I went here for the first time. Hated it. The service is horrible. I got my nails done 2 days ago. The following day they were already messed up. Im not going again.

One of the male nail techs did my nails absolutely horrible, i asked for coffin and the nails looked anything but what i asked for!!! the nail polish bubbled up and looks so ugly and to top it off it started chipping off a DAY after i got them done!

They made me waste my money coming all the way there. They told me they closed at 7 & I came at 7:20 waited for a 30 mins just for them to tell me they closed

I have been going here for years! My first time here I let the first person available do my nails and quickly learned from that. After going a few times I let loc do my nails and he is the best in the shop with nails! Ruby does the best pedicures. Her waxs are OK but the main lady who does the wax is THE BEST!! I dont let anyone do my eyebrows except her! This is def the only place I go !

Very relaxing always

I’ve been going to this nail shop for about 3 years now. In the beginning they did an excellent job. Bit the last few times have been horrible. I got my nails did last Sunday and by today I only have 3 nails left. To top it off I payed $40 I would not recommend this place to get your nails did at. But I will say that they wax eyebrows really well.

A1 service the $30 pedicure puts me in the game everytime.$10 tip gets the extra special attention..🙃

If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I got my nails done literally 2 days ago & my nails are chipping & the polish as well. I came back in to get them fixed & he told me “you need a full set” not understanding why he didn’t mention that when he did my nails the first time. He told me “next time get a full set” but there won’t be a next time. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone 👎🏽

Called to schedule an appointment lady was so rude hung up on me four times When I asked to speak to the manager I was hung up on called back hung up on again because I asked her how her day was rudest people ever never go here

Horrible amateur hour

I didn’t have my nails on for a week and they started coming off. When I called and talk to the owner he said it was not his problem. That’s is not a good way to do business. I would never go to this place again.

First of all, they dont understand english very well. Second, I had a trainee doing my nails and my nails arent smooth. She didnt use a base coat nor a top coat. Last but not least, I kept telling the technician that I wanted clear polish and she still put a color on my nails. That was my first and last visit.

They got roaches in there no customer service had me wait just to see a roach crawl up table and left

Ive been coming here for over 2yrs now. They are good at what they do, especially the man at seat 1. Ive had family and friends come here with me to get pedicures and they all have loved it. Saw a review about this place and totally disagreed. From what I have seen from day 1, they keep a clean and chill nail salon. Plus, being inside Kroger, major bonus, bc you can shop before or after you leave, probably before though. But all in all, this is a nice nail salon.

Ive been going here for several years and I will continue to go this is the only place I will get my nails done

I had a bad experience no stars Pages wax my eyes for Mothers Day the next morning my face broke out My eye was swollen shut I consulted would one of their employees the lady told me that my face was already broke out And my I was broke out I told the lady that I could be allergic to oil or the wax She denied it I paid with my credit card and she pretend like she didnt remember theyre not clean their unprofessional and I would never spend my money in their shop and anyone else then had a problem with them should Sue them

Good place to go really good pedicure

I got my nails done on Saturday and by Tuesday they were coming off!! I willl never go back here again!!!!
