The worst experience i’ve had in a nail salon yet. I waited over an hour and a half while both of my friends got their nails done before me. Nobody even said anything to me until i complained after an hour. Not only the wait, but she was extremely rough (she made me bleed), the nails turned out like hot garbage. Nothing like the design, poorly and lazily done. Will not go back

I have been a faithful customer of this salon since 2018 & have not looked back. These ladies are great at what they do & super friendly. Rarely is the wait long, but when there is a wait, its worth it. Kelly is amazing, I can show her a picture of what I like from Pinterest & she will recreate, no searching for a number

I have been going here for several months now. Every time I go I see kelly she’s soooo good ! I have never broken a nail or had one lift and I use my hands daily. My experience has been great every single time and I love the girls that do pedicures ! If your in the area I definitely recommend even if ur far it’s worth the drive !

I was charged 42 for a gel pedicure wth the told me I couldnt get design on my nails ok cool Ill go somewhere else... then she asked me if I been there before I said no my first time then suggested me to go to one of the ladies for the design I wanted I will never ever return

I believe the lady’s name was moine when I asked her. I came in on Valentine’s Day and she took care of my pedicure and eyebrows . Very very satisfied and happy to say the least . She communicated me on what was best and try to accommodate my wants as well. Also, there is a lot of barriers set up to protect against Covid and no entry unless you have a mask on so I felt fine.

I came to this establishment after a different shop messed my nails up. The service is exceptional! The customer service is TOP TIER. 2/3 Times I’ve had Kelly. She’s amazing. My nails are always perfect, she perfects the shape. The environment is so welcoming. I did come in towards the closing of the shop today but my quality did not suffer nor did the customer service. If you’re thinking about coming here, don’t just come. Prices are great and they have a large selection to choose from for colors.I get acrylic nails. The one time I got someone besides Kelly my quality was still great. My nails were messed up from ME accidentally somehow messing them up in the UV light thing but they didn’t make it a big deal and noticed it right away and fixed it. ( even though I didn’t even notice.) I had conversation even talked to a few ladies in the shop while getting my nails done. I made the decision to only get my nails done here as long as I live in state! Give it try I’m sure you worn regret it. I didn’t ;)

So I went to the salon usually I get my toes done here, which they do great pedicures so since my main nail shop is closed I decided to get my nails done with them. Very clean place so pretty inside ..... but they over charge. I showed the lady what exactly what I wanted we discussed it before I got them done, me thinking I’m getting powder and short nails I’m thinking I would be paying between $30-$50 on my full set. WRONG! After getting my nails done the lady tells me my nails are $75 for short powder nails that don’t even look like what I showed her!!!! I didn’t make a big fuss I just paid but please ask and be aware of them understanding what you want and what it will cost!

They always go above and beyond here to ensure that I leave with exactly what I want :) plus, the new renovations are excellent!

This is the best place to get a haircut. Cannot comparable it with the previous place that I have visited. The staff is so nice and doesnt waste time on their clients. They are very knowledgeable, highly experienced and fairly priced. I strongly recommend this place and will be back again.

I’ve been to many, many a nail salon over the years and Lena at Nail Fame is by far the best nail technician professional I have ever encountered in every way. Whether it be nails or pedicure. She is simply the best I’ve ever seen. Everyone in the salon is so friendly and professional. You will not be disappointed!

I always love coming to Nail Fame! There is always calming music playing, and the shop has a clean, luxury aesthetic. Sometimes I am lucky to have a shoulder massage included in my services! Kelly, the owner, is so nice and always has a smile for visitors. They really do try to see walk-ins as quick as possible, but you will probably be seen faster if you are getting a pedicure vs. other services.

4th time already coming to this place this is the spot to come to I love it 🥰

So far every-time I come to this nail salon my nails are left looking flawless!! They are fast and I usually come on my lunch break! They get me in and out in record time and I feel like a brand new woman (:

I gave three stars because the end result of my full set was decent and for the cleanliness/atmosphere. But on my first and last visit a few days ago, the nail tech ripped my natural nail down to the nail bed attempting to remove my previous set, leaving me in pain. After immediately letting her know, she nonchalantly brushed me off and continued her conversation. The only reason I didn’t leave right away because she’d already ruined my natural nails and there was no time to make it to another salon that same evening.

Kelly and Moon are the absolute best!! Their service is always top of the line, they give you what you ask for, their first priority is always the customer, and I love the ambiance of the shop. Thanks ladies for such excellent service!

My wife was not happy with her nails. She actually cried because it was truly money wasted and it was a birthday gift from me.We moved to Decatur and actually used to live across the street from them and she would be in there once a month. We came back because we were in the area. We thought Kelly would remember us but she didnt.(no big deal) Noticed they renovated(beautifully), but a pedicure used to be $18. Now it is $32!! She still stayed because she was already in the chair. The work is really SLOPPY now! The technician messed up a nail and just painted over the bulge it made!! We will NEVER EVER return. Keep your money and go elsewhere. The pictures are from today with her getting them done yesterday morning!

Moon is great, gives the best pedicure, and Kevin is the Master of SNS. And Lena does delicate nail decorations beautifully.

CC did my nails and the shape is perfect I’m normally super picky but CC knew just what I wanted and my nails are stunning!

I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails . They did a wonderful job on my nails (sns) and pedicure. Even when i asked to correct something the guy was very nice about it .. which is rare .. I was very pleased and will definitely be back !

They are always super busy on sundays so I would suggest going on a different day. But Im always satisfied with the quality and service! One downside is that they dont have a huge selection of gel colors. But they have plenty of SNS colors. The pedicure chairs are a little older and arent as comfy to sit it and I find most of the massage settings a little rough. I do like that they actually ask how I want my nails cut and shaped. Some places will just do what they want even though my nails are clearly square. Reasonable pricing too! By far the best place Ive went in the area

Great mani/pedi in a more soothing environment than most nail salons today because they had the televisions muted with closed captioning so that if you wanted to watch a show you could read it, but the music playing throughout the salon was tranquil so that if you just wanted to relax with your eyes closed you didnt have to listen to the fluff they have on television. Plus they also had several TVs on with different shows so you could watch and read whichever you preferred. The salon was also very clean, and everyone was nice. The deluxe manicure / pedicure did not state that it included a brief shoulder massage, but it did, which was nice.

I had my elderly aunt and friend. They were so accommodating. Very patient and did pedicures on the three of us. They both had manicures.

Never received service. This location closed at 8:00 pm, and I arrived at 6:55 pm. Everyone was busy, but there was no one waiting. Initially I was asked to wait, and I agreed (of course!) A moment later I was asked to just come another day. I understand getting busy, but over never been turned away an entire hour before closing (Ive also been to enough salons to know everyone would be busy until 8 pm). Disappointing experience.

UNDER STAFFED for a Sunday afternoon. I spent 10 minutes waiting up front and then 40 minutes at a station with my feel soaking in cool water. Because I had somewhere to be, I had to leave with wet feet, no pedicure.

A mess and I will never go back. They do a poor job and charge too much for their basic work. I asked why the prices were so high and they said it’s because they use high-quality products...my mani/pedi determined that was a lie. My nails were shaped horribly and the paint on my toes chipped in 2 days. Don’t waste your money.

I’ve tried with this nail salon, but it always disappoints. I’ve lived close to this salon for five years, and I’ve only visited this place about four times... out of desperation.It’s badly run, there’s no communication, I haven’t encountered anyone who actually wants to do nails anytime I’ve gone, and the application techniques are all wrong, Im pretty sure they don’t know much about the chemistry of the products they use, and worst of all, this place is unsanitary! Same tools on different people, and they don’t get properly sanitized- the state board would have a field day here if they ever came unannounced. I know this because I went to a very prominent cosmetology school and have been working in the beauty industry for over six years.The lack of professionalism and rudeness in this salon is just embarrassing, but I guess you get what you pay for. It saddens me that salons like this are the standard, and people seem to either not know any better or not care because they want to save five or ten dollars on a service that’s probably going to damage the integrity of their nails.Oh, and don’t go here if you want any sort of quality nail art either- my ombré looked like a bad meme. If I hadn’t asked them to put polish over it, I would’ve shared pictures.

The service is pretty good, but shop tends to be crowded even right at opening and all hands are not on deck. The owner is very sweet but as a faithful customer, I feel that its your business to know that people are waiting for your business to open and that ALL staff is needed. I have even scheduled an appointment and still had to wait more than 30 minutes before I just left. Thats not good customer service.

Be weary. They def put something in their polish because it never lasts long. I got a pedi and it was completely chipped the next day. I came back the next day and they re-did it. But, it shouldnt have chipped in the first place. I wont be returning...

This place deserves no stars.🙅🏾 I stopped in the first time and they were really busy and none of the staff was available. So I was like Ill just wait and come back. 😒 Stopped in today and the older short woman ask could she help me walking by and continued to walk out the front door. Came back in and said can I help you and I started to speak again and she continued pass me in a rapid speed. Sat down and started working on a customer. All I can do is leave apparently my money is not wanted. Their lost shrugs..

I always get a gel full set but Ive been wanting to wear my real nails but they are so brittle. The lady did SNS nails on me and I love them. And they are natural just how I wanted.

The lady that did my nails was very polite and easy going. I enjoyed her energy. I picked an SNS color and a different lady that was greeting people helped by getting the SNS powder. She came to tell me that they ranout of the one I picked but she found another one that was very similar to the color I picked.The powder looked light and nice so I trusted her judgement. To my surprise the color for my SNS manicure was SO DIFFERENT. I was NOT HAPPY but thought maybe it was the lighting when I went outside to the natural light I realized that it was NOT the lighting the color was intact VERY DIFFERENT.Additionally, my cuticles were not trimmed and the inside of my nails were not filed after the SNS. The nails underneath the SNS are rough and not evened out.The color is completely different from the one I had in mindy. I did not complain becuase I was running out of time for another commitment. I am very disappointed!

Theyve seen the last of us as we have gone 3 times when they were supposedly open and they were late in opening. Also since their remodel, the prices went up but their service was not as good and was rushed.

I have gone several times and have had different experiences. Sometimes they go great and sometimes its just okay.

I have been a customer of Nail Fame for just over a year because of the location mostly. There was only one nail tech that did a good job for me name Lina. You would think after multiple times of coming, requesting her and tipping Extremely well, she would at least take the time to learn my name. I have had a number of bad jobs done at Nail Fame but went back and Kelly always made sure it was fixed properly. If you are looking for personalized attention and respect this is not the establishment for you. Because most of the workers dont speak English well, they have no clue of American culture and what is considered disrespectful. The Next Time someone tells you that they are filming a Movie or Commercial and they need a correction of your work (Lina), Dont walk away laughing while they are speaking. Just because you speak another Language doesnt mean we cant understand you. Body Laugage is universal and you will never get my Business again Nail Fame. Learn some Respect for your customers.

Ive been a customer almost 3 years before stopping and recently started back going. Today was a reminder as to why I no longer am a repeat customer & I will never use this nail shop again. There work isnt the issue--my issue is that they tell you one price then will add money to your bill that you arent TOLD OF OR ARE AWARE OF. Case & point: went in a couple of weeks ago to NAIL FAME & had a gel mani. Went in today and had another and was charged an ADDITIONAL $5 to remove the gel polish that isnt even removable by myself. I HAVE NEVER VISITED A NAIL SHOP THAT CHARGES TO REMOVE GEL POLISH WHEN YOURE getting another. Especially if they originally did your nails. I demanded a manager & was told that his name is Kenny & wouldnt be in until tomorrow. Ill be out of the country in a few hours Kenny, but will call next Tues. I explicitly told them I was there for a pedi/gel manicure & was told by one of the ladies that it would be $50. Im calling my bank, reporting your business & will write another review online. Also, during my pedi the lady is forcing a higher pedicure when I TOLD HER & pointed to what I wanted. Ive noticed over the years that they like to add extra monies to your order if you have a designer purse, wallet, etc. its their way of thinking you have money to throw away on their lies. I havent noticed the extra add-ons when I didnt come in with my designer wallet/bag.No one likes to be ripped off period. On top of that, when doing my pedi, I was asked if I wanted the razor--isnt this illegal?? I could be wrong. Bottom line is this--treat call customers with respect and DONT try to steal from them. If a customer tells you what that want dont try to make them spend extra money on things they didnt ask you for nor should you do illegal practices or steal from anyone!!!!!
