I came here less than a week ago and my nails are already peeling…i do not recommend this nail salon at all.

Super disappointed in the service today. Walked in no one said anything to us. They were busy so I wasn’t bothered by it. However, Kim was very rude to me my sister and mom. After sitting for an hr waiting Abby told us it would still be a wait. I asked her should we just come back another day. She said no just letting you know it’s a long wait I said that’s fine I been coming here for years. We can wait I came at 4:30 at 5:45 Kim yelled at my sister we’re closed we’re closed we were sitting over there for over an hr and mind you I asked Abby if we should come back another day she said no. The prices are cheap but the customer service is just terrible. I been noticing that for some time now bring my mom and sister today was the last straw. They think we as Black people are supposed to expect terrible customer service and be spoken to any type of way. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest others do the same!

Usually I love this place, but two days after getting my nails done one broke. Kind of bummed about it. Theyre pretty quick to get you in the door, fill ins cost the same as getting them done the first time though which sucks. Generally nice people though.

I got an overlay and my acrylic popped off in less than a week.

So basically I went in today for eyebrows only because they are now overpriced with their prices for manicures and pedicures and full sets. She made one of my eyebrows bigger than the other and cut my face all because I didn’t let her do my nails. She wanted me to pay $70 where a different nail shop only charged $45 for the basic style I wanted. Their customer service has dropped significantly no one greets you at the door. You have to speak first. I am completely unsatisfied with the service I received today and will not be back. At one point you all were my favorite nail shop. I hate to have to write this review.

The wait was ridiculous. The techs are unskilled. And their customer service is not the worst but it needs some help.

Don’t welcome anyone at the door, have to literally force talk to the workers because they act like they don’t see you! Waited 1hr to get my nails done when there were several people available! Still didn’t get my nails did got tired of the unprofessional setting!

I had a horrible experience at this place today. The owner, I believe her name is Kim, had a terrible attitude while doing my nails.Pushing and pulling my hands aggressively, becoming frustrated when I asked for my nails to be cut down, and rude when I asked if she could avoid drilling my skin with the nail drill they use.I had to pause the service and let her know that her attitude was foul and that I didnt appreciate it. Im paying YOU for a service. Getting your nails done should be relaxing, not aggressive and joy killing.I wont be returning to LA nails.

Quick service. Very nice people. Made my pedicure so beautiful. They do eyebrows and eyelashes too. This place is my new go to for looking good!

Wii is my #1 nail tech my day is Sunday I’m the first smile he see and he’s getting to know me now. I will become his favorite thank you Wii see you again when I’m due!

Kim has been my nail tech for 25 years. I love how she takes care of my nails. I’ve tried going to others but no one can get the natural look that she knows I like.

Nasty attitudes,overall they handle customers like you owe them for something other than what u are there for????? Very chaotic plus not very sanitary at all they need to clean up the game they play!!!! Never again..

To many new faces,and they dont take time on your nails anymore rush jobs cause me to go get a fill-in 1day later for gel polish on my real nails....

I used to like this place until they called themselves scheduling appointments that you still have to wait a hour and a half to be seen. Then I informed the receptionist that I had a flight days before bc this was her only available date she ensured me I’d be seen on time a lady walked in AFTER ME and she sat her first. My friend used to come until Won and Tony left and she spends $130+ every two weeks. I spend $70/$80 every two weeks and this will be my last time visiting here bc they’re spiteful. And they get to laughing and talking in their language like I’m in the wrong.

Terrible experience. Came here for a manicure and pedicure on a Sunday afternoon. I’m guessing the person doing my pedicure was a beginner and he cut my toe nails up drastically. They ended up having to give me an overlay on my toe nails. The process of the pedicure before I asked him to stop had lasted a whole hour. The lady who was supposed to do my nails did the overlay on my toes and then told me she wasn’t going to be able to do my nails because she had to leave. Then another woman came up to me arguing at me like I had done something wrong. The guy expressed he was learning and it was obvious. But it’s not okay to have someone performing a professional service if they aren’t a professional. It leads to things like this. Never will I EVER come here again. And he wasn’t the only beginner on the staff.

This place is amazing! My nail tech paid the utmost detail, and the owner even made sure to inspect the quality of my nails! That was definitely impressive to me. I usually dont get the best experience at most nail shops, but this was great, and theyre very inexpensive, especially for how exceptional they are. Ill definitely be back and Id recommend to everyone.UPDATE: A lot of new faces and techs, but the quality of techs has diminished. My nail polish is all lumpy and apparently everyone isn’t good at coffin/ballerina nails. The shapes aren’t even symmetrical at all. You would think a customer willing to pay top dollar would get good customer service, but no. The only person who was kind and inviting was the girl who did my feet, but even so my toes don’t look so great. This was a completely different experience than my first visit. Won’t be returning.

We moved to Georgia over 7 years ago and have tried several establishments in the Atlanta Area to get our nails done this is the only nail salon that our nails did not break the first week. Each Nail Tech is good at their craft.

I paid for my nails my cousin two of my daughter for nails toes and eyebrow waxes me and my cousins nails were uneven we kept telling the lady so we just stopped I’m from Houston and my cousin is from Mississippi and this is the worse set of nails that I have ever seen my daughters nails one which was done by the lady that sits at the very front look amazing and my daughter nails who were done by the guy look really good but me and my cousin nails who were done by a lady that sits in the middle look horrible

I had my eyebrows put on for the first time and I can appreciate the fact that they do great service we will be returning my daughter goes here quite often so she loves it we appreciate them being in the community.

Today was my first time here and I will never come back. When I first walked in I was greeted but was rushed to pick a color and to hurry and sit down. Next I picked a color for my nails and toes the color was too light so I asked can he repaint them (5 fingers) he got mad instantly and started stumping and speaking in his language. I asked what was wrong and he said he didnt want to repaint my nails and that he has had a bad day today. What does your bad day have to do with me?! Professionalism and great customer service is something you should always possess no matter what kind of day you are having.

This place is trash !! I’m sorry but I will never go here again .. I’ve been here twice & both times it was an awful experience. The last time I went the nail technician who was male was suppose to give me SNS ... he used the wrong setting polish & the nails came out really thin ... and I didn’t have time to get them done over. So I payed my bill & left ... this was a week ago .. I planned on never visiting again but I wasn’t going to make a review ... however after 4 nails which are my real nails have broken in less than a week & I get mad every time I look at them so I decided to do a review !!I wouldn’t recommend these people to my arch nemesis !!! Terrible service ..

I popped in because I was in the neighborhood but I will NEVER go back. Th lady who did my pedicure had to rush and didn’t finish me up because her favorite walk-in client just came in. In turn, I had my final coat put on after my nails were done (about an hour later), and guess what? Even 3 hours later my nails smeared because everyone knows you don’t put wet paint over an already dried nail unless it’s gel.....next, was my mails. I asked the guy could he actually cut my cuticles and give a real manicure, I don’t care the price. He said it didn’t need it (right because he knows my nails better than me). Then he began to do what Asians at nail salons do, draw a language barrier and pretend to make communication difficult. In return, here I am 3 days later with my cuticles coming up from under the nail polish he tried to cover it with...ugh, never again

Shape was wrong on some of my nails, my nails wasnt painted properly . My paint came off some of my toes the third day of me gettin it done and the nails was put on crooked I’m unsatisfied NOT GOING BACK!

They did an alright job I would not suggest this place because I hate when people are rude to their customers. I dont like how they did my daughter nails she wanted oval and the guy did square nails and my other daughter was yelled at about bumping her nails while drying them. i spent 89 for all three of us. I would never go there again.
