Clean and friendly place to get your nails done. I watched several staff members cleaning their stations after someone left. Some of the technicians are quieter than others, but the service has been great each time Ive went. Prices are fair - about $30 for a pedicure or manicure. Id recommend this location.

Broke a nail and couldnt get to my regular place with the gas shortage, but Im so glad I found Polished! The shape came out perfectly and my tech was so friendly. Great prices too, Ill definitely be back!

I visited here one month ago for S & S and a pedi and my nails held up and are still looking great! They have grown out, so I came in today and had them done again. They look beautiful! Very pleased with the quality and service.

Liz did an amazing job on my SNS. Im about to go back because it grew out not for any breaks or damages. They are reasonably priced and I love the artwork. A TV would be nice when I cant access my phone. The staff is pleasant and very professional.

I came in to this nail salon to get the gel polish off of my toe instead I was told by the nail tech to soak it off myself…. Mind you this is a nail salon who takes off polish. I didn’t have a lot of polish to remove to begin with but I was willing to pay whatever charge. She told the other nail tech behind her and they both laughed at me. I felt so uncomfortable at that point.You Never will receive my business.

I have tried most of the nail salons in Brookhaven and Polished does the best job at a great price. The technicians are all super friendly and really take the time to do things right. They are all wonderful and it’s hard to pick a favorite.

Consistent great service

Five Stars all the way! The staff is amazing, they talk to you and interact in English. Which is a first for me. Im use to going to nail salons with Asian employees that only speak in their native languages (pretending they only know minimal English). But at Polished everyone is engaging with their clients. Its literally like visiting with a friend. All you see is smiling faces, chatter and laughing. Im always offered a beverage and the establishment is clean and refreshing. I have nothing bad to say about Polished. Keep up the superb service and Ill keep coming back! I LOVE you guys!

The only place I go in Brookhaven!

This is my favorite salon in Brookhaven! Ive gone too several different places in the area and this is the best! Ive never had a bad experience with any of the artists and they actually take their time in filing and shaping!

Ruby is fantastic! Not only does she get my nail shape perfect every time, but she just did a beautiful job on my daughters design

My 1st time going there they did a wonderful job & I got my eyebrows waxed. Im very particular about them and they did a fabulous job. Even though my eyebrows are hard to do!!

I tried a different nail salon recently (I was cheating on them) but I came back because the other salon didnt even compare.

Ivy and Mandy were wonderful today. My mani looks amazing! My pedi felt & looks amazing (get “the works”!) and I’m so happy. They’re also super clean & I felt safe during my visit.

Absolutley LOVE Polished Nails! Every time I go, I get amazing service and my fingers and toes look great! I have been to other salons to try them out, and nothing compares to Polished! I always find myself going back so they can fix the mistakes from the other salons. If I could give the staff and salon 10 stars I would. Highly, highly, highly recommend!!!!

When I moved to Atlanta I was desperately trying to find a good nail salon. Randomly came across this place and two years later it’s still my go to spot. Staff is super friendly and they always do such a good job. I can honestly say, I’ve never left unhappy. :)

I love Polished Nail Salon! I have been going there for over 5 years now and the service is amazing! Chris the owner is very personable remembers his clients name and provides great customer service! Love this place! Every time I go the service is excellent. We went most recently as a bridal party and had the best time. All of our nails looked amazing. Highly recommend.

I went to this salon based on great reviews. However, my experience has a bad outcome. My nails looked fine but I went out of town the next day and my big toe started to hurt and was oozing. I now have an infection in that toe and had to go to a walk-in clinic where I was prescribed 10 days of antibiotics. Will not return to Polished Nail Spa. 😢

I think they are nice and friendly. I like the looks of the salon it looks real fancy. The pedicure was great! I was a little skeptical paying 65$ for a full nee ombre set and 38 for my toes because it never costs that much for me at my regular salon. Also I got my full set done last Sunday and this Saturday my nail broke in half. I Would recommend but I am weary about my nails lasting.

I have been coming here since they opened YEARS ago! In a couple of pinches ive had to go to other places and i have to say NO ONE is as fast, efficient and affordable as these guys! I don’t use anyone specific but everyone does a great job that i have had, especially the ones that have been there awhile!They always feel the vibes of the business they receive and renovate accordingly to keep the place fresh. Great job Polished!

Ive been going here since I moved to Atlanta 7 years ago. I dont understand these bad reviews. My technician Leslie has been fabulous every time and if shes busy Ive had other ladies help me and they were equally good. My gel manicures last 3 weeks every time. I love this place!

Great shop! I always receive friendly, superior service without having to stay there all day.🤗I also like that they have a wide variety of colors and the shop is always clean and well ventilated. My favorite technician is Hannah but I am never disappointed when someone else does my nails. I highly recommend them.

This is the only salon I will trust in Atlanta - during the busy holiday time period I made the mistake of going somewhere else closer to home - never again. My gel manicures last 3 weeks and the technicians always do a thorough job, no matter how busy they are. I arrive prepared to wait (though I dont always have to) - but its worth it. The reason they are busy is because they are that popular! The owner is always there, and I always see the same smiling faces - theres no staff turnover. All HUGE indicators of a wonderful place to receive superb pampering and beautiful nails. Many thanks to Chris and his crew!!

Great experience! Wonderful relaxing atmosphere! I was 10 minutes early for my appointment, however I had to wait 10 minutes after my appointment time. But the manager was very polite and came up to me and let me know that someone would be with me shortly because they were short-handed due to an employee family emergency and another employee with a sick child, which is completely understandable. I appreciate that he was respectful of my time and took the time out to let me know someone would be right with me. I had a bad experience at a different Salon when I waited over 2 hours and kept getting skipped and ignored after waiting for a pedicure. This was a completely different experience. The staff acknowledges you when you get there and they let you know that someone will be right with you. The manicurist did an excellent job and afterwards the manager apologized for my wait, asked if I was pleased and satisfied with my services, and also thanked me for my patience and patronage . I will definitely be returning!

I had enjoyable experiences going to this salon until recently. While getting a SNS manicure, the technician filed the skin below my actual nail leaving me with a painful cut. She also cut my cuticles several times while using the electric nail file. I dont think people should be working here who dont know how to use the tools. I came in for a relaxing manicure and it was the opposite of that. I will not be going back.

The Service was pleasant though it did take a long time for me to get my nails done and the lady who did my nails seemed to be rushing BUT they came out really nice and since we waited a while she lowerd the price of my French Manicure! That’s why I rated this place five star!

Definitely I would give this place a zero star. I keep giving them a chance, but it doesn’t change. They are quick to take your money. I walked in and it wasn’t busy. I set at the chair for 30 minutes and they didn’t bother to communicate to tell me sorry for the wait time. So I left ! I will be telling my neighbors and friends not to go there. Please don’t support this business. It’s very unprofessional

Favorite local nail spot for Brookhaven. Pretty, efficient and easy (usually) walk in. Except weekends and early evenings.

Great quality but I ALWAYS have to wait at least 30 minutes before someone helps me even if I have an appointment. So sad, but definitely going elsewhere.

My nails are crooked. Also, I had to leave money on the counter because my nail tech was nowhere to be found and then she chased me out to my car after I walked out from standing at the register with no one acknowledging me for several minutes and told me I should have waited for her to come back. Definitely wont be back after that experience. Not to mention their prices are higher than other places in the area. I also saw her mix used implements with unused implements. So their sanitary practices seem to be lacking as well.

This is the Best Salone my granddaughter and I fell in Love the first time we went. We are there every two weeks.this is our second year. The Staff and Service is Awesome they treat you like family. If you haven’t tried it Please do it will be worth your time.

I have been seeing the owner, Chris since 2005. He cleaned up a huge mess I had from another salon and Ive been seeing him ever since. They are always helpful, courteous, and professional. If a nail has chipped, hes always fixed it for free at my convenience. I always get compliments on my nails. Nothing but top notch service!

While cutting cuticles, cut into the quick several times, drawing blood. Manicurist never even said hello or gave even the slightest smile. Definitely wont be going back

I would give 0 stars if I could. The nail tech who did my fill in rushed on my nails and did a very poor job. I left the salon and noticed bubbles on my nails, so I went back. She blamed the top coat and tried to fix it, but I was already upset because my nails were a complete mess, they were extremely thick and the shape was horrible. When I told her my nails were took thick, or the shape was off, she simply replied by saying No its not.....as if im not the one paying for the service. I would never come back ever again. Just horrible.

Would give zero stars if i could - the few times i have been there pedicures have been carefully done-- manicures not at all as other reviewers have said, very quick, very sloppy. The last two times now ( i forgave the first time thinking it was a fluke) i have had horrible service... even after making an appt, i still walked in and waited and nobody acknowledged me - and when they did they just said oh you have an appt sit down and wait and it was again 15 minutes... we get your busy, but figure out your volume and especially take care of folks that respect your schedule enough to make an appt.

I probably will never come back. I came in and the lady that did my toes was good, she took her time and job came out nicely. However the woman that did my nails, rushed the entire thing and even after I said something about cleaning my cuticle it was still poorly done. My nails were done in maybe 5 min tops and she said that the salon has people pay before they paint nails. I watched as she asked no one else to do this and put me on spot for tip BEFORE any service was done. First of all, I am an adult not 5, I can understand if this is a business policy but to not practice this with every customer is just plain rude and discriminatory. The other thing that really irritated me was at the end when EVERY other person was allowed to sit in their chairs while their nails dried, she then grabbed my stuff and asked me to sit over by the wall while my nails could dry. When asked if I could just stay there, she made it seem like it was a huge inconvenience. Overall I guess if you find someone you like there then this might be for you but thats what i get for being a walk in to somewhere new.

This is the worst nail salon Ive ever been to to get a fill in/full set. I went there in December and am now still dealing with the worst new set Ive ever gotten. They do NOT know how to shape nails, they will overcharge you and the workers there are rude. Do not go here.

Horrible customer service. You have to wait so long before you’re seen even though I called in before I came. The manager told me I’d be done by 10:30, but I didn’t leave until 11:30 and I was late for my appointment:(
