Tony and the whole team are THE BEST in ATL! Been coming here for 4 years and they do an amazing job every time & go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy when they leave. I am very picky with my nails, and I have never been disappointed! I’ve referred so many friends there and continue to do so.

It’s a no for me for this one! Customer service was good, but decor is blah and I really didn’t appreciate that Kim didn’t clean my cuticles properly so you can see a black spot under my acrylic. I pointed it out to her and she just painted over it. I guess she was rushing to get to another client. #quality over quantity

Extremely disappointed in the service I received today 8/2/2021. I went in to get my eyebrows done and it was clear the lady that took me in the room was in a rush. The whole thing probably took around 2 minutes as she sped through each brow quickly and before I knew it she told me I was done. My eyebrows were still extreme messy towards the tail ends and not even. So disappointed as the eyebrows frame your face and I was looking forward to a clean look. If you are looking for quality, do NOT come to the Top Nails Toco Hills location.

I got my acrylics done here by a friend recommendation and it was mediocre. Not really worth the 60 bucks. The acrylic nails weren’t straight and even. The lady also cut my skin around my nails a bit. I added diamonds on my nails and they weren’t evenly placed either. Probably wouldn’t come back again.

I got a gel manicure and it was chipping 3 days later. Ive never had that happen at any other salon so Im not sure what they use for gel polish but it lasts as long as regular polish yet costs more. If you want a manicure, go elsewhere.My pedicure was great and the second one Ive gotten there.Covid- everyone wears a mask but they arent practicing basic cleanliness. The shield was up on the manicure table but it clearly hadnt been wiped down, nail clippings were all over it when I sat down. She wiped it with a dry cloth, no cleaner. I didnt see anyone cleaning the pedicure chairs when people left, the controls or sanitizing the basket of gel polish options. Passing around nail polish bottles or checking their phone then touching your hands and feet.

Absolutely stunning work. Clean atmosphere, friendly technicians, and beautiful work. Perfection tucked away in Toco Hills.

Update: I’ve now been going to this salon for over four years! The color selection is unbeatable and everyone is so skilled. I love Katie as a tech and a person! Laurie and Michelle do great pedicures. When David is there he does the absolute best shape! The shop feels like family and everyone is friendly. Tony and Cindy run a great shop!I’ve been going to this salon since June, and am happy with the service I receive. Keeping a consistent nail tech and setting appointments will guarantee that you don’t have to concern yourself with long wait times. Jon and Kim are the best with SNS and thanks to them my nails have been growing longer and stronger. I’ve been coming to this place since 2006 and can’t tell you enough how happy I am. Their quality is consistent which is very important to me. Never hit or miss. I usually see who ever is available. It’s family owned. Great quality products too, cause I’m a hairstylist and my hands are always in water. It never chips .. I bring my family here at all times. Hands down best place around. You won’t be disappointed that’s a guarantee !!!

I have been going to this salon for 12 years. I love this place! I am very particular about cleanliness and they always seem to take the extra time to make sure everything is clean. The staff are all so sweet and personable. I feel like they are family. Laurie, Cindy, and Lily are the BEST! Make an appointment because they are so good that there may be a wait, but it is definitely worth it! They also give wonderful neck and shoulder massages.

Walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon. Waited 45 minutes, as expected. Lucy was my technician who was very thorough and shaped my coffin-shaped nails perfectly. Would recommend her for nails as everyone isnt good at shaping nails. Only issue is they need more staff.

Large location with many stations and employees; quality and service seem to vary based on the tech.. long waits - especially on weekends.. overall, solid quality.. willing to listen to and work to accommodate many requests..

Awesome job! Fast, effective service. Everyone was friendly, and the prices were reasonable. We had a group of 4, with 3 full sets, one manicure, a pedicure and two eyebrows and were in and out in under just 2 hours! Highly recommend.

I love Cindy, David, & Michelle!I would highly recommend Cindy for manicures if you cant get her then David is another great choice. And I ONLY go to Michelle for my pedicures. She is very detailed and does an incredible job. She will make sure you are happy with your nails every time. It does get busy here so try to go early on a weekday. Normally for walkins you can easily wait anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour .It will be worth the wait.

They are usually always busy but they’re always worth the wait. You can skip the wait if you make an appointment. I’ve been coming to top nails since 2010. For some reason, my SNS or gel manicure lasts weeks longer than other nail shops. I believe it’s because of their attention to detail and perfectionism.

I went in for a new set and pedicure today was almost in there for three hours, and none of that was wait time. I was immediately taken back but the man doing my nails took an hour just to take my nails off (4 had already come off on their own!) and then another hour and a half to do the nail work. I understand being thorough but that wasn’t the case. I left with acrylic all over my fingers and when I got in the sun I realized my toes didn’t even match my nails. Waste of 80 dollars.

Best nail salon I’ve been too in a long time..

The staff are friendly, everything is very clean and organized. I had gel nails done for the first time and the woman doing them for me was fast and did a great job.The place itself is really nice and bright. There is a mural of the sky and clouds on the middle section of the ceiling. They had plenty of staff available and lots of seating for pedicures and manicures. My gel nails (one color) were $25.

Great place! My nails look good, however its not the color I chose. Its similar, but not the right shade. Which isnt really all that bad, but just in case you wanted a very specific shade, double check the color before they put it on. I mean this in the difference between a blush pink and a pale pink. SO if that difference is make or break for you, just make sure the color is right first.

Fabulous pedicure!

First time going here and had bad experience. Ask for sns ( because is thinner than acrylics) and now I have the thickness most uneven nails in the world. Told the lady that I wasnt pleased with the result and she told me that since I have tips on my nails that she had to put a thicker coat so I wont show. I have had done sns a thousand times and never had such an awful result.

I have been going here for both gel nails and pedicures for over 10 years. they are the best if not one of the best in town, I know the owners personally and would highly recommend them and their staff. Everyone is is cordial, warm and friendly and out to do their best service for their clients. A great shop....

Great service and the wait wasnt long to get my pedicure. The technician was nice and skillful.

They used a cheese grater to remove the dead skin off my feet and they took off too much skin. My feet hurt for two weeks and I had to consult with my attorney on whether I should file a suit.

I’ve heard many good things about this place, but was sadly disappointed. It was a busy day but the nail technician was in such a hurry that he was rushing through the process and hurting me while trying to get my SNS nails done as quick as possible. The massage at the end was painful and I felt like a burden rather than a guest. I left the salon feeling more stressed and agitated than when I entered. I’m giving two stars because although the customer service I received wasn’t good, my nails have lasted.

This is my second time getting SNS and Im super impressed with the job Jon did! We had great conversation and my nails look amazing! Really great price as well. Im definitely going to see Jon again.

I love this place. No place else massages your neck and shoulders just to get a manicure. They care about their customers and remember who you are and what service you receive upon your next visit. The place is also clean.

I have been here several times now and it is insanely hit or miss. Occasionally (read, very rarely), they do an amazing job, especially considering the low prices. Most often, they are rushed and careless. I just left with mis-shaped nails, uneven color, and bits of dust and polish bristles stuck in my nails.I told the technician that there was something stuck in the polish of one of my nails and she completely ignored me. Definitely not worth the $10 manicure with $5 tip! 10/10 will find somewhere else to go from now on.

Ive been coming to this salon for 4 years every 2-3 weeks and make an appointment with a great nail technician. I had an appointment today because Im leaving town, and the person I had an appointment with was not in today, despite making the appointment yesterday eveningI was treated incredibly rudley by the owner ( male ) saying sometimes she comes in sometimes she doesnt not and Id have to get in line. It was an hour wait. This has never happened before. Im appalled and will seriously consider taking my loyal business elsewhere.

Terrible experience.The person at the front desk told me to go to the back where I sat and waited 20 minutes.No one greeted me or came around at all.They started serving people that came in after me and other people took notice and said I think they forgot about you. They were rude and unprofessional.I left.

Everyone is always so friendly. I have been going there for over a year. Never had a problem. If something isnt the way I want it. They gladly fix it.They do get busy on the weekends so you could have to wait a bit.

Just left this place. I came in and no one was waiting for service but there were people being serviced. I waited 1 hour and 15 mins for just a toe nail polish change. Then when the young lady came to so my polish change she seemed upset. I asked her was she alright and she said yes but I beg to differ. When I went to pay it was $6. I went to hand her $20 and she pointed to my wallet and said you have $6 right there. I told here no I need to pay with the $20. She wouldnt take it. My first and last time here. Didnt like the experience.

I tried this salon for the first time. I was treated rudely, recieved an incomplete gel manicure (it was obvious based on other customers receiving the same service that she skipped steps). I also had to repeatedly ask the manicurist to clean the polish from my cuticles and finger tips.I hesitate to make any assumptions as to why I recieved such negative service while others were greeted, conversed with, and thanked. However, I will never spend my time or money again with Top Nails (Cindy).

They really messed my girlfriends nails up. they were rushing trying to close the store, and filed them wrong and didnt get the colors right . I think its fair to say she wont be going there anymore, manager should have fixed the situation she would spend so much money here in the future if only they were willing to fix the situation.

Came in for SNS and a pedicure. The woman filed down into my skin making me flinch, barely massaged my legs, hardly used the foot rock, or paid attention to my feet. She repeatedly just beat the top of my right leg until it felt raw. Then the manicurist went so fast she sawed into my the cuticle on my pinky finger and it started to bleed. I’ve been here before and had good service but this time it was just awful. You really need to select who takes care of you instead of just taking whoever is available.

Tony at Top Nails provides excellent service. I have been going to them for over a year. I use SNS French design. Try it the next time you need to look professional.

The owner or manager was extremely rude to me. I couldnt understand what my nail technician was asking me to do and I asked him what she said. Instead of helping he sat there and laughed at me until I figured it out on my own. This happened more than once. No one would tell me how long to wait for my manicure to dry so I decided I didnt care anymore after 15 mins, went home and immediately took it off. They gave me a super weird massage that caught me off guard since I dont like my shoulders to be touched and they didnt ask first. Will not be going back.

I’m so disappointed with this place. The gentleman doing my nails was so unfriendly. The worst is that the service was not good either. My pedicure was not painted on well, and my she barely massaged my legs even though I paid for the more expensive pedi. All around a really disappointing experience.

The salon provided great service. Very friendly, through, and attentive. I was pleasantly surprised. You can tell its established with a loyal clientele.

I am beyond disappointed in the the service I received this Sunday night. Paid $60 on an SNS ombré that was done on my real nails and walked out with cat claws..... My real nails (which I had been growing out for 2 months for my birthday this weekend) were completely filed off because she filed them coffin shape when I had asked for almond shape then had to go back and reshape them. The ombré done on my left hand looks nothing like my right hand. They told me to go in the next day which I did only to be humiliated. Bottom line out of the 10 whole nails they messed up, they were only willing to change the polish on one nail. Guess that’s why they’re called top NAIL singular because they’ll fix one nail.

I went with my in laws. It was shocking how rude people who worked there were to us! They kept us waiting for 45 mins without notifying us what was going on and had an attitude when we asked questions about the wait. We were even told what colors to get when the ones we initially chose from the palatte tuned out to be unavailable due to unknown reason. What was supposed to be a nice treat for the ladies became an incrediblly unpleasant experience. We will certainly take our business elsewhere in the future.

I will never go to this shop again I got liquid gel nails with gel polish I paid $50 plus a tip for just my nails and in 3 days 3 of my nails popped off with ease of never had this happen in my life ... by that point I was pissed and just popped the rest of then off with ease .... they also tried to give me accrylic instead of gel and thought I wouldnt know the diffrence.... if I could give them a zero I would. Dont go here

Today was my first time here ! I was a little skeptical at first do to it being so packed . But David did an AWESOME job on my nails ! I’m not from here, but if I happen to be up this way, I will definitely be coming back ! THANKS DAVID 😘😘

I have been going regularly over the last 6 months and I absolutely love it. They open earlier on Sundays than what is posted, which is extremely convenient. They are extremely busy at all times. Make an appointment to save you the hassle of waiting. I see Thena. She is wonderful!!!

If you do not make an appointment you will wait. If you make an appointment, you will wait. As of this moment, Ive been here nearly 2 hours. Why? Well I was moved from the waiting area (along with 4 others), to the spa chairs and here we wait. Customer service is far below par. Go anywhere else, I promise you itll be better.

This has been my go to for 3 years now. I drive past about 20 nail salons from my house in Decatur since we moved just to keep going - I don’t trust anyone else. I’ve never been unhappy with any of the technicians and if you need anything they are more than happy to accomodate. They are extremely reasonable for service provided - $30 for sns including taking off old powder and $25 for regular pedicure. They are clean - use liners on pedi bowls - and efficient. I’ve noticed most poor reviews are due to wait time and yes they do get very busy especially on weekends, so my recommendation is to make an appointment or if you walk in do on the weekdays. They are only busy because they do a great job without overcharging!!!

I’ve been going here for awhile now. I tried whoever was available the first few times and now go to only Lely. She’s great! I’ve had SNS and gel manicures, pedicures, facials and eyebrow waxing done and been happy everytime.

I’d rate lower if I could. I came in & waited over an hour to just a receive a gel set manicure. Even once I first sat down after being called over my nail technician right away before even beginning me was finishing up the woman next to me and continued to go back and forth throughout my stay. What a unpleasant unwanted not very relaxing time. They showed no care for my nails in rushing the process and not being in any way gentle or professional. Once I was ready to pay and leave, I get yelled at for them not accepting American Express which was my only credit card I happened to have on me. I offered to drive home to pick up my other cards/ cash while leaving my drivers license Or my Amex with them until returning. I’ve never been so rudely mistreated by a business before. Getting ordered to walk over to Publix to buy something and get cash back. With Amex not allowing cash back I had no luck and couldn’t accomplish that. They sent me back again almost sending a technician with me to buy the store a Visa gift card for the $30 I owed for the horrible set of nails I received. A girl in the shop who heard the whole circus of a show offered to pay for my nails with me Venmoing her the money back. I’m still in complete shock this business is still running. Completely the most unclassy low people I’ve encountered.It’s 2018 start accepting American Express.
