails! 😍🥰I would highly recommend to get your nails done here

Lumpy, bumpy, unblended, and crooked. I’ve been getting acrylics for almost 10 years. I never leave reviews, let alone poor reviews for businesses, though the quality of service was so poor for the price (this was $60 for a new set), it was worth noting how bad this was. Thought I’d stop by while visiting in the area, ambiance is beautiful but it’s not reflected in the service. I even mentioned to the guy doing my nails my concerns (didn’t add gold foil as I asked in the beginning, and were crooked) and he stated it was too late to fix it once the gel was on. Lazy and rushed. I didn’t make a scene, simply won’t be coming back again. Come at your own discretion.

First, this is a COVID-friendly environment. They follow protocols to ensure their staff and clients are safe. Second, Amy did a fantastic job with my full set and eyebrow wax. She was professional and efficient.

Very glam space and COVID safe. The seats were alternated when I was there. They asked us to wash our hands once we checked in, and masks were required.They were very adamant about making an appt - three different people asked if I had an appt so communication within the team isn’t there I guess.For another customer near me, they asked her what services she wanted multiple times - I lost count. I could tell she was feeling frustrated.My pedicure experience was good, but she only put one coat on the rest of my toes. My big toe looks so solid. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until I left.This picture is two weeks after my pedi so they upheld very well, but you can see the difference in paint. I’m sure they would have fixed it had I asked.

Review update I thought I love this place but I was sadly mistaken based off of the nail progress it’s only been a week I got gel on my fingers and after three days it already chipped it’s barely been a week and the nail polish on my toes is already completely gone I do a better job a more long lasting job myself at home the whole situation was very rushed What I realized is very poor craftsmanship and attention to detail I wouldn’t recommend going here it looks pretty on the outside but that’s it

Amy always hooks up my nails. I don’t even pick out a style or color anymore cause she takes great care of me. All the employees are consistently nice and friendly. The place is clean too. I always spend my pedicure with Taylor talking and laughing the entire time. Awesome salon! I see why they’re always so busy.

Aqua nails is the best nail salon in all of GA!! I’ve been a client since May 2019 and I will never go anywhere else. The environment is clean and professional. The staff is friendly and talented. My nails have gotten stronger and longer!! I go to Amy, the owner, every two weeks. I go frequently because my nails grow so quickly now! She is kind, funny, and does amazing work.

Had the Best experience today, this place is great! Walked into a clean, warm environment with people talking and laughing, which is a great start. They sat me down right away in a great pedi chair with warm water. They took their time, my nails feel and look great and I was completely relaxed. I’ve tried other salons in the area and this is definitely my spot, I won’t be going anywhere else!! Super nice staff (and patrons)

I have been a customer since November 2021. I came here only expecting to get my nails done once, but Amy did such an amazing job that I had to come back! Each time I send her a picture of the nail designs that I want and she executes them perfectly! She is also very friendly and always makes me feel welcomed!

Nathan did an awesome job with my nails! $50 for an acrylic fill-in with gel polish and design is a good deal for the quality I got. My cuticles were a little flooded but overall a good experience. Beautiful space, too.

I have gone to multiple nail salons and more often than not, I come out disappointed with the quality. HOWEVER, aqua nails has really outdone themselves and I would absolutely return and recommend them to everyone else. My nail technician, Amy, was amazing with my manicure. She helped me decide what would work best for what I had in mind without being pushy. Very respectful, professional and let’s not forget, VERY TALENTED.My nail technician that did my pedicure, Wynn, was also GREAT. He was very friendly and was very detailed with my French tip pedicure. I am extremely satisfied with the service and friendliness of all the staff. I will definitely be coming back!

I visited here for the first time and I had a last minute walk in because of my busy schedule. They did their best to fit me in right away even though they run on appointments. Amy was just lovely, she did exactly what I asked on my nails, was funny and nice. Also it’s very pretty in there, good vibe. I will definitely be visiting again. With an appointment next time haha.

I got my nails done at the salon on or the day before Valentine’s Day today is currently February 16 I have already lost a nail in my middle nail is correct in the middle. I returned to the nail shop to explain to her the issues I am having with my nails, instantly the owner starts to explain to me how it’s not the problem of the person who did my nails which her name is Vivian it is because I received a Filion and they only fill in the bottom and not the top part of my nail! I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years so I’m a little bit familiar with how fill ins work mind you I never walked in saying that it was anyone’s fault. I instantly stated that I had two broken nails and I just got my nails done 2 to 3 days ago which the owner agreed because she remember seeing me. I don’t understand what is the issue with this Particular shop not being able to take criticism I have been coming to them for three months and this is the second time I’ve had an issue with my nail and every time I come back it is problematic. I have been to the shop three months consistently and never had to make an appointment now all of a sudden that I need a repair I must come back in an hour because they’re only going off of appointments as if Valentine’s Day was my first time coming. The service at the shop will fool you both a product is not worth the money, when I am spending my money and I don’t have a complete initially everything goes fine if I have to come back to address any concerns it is always an issue. Please BEWARE I will not return

The nail salon is beautiful BUT they are very slow when it comes to service I was there on a Thursday (not busy) from 5-7pm. I got a mani/pedi and it was $70 for just gel nails and regular toe nails. My NAILS ARE CHIPPING ALREADY. I think it’s over priced, too slow but the girls were really friendly and nice conversation! Great diversity.

The three pros:CleanManicure was greatBrows done the way I wantedConsPedicure was not good. Many mistakes. I got the deluxe with gel manicure. Calluses were not buffed right, mistake on big toe was not corrected, massage was weak.Price was 107.... overpriced compare to other places the manicure was 35 which is fine bc it was gel. so the assumption is the pedi was 65???? A bit overpriced to me for the experience given.No plastics in bowl. Although they do clean after each appt and wipe the chairs down I think it’s still a bit unsanitary to have people feet in a bowl with no plastic....Don’t get me wrong the staff was nice and I even tipped them even though only the manicurist did a good job. He was the cute guy with the hair swoop. I would get my nails done by him again bc he was gentle and took his time. The pedicure I had felt weak like... no muscle in the massage and barely getting rid of the feet bleh. I might give it another try but......we will see.

The staff is friendly and the ambiance was great. The young lady that did my pedicure did a great job. However, I was not pleased with my manicurist. She rushed through the process and the end result was disappointing.

I got Gel nails done on Wednesday and they started to peel the same day I told the manager and instead of fixing it she asked me to come back another day which was so inconvenient. I tried to get them fixed today 2 days later and she asked me to come back in 4 hours later. (Just for a polish change ?) I told her I can not come back four hours later that I had something to do at this point just give me my money back and I will go somewhere else!!! She wouldn’t even do that! Don’t come to this salon they don’t care about the customers they just want your money!

I love it here! Been coming for almost a year. The atmosphere is very nice and it’s always clean. I see Amy for SNS and Wynn for pedicure. I always do the upgraded pedicure service and I highly recommend! Some tips I have for newcomers to make sure you have a good experience:1. Always book an appointment! Text the salon and make an appointment. They are always busy and frequently turn away walk ins because this business is set up as appointment only!2. Join the loyalty program immediately. It’s sooo good! I get discounts like every 2 visits3. Every technician isn’t the same. If you don’t love a tech, let Amy know. Come back and try someone different. Once you find your person/people, stick with them!

I came here a month ago. The place is very clean and modern. They make you wash your hands before receiving any service, which is great.My technician was very friendly, personable and had exceptional customer service...however the quality of the sns is poor. I was very disappointed that within days, my nails started cracking and chipping. The pictures attached were taken within 7 days. Im disappointed as I really liked the facility, technician and the location. I may come to try the place again, but it looks like Ill have to drive back out to Gwinnett to get my nails done.

I have super dry hands and cuticles, but Amy knows exactly how to give me the BEST manicures. The staff is friendly and the place is very calming but I got a fill in here, and I thought it would last long. But the next week one of the acrylics came all the way off. That has never happened at any other salon before. Idk what type of materials these people use but obviously they don’t last long. I had to get it fixed and I didn’t come back here, I didn’t feel like dealing with them.I will not be returning. Don’t waste your time :)

I am a long time customer at Aqua, and I have never been disappointed by their services. They do a great job with pedicures and manicures, and have always been able to do everything I ask. They have amazing service with amazing employees who make the experience even better. Their friendly staff make good conversation and they all do amazing work. As of right now, they are requiring face masks and enforcing social distancing and hand washing when you enter the spa, which has always me to feel comfortable & safe in their environment. I would definitely recommend Aqua Nail. They’re the best!

I’ve lived in Atlanta for over three years and this is the only nail shop that I keep coming back to. I’ve tried different places since I’ve moved around and I rather spend the extra time to travel for a good quality full set. All of the employees in the shop are super friendly and personable and Amy is probably the sweetest person I’ve met. The shop is super clean and sleek. I highly recommend Aqua Nails!

I came in a few days ago after a long day at work. I was very upset with a lady trying to force someone to get more services that they don’t want at that time. I took my girlfriend here for a valentines day pedicure and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. Our attendants were the perfect mix of friendly and precise with their work. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and meticulous cleaning of the instruments before and after use. I was a bit nervous about the cheese-grater looking callous remover (first timer here) and the attendant made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. My feet have never felt better. Will absolutely return. By myself. Lol.

Aqua Nails is by far the best nail salon Ive been to yet in the ATL area! Great friendly staff, clean amenities, Zen atmosphere, and late hours! I have had pedicures and gel manicures at Aqua and both have been awesome! The most recent time that I went in for a 7pm appointment (they closed at 7:30) and it went over that time. However, they didnt rush through it at all and were happy to put customer service first. I also feel like the staff and owner are very personal with their customers, and like to form relationships with you which is comforting. 10/10 recommend!

This is the best nail salon Ive been to in a very long time. The atmosphere and service was amazing! My nail tech Amy worked her magic on my nails which was a disaster from a previous salon who put acrylic on my natural long nails when I asked for SNS. She was able to save my natural nails without having to use tips and give me exactly what I originally wanted. They now have a forever client!

The tech was friendly, but my toes do not look like they were professionally done. He then tried to overcharge me. When I asked him to break down the price, he backtracked and charged me the correct price.

I live about an hour away from Aqua Nail & Beauty and I don’t mind driving the distance because they are so friendly,, clean business, calm atmosphere, and great nail service. This is the only place I go to, I’ve tried many other nail salons in GA and I will always recommend this place to everyone! Trust me - this is the place you for self-care!

I tried Aqua for the first time. I was impressed with the openness, cleanliness, and decor of the salon. Their COVID precautions made me feel very comfortable. My pedi was great & relaxing. However I am disappointed my gel manicure chipped in less than a day. I’m used to gel lasting 2-3 weeks until it grows out. I really appreciated the service during my appointment, but I am disappointed in the gel quality.

With an open ear she listened to my observations and issues with my last visit; then brought me in to fix my not so good nail job. Anita, out sick- I understand that; I made my appointment two days ahead of time. The owner (who the staff said) did not add my details to my appointment- completely dropping the ball; making me feel like I was not a priority. Pedicures should be a calm and soothing experience but this felt more like a rushed experience.😟 Another first timer ahead of me received some sort of discount also and I did not. I got an SNS and gel pedicure. I would say it was mediocre at best. I thought the SNS was a little pricy, but the environment was nice. I might give them one more try. Today was my first time visiting Aqua nails. I had an amazing relaxing visit. Amy did my sns manicure, and Christy did my pedicure. They were so nice, the environment is so relaxing, and I had the best experience. I recommend Amy, and she is now my new nail tech.

This is my first visit and I absolutely love the environment and the staff. The prices are very reasonable. I tried SNS for the first time and I love it. This nail shop is highly recommended. Ask for Kelly she did an amazing job she listened to all of my concerns. And also gave me great advice on how to keep my nails healthy.

Absolutely the BEST nail salon in Atlanta thus far! I scheduled a 1PM with Amy and Wynn, unfortunately I ran late but they were so forgiving and accommodating. Wynn was spectacular for my pedicure and had great conversation! I got the jelly service and it was worth every penny! Amy was also amazing! She was funny but very precise in her work! Amy worked incredibly fast but in such a neat manner while making my nails look breathtaking. This was my first time coming but I will definitely be back! Thank you guys!

I love this salon! Ive been going here for about a year now, as its right around the corner from my apartment complex, and I cant say enough good things about the place. Its impeccable; they keep it very, very clean in here. The staff is friendly. I adore Miss Amy (and I do recommend her for any of your acrylic nail needs). I always struggled with finding a salon that knew what I wanted, shape and length-wise. But Ive never had that problem here, and I cant imagine going anywhere else. A steal for the price!

This was my third time giving this salon a try because it is so close to my house but once again, an utter disappointment. Same problem each time. They make you wait a long time which is not the problem but they lie to you about the wait time. They should be honest and say “ it will be 45 min before we can get to you “ and I can plan accordingly. But the blatant lie is the problem which this salon has done more than once. Plus be aware they charge $10 for Sns removable which most other salons don’t charge. Just go to Lush nails 5 min down the road. Completely better experience.

The worst experience I ever had not only that they left me with the acetone on my fingers for a really long time until my skin became White and started to peel when she did a manicure and the SNS she cut my fingers so badly that I was bleeding from every single finger and after all of that I tried to talk to them I tried to get a refund but suddenly they have a policy for no refunds they didnt try to do anything to make my experience better nothing and one of the nails of course after 2 days got out just slide out from my finger do yourself a favor dont step a foot in this place they dont worth it they are very expensive and theyre not professional at all

Manicure only lasted a week and 1 day before nails broke and I don’t do hard laboring and I generally get my nails done every 2 weeks. Very disappointing.

Ms Amy, the owner, was very welcoming when I visited the shop. It is as nice as the photos that you see, and I greatly respected the fact that I had to wash my hands ahead of my service. I got the baby coffin shape and it came out absolutely perfect. She even educated me on marketing tips for my own business! So upset with the unprofessionalism. I made an appointment at 6pm and was on time. I was told to wash my hands and wait. I noticed they were busy another women comes in 5 minutes after and says she has an appointment at 6 as well they took her right to the chair and looked at me and says the other person is ready. I waited 40MINUTES and still no one started on my hands. This is not ok and they knew it was not ok because 20 minutes in I said I wanted to cancel my appointment and she said please wait I will give you a discount.

Nice environment. Nice nail techs. However, literally got my shellac done a week ago and ALL my nails are peeling off already. Now that I think back, the nail tech was extremely quick but based on reviews, I took it as being proficient. Nah, worst set of shellac I’ve ever had. They also don’t have plastic for the pedicure bowls. Thought that was universal in 2020!

I give Aqua Nails a 5 star. I had a jelly pedicure with Whynn. He was amazing. Very friendly, very clean, professional. When I came in I told him that it was my birthday and he made it his personal mission to make me feel like a queen the entire time that I was there. Not to mention that he paid so much attention to detail my feet felt and looked amazing. Well worth the money . I will be back !

Amazing first experience! My fiancé and I randomly decided to get pedicures, and definitely appreciated the level of professionalism we received at Aqua Nail & Beauty. The salon was very clean and offered a calming atmosphere. Wynn gave us great conversation and did an awesome job! Ask for him!
