The lady over charged me for a wax job. I came to get my lip waxed and asked her to get 2 chin hairs. She lied and said there’s more and pretended to do my entire chin but didn’t show me the strip like she had all the rest. Hurried and threw it away. And got a pedi years ago...old polish and mediocre. Will never return

My nails we’re coming up in 4/5 days... thought someone who been in business 20 years doin something should be expert at this point.. I never had such shiggutty raggedywork done.. not even by students .. they should be ashamed at the work they did on me & daughter don’t go here!!!!

First all i should of known it was too good to be true it wasnt no one in there then there were no prices hanging up. So at the end of the day they tried to over charge me for my services and then called the police when they was in the wrong. I will never recommend nobody to go there without asking the prices

Friendly staff but unfortunately the quality was sub-par. I asked for gel and got regular polish on my toes... by the time I realized the error it was almost time for me to leave and the polish smudged. The tech attempted to fix it but it kept smudging and I was completely over it. There’s really no price list in sight so I ended up paying what I think was way more than the service deserved. I honestly won’t be going back there but I hope they can get it together for the sake of their business.

Do Not come to this place. They are thieves and will overcharge you! You have been advised. I had to call the cops on them and they lied threw their teeth.

The two people that were in the salon were nice… A gentleman started on my nails and actually didn’t know what he was doing so the female there took over… They put the gel and acrylic over my cuticles my nails for Miss shaped the quality is horrible… I called and they told me they would not give me my money back which I saw the signs and I knew that. They offered to Repair of them… But I could not get the man on the phone to understand that I did not want them to do my nails because neither of them could do good quality work. I only wanted him to it knowledge that they could not do nails. He hung up on me. This experience cost me $50 plus tip… I was in a hurry to get out because I had a meeting. And then I realize that I should call back and give my opinion and now I’m giving it here… Stay away from this overpriced nonqualified salon…

I’ve been coming to this shop for about a year. They don’t have a price list so that’s kinda sketch because they’ll charge whatever. They’re really good at shaping but you have to deal with wavering prices. The lady is really snappy and will always tell you you’ve taken a longer break in between visits to manipulate you to come back. I would say go elsewhere honestly. They’re too expensive to be so rude.

This place is DISGUSTING!!! I had an appointment for 1:15. They acknowledged that I had an appointment. Nothing else was said to me. At 1:30 I was told 10 more minutes. The lady had finished working on someone’s nail and got up to help the guy with his client. That made absolutely no sense. I went to the table they told me to sit at. The area was so nasty. The table was dirty and the container you soak the tools in was dirty with residue on the container. I left! If you decide to go here I wouldn’t be surprised if you get some kind of fungal infection.

Very friendly staff although could clean up the bathroom a lil bit. Over all i loved my nails I got a fullset... Gave a 23 dollar tip :-*

I LOVE THEM! They take their time and did an amazing job. I had gel polish, it hasnt chipped in 3 weeks.

They were very friendly and the nails were okay but their credit card machine was down. They told me several times that my card was declining I even called my bank to verify funds. The owners card declined too. Their machine was down. I came in on my lunch and was late to work due to the machine malfunction. I left my ID and credit card as collateral because there was no ATM near. I cooperated and was friendly but had to drive back across town to pay them and retrieve collateral. I couldn’t even receive a discount of $5 for my time, inconvenience and waisted Gas. Not to mention my polish smudged from rushing within two hours

If I could give 0 stars I would! This place is TERRIBLE. They took their time, quality was poor, and over charged me RIDICULOUSLY. I will not be giving them another dime for me. Absolutely worst experience. Oh and all but 3 of my nails (so far) have broken within the week! 🙃

The workers was nice but the lady was very aggressive on my nails,I think that she could of did a better job.they were very unorganized,I felt like she rushed and tried to hurry and I wasn’t in a rush

PLEASE JUST AVOID THIS PLACE!! The people are friendly but the quality is TERRIBLE!! My nail popped off 3 days after getting them done. They also don’t do SNS. Waaaaay over priced for quality. nails were uneven & the paint was thick and uneven as well. Please save your money

On September 17th I came to this nail shop because they were open until 8pm. When I arrived there was one customer in the back getting their eyebrows done by the owner. After a minute or so passed, they came back out and did their transaction. The husband stated $12 and the customer stated, $12 for eyebrows? Once the customer left, the OWNER said, she know how much it cost she pays it everytime its just $12.Thats not the end. It was around 7:30pm and they started turning off the tv and cutting off lights while Im still getting my nails done. After observing my nails once she painted them I told her my nails were not thoroughly painted. She said to me, They are painted you only paid $25. I said to her It does not matter if I am paying $25 or $30, Im a consumer and I want my nails properly done. She then has the audacity to tell me to not come back and go somewhere else.Im not even from here and Ive never had issues with a nail shop until today. I would suggest you spend your money elsewhere. She obviously feels that only people who are spending $50 + should be treated in a certain way. Save your time and your money. Go elsewhere.

Ok so this was my first time getting my nails done here, and the only reason i went is because i was pressed for time and was in the area. So when i went &got a pedicure and fill. The pedicure was fine it was done by one of the male workers there; i liked it. now the fill was done by a older lady which was the owner; and i HATED it! I simply asked her to clean up the shape of my nails and even showed her a picture. She exclaimed that she could not do it, so i asked her to just clean up the sides and thats that. the next thing i know she totally BUTCHERS the shape of my nails lol like the were so lop-sided. I told her to please stop and ill have someone else in the shop to fix it. long story short the lady at the shop TRIES to fix it but barely knew what she was doing because she made them so thin and pointy i was just ready to go. So i simply asked her how much and if i could get a discount since i was so dissatisfied with the service and quality. the owner declines; we go back and forth. she stills refuses to give me a discount and says its my fault for my nails being ugly! lol i was so frustrated horrible customer service. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! AND WELL OVER PRICED for the horrible quality! ugh

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... PLEASE !!1. They dont have a price menu2. They charged me $35 for a full short set with basic polish ..3. My nails look HORRIBLE ... I had to beg the nail tech to fix them because they all are diffrent shapes and uneven ...after I made it clear I wanted them very square I was soooo unhappy with them .4. The owner tried to argue w/ me and tell me to leave because they look OK to her & they dont give refunds.5. My pedicure was decent but not done properly ...6. I came in on a Friday afternoon and there was only 2 employees working 1 for pedi and 1 for Medi .. I begged them to have someone else do my nails because I didnt want the same lady to mess them up even worse .7. This is the worst nail place in buckhead my friends and coworkers teased my nails and said they LOOK LIKE CLIP ONS .

They did an awesome job on my nails, although I am the same race and I told them I couldn’t speak the same language as them they rudely started to talk about me ... y’all be killing me .. this is true u guys they really do talk about u and we know they do . I suddenly cronfoted her and cursed her out in the language that we speak .. and they also thought it was funny so I gave her a 3 dollar tip and rubbed it up my but and told her I wasn’t paying anything by those 3 diamonds I asked for on my ring finger .. 1,2,3 and walked out the door ..

Worst experience ever the lady cut me from rough filing didn’t want me to see so yanked myself hand in an uncomfortable position so I couldn’t see them says something That wasn’t In English to her husband he pours some solution on a cotton swab that he dropped on the floor and tries to put it on the cut the quality of the nails were horrible and they’re expensive for no reason

I got a overlay and gel polish over my natural nails and two days later two of my nails fell clean off. I went back to get them fixed and the same day another nail fell off. I will not be returning bc clearly they dont know what they are doing. Pedicures only!
